I reached out to Polina and told her my situation, sent photos of the damage done to my nails, and she was so sweet and reassured me that they could get them healthy and strong again! This was my first Russian gel manicure and I'm obsessed with the results! Sammi did my manicure and she was super kind, very gentle, and just did an AMAZING job! My nails haven't been this short in forever, but after all the damage that was done at the last shop, I'm just happy Sammi and Polina were able to restore them naturally and still make them look sooo pretty! The shop was a cute vibe. It was clean and immediately upon walking in they ask if you need any water or a blanket if it's cold, so you can get comfortable. Overall, the customer service was great! The shop wasn't crowded, so it was real personal, unlike other shops that usually have like 20 other people around you. BELIEVE THE HYPE LADIES! What she meant was a paraffin wax dip service added to a basic manicure, sooooo I bit the bait and found myself needing an upgrade. Nail health: She does not do a soak and scrape approach, she will file your nails all the way down to remove the color. She will soak and then use the drill again. There's no consideration for the health of your nails. I got my nails done by her less than a week ago and they're chipping the top coat is peeling off and the work is generally messy. The gel manicure is pooled into my cuticles and set like that. The products seem super old or just not used correctly because it's less than a week and they're peeling. By the end I was ready to go. I wasn't going to ask her to redo them. My nails couldn't handle any more filing down. She was talking personal calls the entire time and I feel like her work is a reflection of that dismissal of concentration and focus. I'm really disappointed and feel like I got hustled so I just want to warn those shopping around.

They are open late until 11 PM, which is an absolute game-changer when every other nail salon is closed and you need your nails fixed. The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. They take walk-ins, and even if you call ahead, you might have to wait a little bit--but they let you wait in their incredibly relaxing massage chairs, so I didn't mind at all! They also immediately asked for my name and actually called me by it throughout my visit, which was such a lovely, personalized touch. Hygiene is also big here; they actually open the sterilized tool pack right in front of you, which gave me total peace of mind. To top it off, they offer complimentary water and free sodas. I got a deluxe pedicure ($20 extra, but 100% worth it) from Donna. She was so, so sweet! She really took her time and gave me not one, but *two* amazing massages. Madam did my manicure--she was actually the original manicurist who welcomed me in and got me settled in the massage chairs. She was very nice, made great conversation, and did fast, excellent work. They actually have bolster pillows for the manicures, which made a huge difference for me. My back normally hurts after sitting for a long time, but Madam was so quick and that pillow was so comfortable that I felt great the whole time! There wasn't a massage included with the manicure, which I usually like, but she was so efficient that it didn't even matter. Plus, they use double UV nail dryers/gel curators, which made the process super quick! I got a Gel-X manicure and a matching pedicure using shade #190 from the Cloud Gel sample book, and they look perfect. Amazing customer service, fantastic hours, top-notch cleanliness, and talented staff. I am definitely planning on coming back!
