Dear Mr Royal Cheesecake Factory, This was my first time trying the Cheesecake Factory and I was NOT DISSAPOINTED. This was the best food I have had in such a long minute. My friends and I were genuinely neck deep in every meal that was placed in front of us. Our waitress was also so attentive in getting anything we needed. I ordered a Mai Tai, which first of all, was huge and made me feel like thumbalina. It was so good too. I got the tomato basil pasta and my girlfriend got the Cajun salmon. Literally such a 10/10. I can't stress it enough. It was also my birthday so another waiter brought me a little ice cream with a candle. It was so sweet I almost sobbed into his sleeve. I will be coming again. By far the worse service at any restaurant in the area. Came to have dinner for two. Sat at the tables at the bar. Sat at 8pm. Our drink and appetizer order wasn't taken until 8:30pm. My wife's drink took about 15 minutes to arrive. Mine was around 25 minutes for an iced tea. Appetizers arrived around 9pm. Tried to flag down our server for 30 minutes to order entrees. At about 9:30pm we gave up, asked to close out. I would avoid dining in here. read more

The Cheesecake Factory just didn't hit like how it use to for me this last time around, especially like how it did when I was back home In California in high school in the early 2000's. Going to the Cheesecake Factory back then was a huge thing, and meant you were boss lol versus these days it can be compared to chili's or Applebees, and I'm referring to the whole experience ( the food quality, the service, atmosphere, etc). Not that that's a bad thing, but simply just not the experience that I was use to. We came here to have a small birthday dinner celebration . Per usual, this location was packed with plenty of people waiting to dine in and those whom had already been dining and I truly love that for this establishment. The wait time was decent too, we were told 45 mins to an hour but we were seated fairly quickly, We were thankful for that of course. For our party of 3 we were sat in the back of the establishment at a large rounded booth, we also appreciated that as well. It felt very VIP- ish lol . Our server was kind and friendly, and got our order out to us quickly with no problems at all. The food was good, decent size portions, and reasonable prices. For my appetizer I got the cheese burger spring rolls, they were good . As my entree I got the Herb Crusted Filet Of Salmon with light Lemon Sauce, Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes and a side of sautéed spinach. Which was also good. One of my girls got the Bacon Bacon cheese burger and fries while the other got the Fettuccini Alfredo With Shrimp, both were pleased with their meals and had no complaints. They both each chose a cheesecake (celebration cheesecake and a strawberry cheesecake) to go which they demolished them in the car on the way home, the cheesecakes here never disappoint . Customer Service was a little lacking. Never did we get checked on to even refill our drinks. Food was good to great. Appetizers macaroni balls were absolutely delicious. Shrimp was delicious. The white pasta was incredible. My caesar salad was just okay... to much vinegar or lemon. My chicken spaghetti meal was good but only for the moment as once I finished and took it home, I had no desire to eat again. Was a decent experience. Atmosphere was so amazing. I'm leaving two stars because my mom and I have been coming here for years and have always loved the food and the service. However, yesterday we came after not having gone for a little while and ordered our usual combo of steak diane and shrimp scampi. When the food came out, it was two full 30 dollar meals and we were a little confused and stopped our server and explained the situation and what we meant. She said she was new but she'd try and find out what happened, and informed us that they don't have it as a combo anymore. The manager, Jeffery, came over to us and was extremely condescending from the first second he came over to us, talking to us as if we were dumb. We explained that we simply didn't know and didn't want all of this food nor did we want to pay for it, and after "dumbing down" for us that it was two separate meals, finally said "absolutely we can comp it, just let me know which one of these I can take off your table" This food had been in front of us for like 20 minutes at this point, it just seemed like a jerky move when it was a simple mistake, I almost would have rather him told us he just couldn't comp it. Our server was very nice but the management was underwhelming. That being said the restaurant is great in most other aspects and I still recommend it. read more

We ordered for pick up. Everything was packed when I got there with 2 half-loaves of the French bread & 2 half-loaves of the brown bread & butter. Only got 3 sets of utensils for 8 dishes. The portions were decent, probably enough to split for typical appetite. Our favorite was the chicken Bellagio, the fish was tasty, juicy inside with crispy outside, the pasta was flavorful. The fish branzino had the least flavor, almost like no seasoning. I read the reviews about the Louisiana pasta & Cajun salmon not having enough flavor, so we requested spicy in our order. They were ok, but not as spicy or flavorful as typical Cajun/Louisiana food. The shrimp & salmon were cooked just right & juicy, but the jambalaya pasta was bland. We enjoyed the chunkier mashed potatoes, not watery. The Tex Mex egg rolls were always one of our favorites, flavorful, with juicy flavorful chicken chunks & crispy wrappers. Served with guacamole & pico de gallo. The interior is classy with glamorous feel. I'm torn with the stars. This place many varieties of food, you'd find something for everyone but pricey! I had a really frustrating experience here. While we were dining, our server told us that we could redeem our free cheesecake by going to the counter after dinner. When we finished and went up front, we were then told it actually needed to be ordered with our meal. We explained to the manager, Tim, that we had followed our server's instructions and were just doing what we were told. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, his response was very condescending. He insisted we were in the wrong and even said he didn't understand how we could have made that mistake, which was honestly frustrating considering the confusion came from their staff. To make matters worse, he still made us pay for the cheesecake that was supposed to be complimentary. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rude, and it left a bad impression. Better communication between staff and more respectful customer service would go a long way. read more

