So I'm going to share the good and the bad.... I went to the Cheesecake Factory with family, the first time in years and was saddened by the great decline it has taken. The bad. The BATHROOMS WERE HORRENDOUS! First in the hallways leading to the bathroom there was paper towels on the counter. Then in the women's bathroom paper towels and trash was everywhere. The floor was wet and each stall had NO TOILET PAPER! Perhaps because all the toilet paper was thrown on the floor. One of the ladies went to tell the waiter and she said she would tell someone. We waited and waited and had to ask a man to bring out some toilet paper for us out of the men's bathroom! How terrible! It was like going into a gas station bathroom! You would think for a restaurant that communicating cleanliness would be priority. One of our ladies went and told the manager and he apologized. Gross! I wish I took pictures of how bad it was! The Ok. The first batch of honey wheat bread to us wasn't fresh or reheated too long. It had a bitter char flavor and was very dry! It literally broke up into crumbs as we tried to butter it. We asked for a new batch and that batch was fresh! The good. THANK God our meals were good. They weren't amazing but they hit the spot and were presented nicely. I just wish the quality of the food would go back to the old school Cheesecake Factory! Also there was no wait at the restaurant.

Was in Willowbrook Mall making a few returns and purchases and said that I had the craving for salmon for lunch and remembered that there was a Cheesecake Factory at the mall so I said let's do it! It was lunchtime and I decided to sit at the bar. I was the only customer at the bar at the time and when the bartender / server saw me they immediately greeted me asked if I wanted water and bread and allowed me a few minutes to look over the menu. I went with the Miso Salmon lunch portion because from what I remember of it, it was previously delicious so I said let's me see if it still is and kills my salmon craving. My entree arrived in the perfect amount of time (allowing me to enjoy a bit of bread and butter and my drink) and it was beautifully plated! It was also a very nice serving for a lunch portion. Taste wise it was BOMB!!! That miso salmon can give some of the best salmon I've had a run for its money .... it totally lives up to what I remembered it tasting like. I only ate half and asked the server if she could bring a to go box and she volunteered to take it and wrap it up for me and also to throw in additional miso glaze and butter sauce. Overall it was a great lunch and I devoured the leftovers for dinner.

This is an incredible place to try different desserts and delicious food! When we arrived, the waitress put some hot, fresh bread on the table. Although I'm not usually a fan of bread, this one was great! My favorite was the brown bread, which had a hint of chocolate flavor. We shared two desserts among three people, and the portions were generous and tasty. We even had to take some home! The waitress was very kind, and the restaurant itself was large and clean. I can see how finding parking during the day might be challenging due to the nearby stores and mall, but overall, it is a beautiful place with great food.

I love Cheesecake Factory! But not this location . Pros : the food was good Cons : waiter. Louis was very rude . Me and my sister made reservations and the reservations were a 45min wait when we got there we waited an extra 10min which wasn't that bad . When we sat down our waiter Louis . Seemed as if he was having a bad day . I didn't think anything of it but when he continued serving us it was evident he was upset . I will not visit this location again. Cost : $30 for one meal : pasta

The kitchen crew needs to pay more attention to order details and modifications. I ordered a pasta, and I wrote specific instructions to not add any dairy. When I got in my car and proceeded to take a couple of bites, I tasted butter on the pasta. Now my appetite is ruined and I wasted money.

Went in for small bites and dessert! Had the crab bites which are bite sized crab cakes served with tatter sauce which was quite tasty, the ahi tuna crispy rice was not as fresh as I expected and the rice patties weren't crispy. The Buffalo wings were good but we were served bad blue cheese dressing. Our waiter was overworked and did her best so I appreciated that, the key lime cheesecake was stale but the berry bliss cheesecake was divine! As always their brown bread with butter was delicious! Not a fan of this location. The table was sticky and the bathrooms were not clean. Lots of potential here still.

