So I'm going to share the good and the bad.... I went to the Cheesecake Factory with family, the first time in years and was saddened by the great decline it has taken. The bad. The BATHROOMS WERE HORRENDOUS! First in the hallways leading to the bathroom there was paper towels on the counter. Then in the women's bathroom paper towels and trash was everywhere. The floor was wet and each stall had NO TOILET PAPER! Perhaps because all the toilet paper was thrown on the floor. One of the ladies went to tell the waiter and she said she would tell someone. We waited and waited and had to ask a man to bring out some toilet paper for us out of the men's bathroom! How terrible! It was like going into a gas station bathroom! You would think for a restaurant that communicating cleanliness would be priority. One of our ladies went and told the manager and he apologized. Gross! I wish I took pictures of how bad it was! The Ok. The first batch of honey wheat bread to us wasn't fresh or reheated too long. It had a bitter char flavor and was very dry! It literally broke up into crumbs as we tried to butter it. We asked for a new batch and that batch was fresh! The good. THANK God our meals were good. They weren't amazing but they hit the spot and were presented nicely. I just wish the quality of the food would go back to the old school Cheesecake Factory! Also there was no wait at the restaurant.

Was in Willowbrook Mall making a few returns and purchases and said that I had the craving for salmon for lunch and remembered that there was a Cheesecake Factory at the mall so I said let's do it! It was lunchtime and I decided to sit at the bar. I was the only customer at the bar at the time and when the bartender / server saw me they immediately greeted me asked if I wanted water and bread and allowed me a few minutes to look over the menu. I went with the Miso Salmon lunch portion because from what I remember of it, it was previously delicious so I said let's me see if it still is and kills my salmon craving. My entree arrived in the perfect amount of time (allowing me to enjoy a bit of bread and butter and my drink) and it was beautifully plated! It was also a very nice serving for a lunch portion. Taste wise it was BOMB!!! That miso salmon can give some of the best salmon I've had a run for its money .... it totally lives up to what I remembered it tasting like. I only ate half and asked the server if she could bring a to go box and she volunteered to take it and wrap it up for me and also to throw in additional miso glaze and butter sauce. Overall it was a great lunch and I devoured the leftovers for dinner.

This is an incredible place to try different desserts and delicious food! When we arrived, the waitress put some hot, fresh bread on the table. Although I'm not usually a fan of bread, this one was great! My favorite was the brown bread, which had a hint of chocolate flavor. We shared two desserts among three people, and the portions were generous and tasty. We even had to take some home! The waitress was very kind, and the restaurant itself was large and clean. I can see how finding parking during the day might be challenging due to the nearby stores and mall, but overall, it is a beautiful place with great food.

I love Cheesecake Factory! But not this location . Pros : the food was good Cons : waiter. Louis was very rude . Me and my sister made reservations and the reservations were a 45min wait when we got there we waited an extra 10min which wasn't that bad . When we sat down our waiter Louis . Seemed as if he was having a bad day . I didn't think anything of it but when he continued serving us it was evident he was upset . I will not visit this location again. The kitchen crew needs to pay more attention to order details and modifications. I ordered a pasta, and I wrote specific instructions to not add any dairy. When I got in my car and proceeded to take a couple of bites, I tasted butter on the pasta. Now my appetite is ruined and I wasted money.

Went in for small bites and dessert! Had the crab bites which are bite sized crab cakes served with tatter sauce which was quite tasty, the ahi tuna crispy rice was not as fresh as I expected and the rice patties weren't crispy. The Buffalo wings were good but we were served bad blue cheese dressing. Our waiter was overworked and did her best so I appreciated that, the key lime cheesecake was stale but the berry bliss cheesecake was divine! As always their brown bread with butter was delicious! Not a fan of this location. The table was sticky and the bathrooms were not clean. Lots of potential here still.

Walked after a little Christmas shopping for a slice of cheesecake to bring home. They have monitors with most of foods they serve. I shouldn't have looked at them. Sat down and had the avocado egg rolls with sweet sauce amazing. I had the chicken Parma pizza. Unbelievable chicken breast as the crust. Amazing. Service was fast and they were professional and place very clean. Only bad thing was very dark in there. Had to use phone light to see menu. But definitely will go again....they also had a special $50 gift card and get back $15 back to use after jan 1. That's a free slice of cheesecake for me.

Well, never say never, right?! Here is my updated review. The last time I was at this location, my experience was so bad that I vowed to never return. Lo and behold, I found myself seated at the bar for brunch, again. What can I say, a foodie's GOT TO eat, right? Lol. This was out of pure convenience as I had to make a stop inside of the mall anyway. Suddenly, I had a craving for cinnamon roll pancakes and a gift card anxiously waiting to be swiped. So, I obliged! I am so glad to say that this time my experience was 100% better than before. The bartender/service was extremely polite and accommodating from the moment I sat down. It was quiet and not crowded, assuming due to the time (around 11am). The cinnamon roll pancakes were fluffier than your favorite clouds, and delicious at every forkful. As expected, I could barely finish half, so I took the rest to go. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the ridiculous increase of practically the entire menu. I was a little appalled flipping through the pages. I understand the economy, inflation, etc. but come on, it's outlandish at this point. Price points are way up and the portion/size is the same or worse, much smaller. It's not a win for the customer AT ALL. All I can say is I remember when... smh Overall, I am pleased that this experience exceeded the horrible time before. Here's a tip: you may need to request new/clean silverware. The utensils inside of the napkin when you're seated are almost always never clean, as they should be.