Ordered food to go and mid way through eating a salad, I found vegetable waste and trimmings, including rotten lettuce leaves, stems from the top of a tomato. Spoke with Darcy the manager here, regarding the issue who proceeded to make the situation worse in how she handled the situation. The fact that their kitchen serves vegetable scraps as food and managers knowingly further inconvenience customers is crazy. Find another place to eat. My son wanted to order the Chicken parm pizza which they said they were out of but they still had chicken parm so that's weird! Our waitress was pretty good the atmosphere was nice but here is the worst part I ordered Strawberry shortcake which came out with 3 stone cold hard as a rock biscuits and a little dab of strawberries and some ice cream! I'm not sure what's up with all the bad reviews for the Cheescake factory but I like it. I really like that they are consistent with their food. You order what you've been ordering and it tastes like it's supposed to taste. The food quality is still the same while some of these other chains have started purchasing the same type of food, but the quality is not as good as it was previously. I don't find that to be with Cheescake factory. I don't find that they have taken shortcuts to use alternative ingredients that have sacrificed their taste or quality. So that's one thing I like about Cheescake factory. I know it is rather expensive but again they are delivering a standard high-quality food that is consistent. Some of the chains around where this is located I've gotten food from and it's just gone down like they don't provide as much food. It's not the same quality ingredients and I cannot say that about Cheescake factory. So this time I ordered salmon with Cajun sauce that comes with mashed potatoes and corn. It was quite delicious. My salmon was cooked blackened as it should be cooked. It was flaky and soft and had a very good taste to it very fresh. The potatoes were good and the corn. I am a corn and potato connoisseur. So I really loved this dish and it was a departure from what I normally order which is the factory meatloaf, which also comes with corn and potatoes as well. I do really like the locations of the Cheescake factory that offered the barbecue salmon with the corn succotash and the mashed potatoes so this particular dish which appears to be new was very similar to that dish. It was well executed even in a DoorDash delivery and I received both the sourdough bread and the brown bread which is very good. I also ordered Tex-Mex egg rolls which were like they normally are and they had a great taste. My son had the kids chicken tenders and he really liked both those plus the fries. So no complaints here. I have ordered several times from this location and I find it to be good and much better than surrounding chains nowadays. Been a very long time since I went to Cheesecake Factory really no reason. We got a gift card so we went for lunch during the week. Not busy at all but food and service was very good. The restaurant is big and very nice inside. I got the small plate meal which is still very large but cheaper. I had Louisiana Chicken Pasta. Very good great chicken and flavor. You get bread and butter before the meal. The bread was very good as well. We took half our meals home to save room for cheesecake. You have a lot of choices for cheesecake. I finally pick one I do not think any of them are bad. I made a good choice but I was very full afterwards. I ate the whole thing. I will be back sooner next time. read more

I like the Cheesecake Factory at Parks Mall. We always get good service and my mom loves family time there. Our waitress was really great, very attentive, gave really good service and recommendations. There was a small 10 minute wait, and worth it because we live for the gumbo, chicken carbonara and of course - cheesecake! Pretty decent crowd, not overly busy and spacious. The bread was warm & soft and you have to try the cucumber lemonade! I can drink it by the gallons! The Bellinis were great - we only needed one & it hit the spot! We had the calamari as an appetizer and it was very good. Ok here me out! I know five stars might seem like a stretch for Cheesecake Factory, but it was the employees who made the experience more than the food ever will. April and Gina, especially Gina made it such a memorable experience. I would have picked many other places to go but we were close and hungry. The food even tasted better because of the service we received from Gina. She was personable, friendly, funny, attentive, and she should really be managing the location. April made sure our drinks were to our liking which made it even that much better. I'll go back if Gina is working and if you go, you should really request to sit in her section. Dropped in Sunday after shopping, long wait but we were able to snag a seat in the bar area. Everyone enjoyed their food and the portions are quite generous leftovers were taken home. I unfortunately left my debit card and made it home by the time I received a call it was found. Returned the next day to pick up lost card and had a seat at the bar since I made it during their HH. HH has great food and drink deals! Beet & Avocado Salad 5/5 will order every time I come. I tried it simply because it sounded different and it indeed was, but in a good way. If you're an arugula fan I suggest you try it. Calamari- 2/5 wouldn't order again. The batter didn't stick to the calamari. Cheesecake not pictured - Lemon Meringue 3/5. Wouldn't order it again but I did finish it. The top (meringue was very hard and crunchier than I'd prefer). The cheese cake half was great. Good cheesecake. Just need to give another flavor a try! Bistro shrimp pasta 5/5. So good! Both times service has been attentive and nice. Recommend trying, they have everything on their menu, if dining as a group everyone should be able to find something. The whole experience was drawn out. We haven't been in years but we couldn't make a reservation for a party of 11. When I called, they could've make a reservation over the phone and couldn't tell us wait time without speaking to a manager. Then, upon arrival said our party could sit at two tables near each other. That didn't happen. We waited 25 minutes for drinks and over an hour for food. Our food came out in two stages. 2/5 received their food first then ten minutes later, the rest received theirs. We thought we would be better off getting cheesecake to go and after twenty minutes, we finally spoke up after standing at the counter. For a $100+ meal, I'd expect it to be run like a factory.