Walked after a little Christmas shopping for a slice of cheesecake to bring home. They have monitors with most of foods they serve. I shouldn't have looked at them. Sat down and had the avocado egg rolls with sweet sauce amazing. I had the chicken Parma pizza. Unbelievable chicken breast as the crust. Amazing. Service was fast and they were professional and place very clean. Only bad thing was very dark in there. Had to use phone light to see menu. But definitely will go again....they also had a special $50 gift card and get back $15 back to use after jan 1. That's a free slice of cheesecake for me.

Well, never say never, right?! Here is my updated review. The last time I was at this location, my experience was so bad that I vowed to never return. Lo and behold, I found myself seated at the bar for brunch, again. What can I say, a foodie's GOT TO eat, right? Lol. This was out of pure convenience as I had to make a stop inside of the mall anyway. Suddenly, I had a craving for cinnamon roll pancakes and a gift card anxiously waiting to be swiped. So, I obliged! I am so glad to say that this time my experience was 100% better than before. The bartender/service was extremely polite and accommodating from the moment I sat down. It was quiet and not crowded, assuming due to the time (around 11am). The cinnamon roll pancakes were fluffier than your favorite clouds, and delicious at every forkful. As expected, I could barely finish half, so I took the rest to go. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the ridiculous increase of practically the entire menu. I was a little appalled flipping through the pages. I understand the economy, inflation, etc. but come on, it's outlandish at this point. Price points are way up and the portion/size is the same or worse, much smaller. It's not a win for the customer AT ALL. All I can say is I remember when... smh Overall, I am pleased that this experience exceeded the horrible time before. Here's a tip: you may need to request new/clean silverware. The utensils inside of the napkin when you're seated are almost always never clean, as they should be.

My husband and I had an impromptu dinner tonight at the Cheesecake Factory in Wayne. This was my first time at this location, but my partner has been here in the past. We had a pleasant dinner experience here. The food was good and well prepared. Our waiter Duane took care of us and recommended a dish when I couldn't decide over what to get. Here's what we ordered: - Korean Fried Cauliflower - Our go-to appetizer to order; satisfying for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners. - Veggie Burger - My husband said the Wayne CF Veggie Burger was the best CF burger he's had. He said the fries were really good too. - Korean Fried Chicken - First time I tried this dish, and it was pretty good! It was kind of like a Bibimbap (well, I ended up mixing everything together). One last thing to commend was that the interior of this CF location seemed brighter and nicer to me. All CF restaurants share similar style/ design motifs, but the interior of this one just looked fresher and was better maintained. Overall, I'd recommend this CF location if you are in the area and enjoy the Cheesecake Factory.

Visited this restaurant with my bf for Saturday lunch . I was very surprised that my food was good and fresh because I haven't ate from cheese cake factory in years and all the bad reviews from people. I ordered the fried avocado tacos and crab bites and veggie burger.. I enjoyed every dish including my drinks . I also ordered the strawberry cheesecake which was amazing !! The bill was only $125 and we had 2 slices of cheesecakes , 2 appetizers, 2 burgers meals and 2 drinks.

Greeted upon arrival and seated immediately. Restaurant is pretty spacious. Area we sat in was a bit dark and dim. Chicken pot stickers were tasty, very filling and nicely presented. The sauce was a bit too salty to my liking but the potsticker was yummy. Plain cheesecake was on point. I also ordered the chocolate tower truffle cake- it is a huge piece of cake! It's more of a shareable dessert. If you love chocolate then you'll enjoy it! Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Service was great.

Came here for dinner and as usual, it is busy so took a high top table by the bar. Love their fresh made bread with butter. Staff was friendly and service was good. Menu is plentiful in variety and for those counting calories... Full service bar as well with plenty of cocktail options. Don't forget they have plenty of variety of cheese cakes to eat in or to take out. Had the avocado egg rolls and chicken quesadilla to share for starters. Next the Chinese chicken salad, which is huge and good for two people to share. had to make room for dessert.... how can one not? Had the original cheesecake which is my preference since all the other ones seem on the the much sweeter side since I have tried many of their cheesecakes and other desserts. Enjoy going to Cheesecake Factory...and will be back!

