I called on my way over to make sure they were open, and the tech who answered the phone assured me I could come right in and got me registered as I headed their way. It took just under an hour for the team to evaluate my tire, spot the screw that was causing the leak, patch it, and fill it back up. I was able to work from a well-appointed waiting area with plenty of seating, Wi-Fi, outlets, snacks and coffee. Called G&C on a random Tuesday morning, and they were able to order new tires, and perform an alignment in the same day. Prices are fair/competitive, and customer service is top notch. When I first drove in, one of the folks mentioned to me that I had some tread left and didn't need to replace my tires just yet, which speaks to their honesty. I let him know that I had spoken to Dan on the phone, who had just ordered the tires, and I was just dropping my car off. It's great that they have loaners for a small shop, but they were out. However, Dan drove me home (2 miles away), and scheduled and uber pickup when the work was done. Very convenient and appreciated. Additionally, they provide photos/status of what was done, and what I may need to plan for in the future. No upselling sales bs here. Hopefully I won't need to return anytime soon, but it's good to know there is an honest shop nearby when the time comes.

Expect quality and honesty, not cheap or dishonest service. Family owned, not franchised or dealership owned. They stand by their workmanship and warranty service. It's sometimes difficult to line up a loaner car, and concierge and drop-off service were started and discontinued at some point, but at least there are a couple of loaner cars available for customers. If you do need to wait for service, there's a cute little kids room, a fish tank, a regular waiting room, refreshments and a coffee bar. Super clean, inviting, and not "dingy repair shop" vibes. Can't go wrong with Casey's! Highly recommend.

Chantilly gets busy on the weekends, but never as busy as a weekend at Fairfax. This location is manageable during the week. It usually has everything I'm looking for (Fairfax sells out faster). Because there are strip malls neighboring, there's ample parking overflow. At peak hours during the weekend, you can find a spot near Potbelly. Pharmacists are kind and helpful. Expect lines on the weekend. Overall customer service is hit or miss- sometimes I'm met with the friendliest sample distributor/ welcomer/ or cashier, other times they just can't be bothered. Meh, no skin off my back. I'll just get my $5 chicken and be on my way. I love any Costco food court. Staff here is also hit or miss- lately there's a moody teenager that just wants to leave. Food is always what I expect. Grab you a glizzy as a post shopping reward.
