Couldn't believe this was my first time coming to Cheesecake Factory. The menu was huge as it took me a long time to order a meal. Finally I decided to have white rice with orange chicken and it was delicious. Sat outside as it was a nice night and the service was also good. Staff was very helpful as they gave suggestions for different meals they felt I should try. With a menu like what they have, I would definitely come back so that I can eventually try everything. I ordered the food online and went to the nearby park. My experience was great overall. I was worried bc people were saying that they were not satisfied after the pandemic. My server who brought my food to my car, he was really nice. However, he didn't give an another bag with other foods I've ordered. I was heading to the park and he called me that he forgot to give me my other bag.. He was so sorry about that. I could feel it haha. Everyone make mistakes :) It's okay! When this place gets busy, they will not accomodate your request and just mechanically "assign" seating. Your reservation request will be ignored and simply assign you to any table available, even after making a specific request in advance. not a great experience. They asked us to wait 45 minutes even though we made a reservation well in advance. What's the point of reservation system then ? Stay away from this place during busy time, like Saturday evening. read more

My friend and I came for lunch on a Thursday and it was surprisingly busy! The host offered indoor or outdoor seating, but we chose to go to the bar because we were in a slight crunch for time and bar service is usually quicker. Our bartender was really nice, forgot his name but made me a pretty weak Long Island Iced Tea. It came in a huge glass but tasted like too much sour mix... I'm a 102 pound girl 5 feet tall, I usually feel tipsy off one glass of wine....sooo... don't know what happened there. It was kind of difficult to get his attention, even though we were the only bar guests there. He was preoccupied stocking and cleaning or whatever and paid little attention to us. I ended up sucking down my drink like a lemonade and enjoyed my meal, regardless. The Sheila Salad definitely brings this review back up to 4 stars because it was phenomenal! Food came fast and hot, delicious and perfect! I love the interior of this particular Cheesecake. It's very open, so you're not confused about where the bathroom is, where to find your table after you use the bathroom, where the indoor dining, bar area, and outdoor seating is. Why did it take so long to bring this out? Were the staff debating, "Hm...how much do we want him to starve today? Let's see what is the least amount of tuna we can place on this plate without guaranteeing a scene? 6 slivers should do the trick!" I was with my fiancé, we ordered a everything pizza for appetizer and I ordered the pasta carbonara with chicken and she had fresh grilled salmon(instead of mash potato she wanted broccoli). I recommend the crab cakes as an appetizer, and thoroughly enjoyed the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp dish as a main course. Their chicken and biscuit dish was yummy as well. Of course, the highlight of the restaurant was the dessert - cheesecake. My favorite still has got to be the original cheesecake, but I also enjoy the Oreo cheesecake and red velvet cheesecake. Our reservation was for 6:30, we got here 5 minutes early and they told us they'd have our table ready in 10 minutes. At 6:45, 20 minutes later, we went up to ask about the table the girls working gave us an attitude and then reluctantly got someone to seat us. We waited 10 minutes for our waiter to come over and another 10 minutes to get water. Our food finally came out at 7:30, an hour after our reservation and two of the meals were cold. Our waiter was lovely and trying his best but the restaurant was a mess and extremely disappointing. I know cheesecake factories are usually busy, but between the extreme wait and the rudeness of the hostesses I wouldn't give this one more than one star. Our service was okay. There was no response from the manager about the issue. First there were beads of styrofoam in the mashed potato. And that was okay we just wanted a new set of mashed potato. The new set I received I took a bite of and was cautious of it. Then realized that there was a hard piece in the bite I took. When I spat it out I realized it was a shard of glass. After that I was just done with my plate. Didn't say anything else to the waiter and just paid (didn't deduct from her tip) and left. I understand that it's not the waiters fault just the company's as it was problems in the kitchen. We won't ever come back even though we've been customers here for over a decade because how can we enjoy it when in the back of our heads we'll be cautious of our food having styrofoam or glass or worse. Now, I get my food finally and I check it out and the Pasta they used was penne instead of linguini. I didn't ask for it, and it looked like slop. Manager was there and I asked him if it normally comes like this, he then apologizes and I changed it to angel hair. Waited again for another 30 mins, all for a corrected Alfredo. It has been an hour that I've been waiting. They couldn't even communicate to rush it. Finally the guy in the counter saw me and tried to rush my order from the back. I finally got it and didn't even bother to check it. Now comes the tasting part. The pizza, as you expect, was already cold. It was a bit undercooked too. I can still taste some raw pizza dough. Sauce was good tho. The salad was okay, had balsamic vina. The only bad part was the chicken, it was one of the leftover ones you get from the slicer. The end pieces of the chicken. They didn't bother to chop that. The two cheesecakes were good, as expected. But the damn Alfredo, was a disaster. The sauce was not even seasoned, along with the chicken they use. PROS: As with any cheesecake factory, the food is great and there's a lot to choose from. The prices are just right and they offer you big helpings of whatever you ordered. The wait staff is very nice and knowledgable about the menu. Parking isn't an issue since it's in a mall and the bathroom are very clean. CONS: Theres always a long wait, not just because it's popular, but because the bus boys are slow at turning over tables. When it's not busy the restaurant will stick you in the corner by the window looking into the mall rather than in the center of the room. The plastic menus are always sticky and the food takes a long time to come out. OVERALL: This is a typical cheesecake factory. It has a few problems like cleanliness and time management, but the quality of the food is good and the wait staff is always cheerful and ready to serve you. read more

I come here all the time with groups large and small and always enjoy my experience. I recommend making reservations through yelp before coming because without the reservation, the wait times are just ridiculous (yelp reservations put you ahead of the line to the next available table, not necessarily a spot). After dinner we attempted to use our four free coupons for slices of cheesecake.