First i came for outside eating but there was no sort of social distancing taking place . i ordered curbside and waited for an extended time . Decide to go inside to get my order and they said Oh it's right here and it was just 4 staff member standing around talking . And there were two tables filled with curbside ordered that nobody brought out . Then i ordered this cheddar stuffed burger and got a burger with nothing inside & my burger is burnt . This was by far the worse experience I had. Came here with my wife and friend for lunch that turned into dinner because we waited almost 2 hours for our food. I told the waitress Tiffany I was vegetarian and she gave me a mushroom burger with beef. To try and fix it she brought me an impossible burger that I asked for with sautéd onions and again my ordered took forever and still came out with no onions. We asked to speak to a manager and as my friend was talking to him his eyes was wondering else where instead of making eye contact. To think we are paying customers and the best he did was say " well I'm sorry " and walked away. I would never eat here again as this is no way to treat a customer. read more

So we went there last night for dinner. 1/20/2024. We ordered one appetizer which was very good. In the middle of eating the appetizer, they brought are dinner out and we weren't even close to done with are appetizer. They basically put it in the end of the table and walked away after I said we weren't done yet. Then it was cold when we ate it. The waiter didn't care. The one lady who looked like she was in charge didn't care. I asked for very light cheese on my sons flat bread and it came it with mounds of cheese on it. Never heard from the waiter all night except for when he brought the check and wanted his tip. Very disappointed with this place. read more

I had not been here for a long time and we went to celebrate my birthday. There was no wait as it was a Thursday, and we sar a a booth. It was so dark that we had to get ourphones out so that we could see the menus. With regards to the food, I have to say it was a mix bag. I ordered "carne asada" and, though there were, just a few pieces of meat, the taste was good. However, one of the people in our party ordered "Chicken Marsala" and it was awful. The mushrooms were burned beyond recognition making the sauce sour. The waitress had an attitude and my daughter had to tell her twice to bring something to surprise me. Finally, she brough a tiny little cup with one spoon of ice-cream topped with swear God , a wallop of whip cream from a can. All in all, the experience didnt merit the prices. This place has gone down hill! We picked up our order tonight @ 6:25. The salmon was very expensive for $19.50 (pic below). Everything was cold; we had to reheat all of the meals! I called the place 6 times to get my $ refunded and everytime I did I was left on eternal hold waiting for a manager! The couldn't even get the bread right. The menu is a little bit too big , but if they can handle it then it is ok to me. There are young people working and I think they like what they are doing, they are very knowledgeable and kind. Sometimes I think the food takes too long but also the restaurant is always full so I believe you just have to wait. My daughter ate some of this flatbread even though it had way too much sauce which made it all soggy. When I asked the manager to take it off the bill or at least just charge us half price it was just a flat no. Won't be back again. I can see why they only get 3 of 5 stars. Their food is not what it used to be. Way too many other places to go. The flatbread was so soggy we couldn't even take the rest home. But guess they have too many other customers. After waiting like 45 minutes to get seated, I ordered a Chinese dish and honestly was no different than any similar fast-food dishes, maybe worse, other than 3 times more expensive. The chicken was dry, the rice was hard, and the broccoli was almost raw. Service was bad too. But the worst was when we saw a mouse running on the floor, few yards away from us. Would not go there again ever. Don't waste your money there! read more

My parents and I were here in December with some family friends after the holidays and it was extremely packed. Wait time was about almost 2 hours and the food took longer than usual to get to our table. I ordered the Pasta Da Vinci, a dish I've ordered several times before because I've enjoyed it so much...until I got sick from it. My family and I have been going to The Cheesecake Factory for years, and we've made it a yearly tradition to go here on my birthday. Looks like we'll be going elsewhere. Cheesecake Factory has never disappointed me. I rarely go and haven't been in quite sometime. It was a work lunch and was chosen because of everyone's different taste in food. The staff were accommodating and the waitress was super nice. She didn't rush us to leave and gave suggestions on different items. Everything tasted great. I wasn't too thrilled with the Thai Lettuce wraps. I thought the chicken would be minced and not grilled. The stuffed mushrooms were a nice gooey surprise of goodness and the flat bread was mouth watering. I ordered the salmon kale salad. It was a lunch portion and I still brought food home. Best part was the cheesecake of course. You can't go here without ordering dessert. This location is very clean and wasn't too crowded for a Saturday lunch. read more

