Eddie, the son's owner was willing to stay after hours to wait for my car to be dropped in their garage. AAA took over 2.5hrs to get to the garage, I dropped the key in the slot. He came to the garage early in the following morning to inspect my car. He ordered the part and charged me under $1500, which was just amazing! I wasn't from Upland, had to pay for a hotel, pay for my food and my lfyt rides to get an around. So they helped me out so much (I'm tearing up just writing this) Upon speaking to his Dad, I found out Eddie works on his whole families vehicles.. from Benz to Beemers. That his Dad is proud of what he has built and even more proud of the type of mechanic (little) Eddie is. That they believe in customer service versus charging customers ridiculous prices. She proceeded to review all of my tinting options and showed me some samples against my car outside to help decide on the tinting level. I decided to go lighter then darker, so I did 30% all the way around except windshield. Before they started, I asked about the tint installation and warranty, she explained about the Llumar lifetime warranty. When I returned to pick up my car, Genesis showed me a quick video she had made as they were starting my tinting installation to answer a previous question I had asked. I appreciated the extra care she took to make this quick video just for me, most other shops would not have bothered, that's a great level of customer service that you don't see much anymore. The tint came out looking great with no issues after a month. I will definitely return for any future tinting work.
