Very good service. Helped and answered my questions. Walked in and helped me out fast. Took care of…read morethe issue and was on my way. Thank You Luis and Fernando. Appreciate it!

0/5 stars (if I could)!!…read more I brought my car in on Friday for a simple transmission flush. Instead, I was quoted $630, with the explanation that a mechanic had driven my car and determined that my transmission filters also needed to be replaced. I did not agree to this quote because it was extremely expensive and not what I came in for, so I told them I would be picking my car up. Shortly after, I was contacted again and told there was a "miscommunication" between mechanics. They said a different mechanic drove my car and now claimed my transmission filters were completely fine, and that only a transmission flush was needed. That alone was a red flag. They also recommended a brake inspection, which I agreed to. I then picked up my car. The very next morning, my car lagged badly when starting. The following day, it would not start at all. I had to jumpstart the car, and once it turned on, multiple dashboard warning lights came on, indicating several issues. Prior to bringing my car here, there were no warning lights on my dashboard at all. I checked my battery afterward and confirmed that the battery itself is still good, which makes this even more concerning. Something was clearly tampered with or mishandled while my car was there. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and honestly alarming. Between the wildly conflicting diagnoses, the inflated quote, and my car suddenly having issues immediately after being serviced, I have zero trust in this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not take your car here.

They took good care of us, in spite of the fact that they could not diagnose or repair the problem…read more (Stupid computers!) They kept the car for an entire day, and did not charge us because it magically started running again and they could not duplicate the problem. (Stupid car.) Then, they helped us load out stuff (including a cat and a parrot) into an Uber to make it home. They were kind. They were honest.

To be honest...possibly the worst service I've ever had with a mechanic. I won't be going back…read more I sat in the waiting room for 9 hours (with a previously scheduled appointment by the way) only for them to tell me the issue was identified as a faulty starter. After they fixed this and charged me almost $1,200, they proceeded to tell me my car still wouldn't start. My car then sat in their garage for multiple days. I had to constantly follow up with them, only for them to tell me they couldn't help me by day #3. I rolled my car out of their shop with a $1,200 charge and a broken car. Thank god I contacted a smaller, local mechanic who was generous enough to come to my house, fix all of my wiring and replace damaged parts for HALF of the price of Mountain View Tire. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, I will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here for anything, including oil changes. Please call your local shop and give them your money, which will be about half of what you'd spend at this place by the way.