When we got to the restaurant we waited 10 minutes for the woman at the desk to take our name for a table. We went to the bar and the cocktails were not made well. I asked for a Manhattan and was told that the bartender couldn't make it. When we were seated the table was still dirty from the previous party. They then came and cleaned the table and dropped off dirty silverware. When we tried to open the menu some pages were stuck together with soda or something sticky. Horrible experience. We are muslims and were fasting during ramadan so we wanted to break our fast here and we were celebrating my friend's birthday. the server didnt greet our table until 10 minutes after we got sat( not exaggerating) . My husband told teo of the servers pssing by that no one had greeted our table, and they all said that they would get the server, however it seems like there is no team effort here. Like at least get our drinks going if you see us sitting for a while, even if youre not our server. When we placed our orders i told the server we were fasting, so whatever food is ready she can just bring it over, to please make sure its nice and hot, and her response was " well im just the server but i will definitely try to make sure it arrives as hot as possible, but illsee what i can do". Like whatttt? Thats not a response to give your guests We arent eating for free , even if you have to lie and pretend to care at least tell us youll make sure its hot and ready for us! To top it all off my husband asked for a coke and the server forgot to bring it. And he also ordered a shrimp psta and the shrimp never made it to the pasta .. when i got the servers attention, she blamed it all on the kitchen.. and by the time she brought it out my husband was allready finished with his pasta. She never sang happy birthday, and was mediocre at her job. My husband still tipped her 20% just because we thoight she might be having a bad day, but come one.. serving isnt hars, we own a few restaurants and thats not the way to run one! What happened to this place it used to be great. We recently went 8 of us. My impossible burger was not good at all . I ate it though kind of expensive. My husband had the cheesesteak. He sent it back ( he never does this ). They did take it off the bill. The rest of us were very disappointed in our meals. The one good thing was our waitress was great . I guess service can really make it or break it for chain restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, but I would still give four stars to this location simply because the good outweighed the bad by far. Yeah, our waitress wasn't stellar, but she wasn't absolutely horrible; she didn't come around more than twice and didn't check in during the meal except at the end. Still, the quality and portions were consistent (i.e., portions were huge)! The four of us ordered spaghetti and meatballs ($16.95), a caesar salad ($13.95), a grilled fresh salmon ($19.95), and an eggplant parm ($14.95). I can only speak to the taste of the spaghetti and meatballs since it's what I ordered, but the others seemed to enjoy their dishes. The dish was large, of course, so I'm happy. Additionally, the noodles were cooked al dente and were covered in a very aromatic sauce. The meatballs were definitely homemade and were a bit on the dryer/tougher side. I started this third-wave coffee journey after realizing I was mostly buying coffee from larger stores where the roast dates were usually two to three months old. One month old if I got lucky. And listen, there are some great third-wave coffee roasters on those shelves but the problem is freshness. At the time, I was deep into the pour-over coffee rabbit hole, and I kept passing this little coffee spot with a sign that basically said "Need more coffee? We roast it here," with arrows pointing down. And for some reason, I kept ignoring it. The sign wasn't fancy. It wasn't trying to be trendy. It didn't have the polished third-wave café aesthetic from the outside. It was just a simple roadside sign telling you exactly what mattered: they roast coffee here. Eventually I thought, "Wait a minute. If they're roasting coffee right here, why am I still buying bags from bigger stores with roast dates that are two to three months old?" So one day, I finally pulled in. Immediately - and I mean immediately - I realized I had completely judged this place wrong. This was a serious third-wave coffeehouse. And honestly, when you think about it, the sign is actually genius. A sinple sign that says "Need more coffee? We roast it here" is probably only going to attract people who actually care about proper coffee. Classic case of don't judge a book by its cover. Because now? I can't really get my coffee anywhere else. I've had some of the best coffees here. One year they had this Colombian Santa Maria light roast, high-elevation that totally changed my mind about Colombian coffees. I had always thought of Colombian coffees as more medium-roast, classic coffee profiles, but that one opened my eyes. Right now, they have this Fara Estate Nicaraguan light-medium roast that is absolutely delicious. They have a serious-looking pour-over setup with custom V60 holders and gooseneck kettle setup, so you can tell this is not just a place that sells coffee. This is a place that actually understands coffee. If you're the kind of person who checks roast dates, owns a V60, argues with yourself about grind size, or has ever fallen way too deep into the coffee rabbit hole, this place is worth stopping for. And if you're not that person yet, this might be the place that turns you into one.

Just one mention of this place will get my mouth watering uncontrollably like Pavlov's Dog, Lol. And for good reason too because everything over here is so freakin crave worthy. I think what sets them apart from some others is that they serve 100% all natural Angus Beef which is always free from hormones and antibiotics which is totally noticeable in each and every tremendously tasty bite. Now for me I usually go with the Smoke Shack Cheese Burger and I even threw in a picture right before devouring mine. It came loaded with Smoky Crispy Bacon, Spicy Cherry Peppers, Lettuce, Tomatoes, tons of Onions, Pickles, and that patented one of a kind Secret Sauce. I'd like to believe there's a "Burger Heaven" because trust me, for a brief moment in time I was there. !! YUMMMMMMERS !! Wait, I haven't even told you about their incredibly delicious Crinkle Cut French Fries or Frosty Shakes yet people!! Lol, in case you couldn't already tell YEAH, I'm a Big Fan!! Finally we had a chance to visit recently, enticed by the Hungarian folk band and gulyás (goulash) being featured that day. The place was absolutely packed and lively, with an enthusiastic crowd and some surprisingly good traditional dancers among the patrons. I was chatting with a local regular who told me it's usually a good crowd on the weekend but not like this. Guess the band and gulyás really brought out the throng! They've got a solid core range of beers - IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours - and special/seasonal flavors too, and even have their own hard seltzer line for those non-beer drinkers. I'm not an IPA person but lots of people seem to like their hazy IPAs (which my husband ordered). I stuck with my usual wheat beer and had a Belgian white...with blueberry! Delicious. The laid back and friendly vibe, down-to-earth crowd, and bright interiors with café-like seating areas all make Tribesmen a relaxing place to keep company. The calendar is filled with events such as trivia night, karaoke night, live music, and quaint social activities like crochet & sip and bonsai bar. All's to say I'd hang out here a lot more if I didn't have parenting responsibilities, though this does seem like a pretty family friendly place. They don't serve food but do welcome you to bring outside food or to order in (always a plus), though sometimes they have food trucks on the weekends. Egészségedre!

We visited today for the Mother's Day Queen's Tea. I called to make a reservation 2 months in advance since they book up so quickly. In general, reservations are recommended as seating is limited, especially on weekends. When you arrive, you are presented with a prix-fix menu. On non-holidays, you usually have a choice between the soup or the salad of the day. You select your pot of tea from over 60 premium tea flavors. Today, I chose the "Paris" special tea, which had notes of vanilla, caramel, and bergamot. For the Mother's Day Queen's Tea, we had the broccoli and cheddar quiche, a pear, goat cheese, candied walnut, mixed green salad, scones, assorted mini sandwiches, and several mini desserts. Every course was fresh and excellent. The caramel scones are one of the best things I have ever eaten. They are served warm with clotted cream and lemon curd. The caramel is so goey and melts in your mouth. We brought some orange juice and prosecco to have mimosas with our tea. They have glassware in the back that you can request when making your reservation. The service is always top-notch. Holly is the best server! She is super sweet and always hardworking. At the entrance, there is a little gift shop with lots of cute vintage items, tea-themed trinkets, and some of the loose lea tea available in small bags. We love coming here and hope to be back again soon. My favorite part was the mini tea sandwiches and the walnut feta salad. There were over 200 different types of teas to choose from you can either choose hot or cold. My Salad has a big selection of signature salads along with warm bowls, wraps and toasties (toasted sandwiches) or you can create your own. There's plenty to choose from! I had the My Shrimp Taco Salad and a bag of chips and took it to go. Total cost was $19 which is pretty typical of most salad / bowls that you get in NYC and the surrounding tri-state area. My salad was good, the location is very clean. The service was ok but I'll chalk that up to the fact that it was a young teenage girl and I think she was just shy.

My friends told me to come to this place telling me that the food was good. But the day I came here with a friend. I was disappointed. We ordered artichoke dip that was good. The calamari was too salty. The chicken carbonara needs a little attention. And the pasta jambalaya which is the one I have ordered. It was bland no flavor. Not only that the chef gave me two kinds of noodles. I was like I guess they couldn't the side which noodles would go with this dish. I have to say the noodles they gave me I have to separate them because they were sticking together. I would say this dish would have been better if they used a fresh tomatoes instead of can tomatoes. And the manager came to me saying that I am the first person who said the food wasn't good. I have to say I am disappointed about the pasta jambalaya. This is one of my favorite dish and the chef ruin it. The coffee was terrible my god! The only thing good I have to say. The cheesecake was excellent as always. The Cheesecake Factory is always a reliable go-to when you want a little bit of everything. The menu is massive ... almost overwhelming! but it means there's something for everyone, whether you're craving pasta, burgers, salads, or something more unique. The food is consistently good and it was flavorful and very filling. Portions are huge, so it's great for sharing or taking leftovers home. The service was friendly and quick, even though the restaurant was busy. Of course, the real highlight is the cheesecake. So many flavors, and every one I've tried has been rich, creamy, and indulgent. Definitely save room for dessert or take a slice to go! The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the wait times can be long during peak hours, and the noise level can get pretty loud. But overall, it's a solid choice for a casual, satisfying meal. read more

Not a stranger to this great chain, I normally visit the SF location when I am in town located on the macy's building roof top, unfortunately unlike the amazing experience in the SF location this particular location really lacks in customer care and courtesy, other then the fact that I got the wrong drink twice (ordered a blue agave margarita I got a diet coke not even close how can you make this mistake and TWICE !!!) After the managed to get such a simple task s wrong they opted to let me know that they are out of this brand of liquor and that they apologize and I need to choose a different drink, I am easy going so I did even though this should have been handled much better on their end. So after all that I got the bill and my original drink is there as well as ZERO discount....... should I ever set foot in this place.... I think NOT !!!!! read more

i went here last night, we were a party of 10. I had the spicy chicken chipotle pasta. the pasta tasted dry, and i couldn't even finish half way. The waiter also created an issue with us about tax, that she has not mentioned before, so we had two waiters telling us 50 dollar tax than 35 dollar tax and continued to tell us different things. Then we had a waiter come to our table and drop food on the floor. Very disspointed i spent $17 on pasta that wasn't cooked well. It wasn't even warm. The waiters continued to talk about my table to the other waitresses . First time going there and i never want to go back. read more

I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but this Cheesecake Factory is not that bad. There is usually a wait. But not a long one and that is a good sign. The appetizers we had were the Nashville hot chicken bites, potstickers, anf mac & cheese balls. All were very good. I had tge bacon bacon burger, again very good. One of my party did like her dish. The server took it away and the manger came over to find out what was wrong. It was very nice of him to do they. Tge entire staff is above average. If in the area, I would recommend eating here read more

Be ready to wait a long time to be seated, but they are pretty accurate with wait time estimates. Food also takes some time to come out. The quality of the food is just like any other cheesecake factory. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes with grilled corn was a great choice. Also, try to order the bacon cheeseburger, the size and flavor is great. All portions are huge. Very surprised that portion sizes have stayed this large for this long. Look at the silverware closely before you eat, it was dirty. read more

The service was horrible and the food was even worse. They recently went up on the prices of their food which would be fine if they kept the quantity and quality the same. In the past 2 people could easily share an appetizer and dinner and dessert and it would be a complete meal. Need beer service and food. I've said this a thousand times before, but the cheesecake factory is the best chain restaurant. Like Okay think of any other chain restaurant, and compare it to cheesecake factory. The ambiance here is kind of faux romantic except for the fact that there are always a bunch of rowdy kids. You can barely hear the music because everyone is trying to talk over one another. The food was good, I get the usual factory combo with the steak diane and chicken madera. read more