My husband and I had an impromptu dinner tonight at the Cheesecake Factory in Wayne. This was my first time at this location, but my partner has been here in the past. We had a pleasant dinner experience here. The food was good and well prepared. Our waiter Duane took care of us and recommended a dish when I couldn't decide over what to get. Here's what we ordered: - Korean Fried Cauliflower - Our go-to appetizer to order; satisfying for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners. - Veggie Burger - My husband said the Wayne CF Veggie Burger was the best CF burger he's had. He said the fries were really good too. - Korean Fried Chicken - First time I tried this dish, and it was pretty good! It was kind of like a Bibimbap (well, I ended up mixing everything together). One last thing to commend was that the interior of this CF location seemed brighter and nicer to me. All CF restaurants share similar style/ design motifs, but the interior of this one just looked fresher and was better maintained. Overall, I'd recommend this CF location if you are in the area and enjoy the Cheesecake Factory.

Visited this restaurant with my bf for Saturday lunch . I was very surprised that my food was good and fresh because I haven't ate from cheese cake factory in years and all the bad reviews from people. I ordered the fried avocado tacos and crab bites and veggie burger.. I enjoyed every dish including my drinks . I also ordered the strawberry cheesecake which was amazing !! The bill was only $125 and we had 2 slices of cheesecakes , 2 appetizers, 2 burgers meals and 2 drinks.

Greeted upon arrival and seated immediately. Restaurant is pretty spacious. Area we sat in was a bit dark and dim. Chicken pot stickers were tasty, very filling and nicely presented. The sauce was a bit too salty to my liking but the potsticker was yummy. Plain cheesecake was on point. I also ordered the chocolate tower truffle cake- it is a huge piece of cake! It's more of a shareable dessert. If you love chocolate then you'll enjoy it! Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Service was great.

Came here for dinner and as usual, it is busy so took a high top table by the bar. Love their fresh made bread with butter. Staff was friendly and service was good. Menu is plentiful in variety and for those counting calories... Full service bar as well with plenty of cocktail options. Don't forget they have plenty of variety of cheese cakes to eat in or to take out. Had the avocado egg rolls and chicken quesadilla to share for starters. Next the Chinese chicken salad, which is huge and good for two people to share. had to make room for dessert.... how can one not? Had the original cheesecake which is my preference since all the other ones seem on the the much sweeter side since I have tried many of their cheesecakes and other desserts. Enjoy going to Cheesecake Factory...and will be back!

Love cheesecake factory! Visited this location on Wednesday June 15, 2016. Our waiter was Joseph. My boyfriend & I ordered the chicken quesadillas as our app, always a perfect 10---I highly recommend this item if you haven't tried it. My boyfriend ordered the teriyaki chicken. Came on the bone with black seasame seeds garnish, white rice, platanos & grilled pineapple chucks. He said it was delicious & he would definately get it again. The presentation was great. I ordered the four cheese pasta with grilled chicken. As always, it was amazing. This dish NEVER disapppints & always more than half to bring home for another meal or two. We took home tirmisu cheesecake & the 30th anniversary cheesecake. We loved it. I only gave four stars though because I always feel like there is an attitude at all Cheesecake Factory locations. I don't find the staff to be friendly or approachable or happy. I would love to see a softer nicer customer friendly focus for this company overall. read more

This has GOT TO BE THEEEEE Worst Cheesecake Factory in the entire United States. A friend took me there for lunch to celebrate my birthday. The service was just terrible. It's such a beautiful looking place too. When my food came it was DRIED OUT from sitting under the lights so long waiting for the waiter to finally bring it. The busboy ended up bringing it. Afterwards, when I ordered tea, he brought tea and sugar but no milk. I asked for milk. It took SOOOOOO long for him to bring the milk, by the time he did, the tea was cold. I'm not even kidding. I wouldn't have minded AS MUCH, but the place wasn't crowded. (Now I can see why.) He should have been on top of his game. And furthermore, I don't think he even cares. (Obviously not or he couldn't be that bad.) Just terrible. read more

It was a Saturday night and me and my family were looking for something to eat. And finally we decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory. We brought my great grandma with us to. When we got there we waited 1 hr 30 min but we were patient on a Saturday Night. We went in got seated and they asked for our drinks right away. I got a lemonade the only problem was it was too sweet. for dinner I got grilled chicken it was pretty good it came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. it was so good. I've been to several cheesecake factory's. The Wayne location seems to still be doing well with spacing out guests who are dining in. The food is always the same at most of them but the servers at the Wayne location are a bit more professional and friendly. The food is brought out pretty quickly. read more

Last month my wife and i went to the Cheesecake Factory to get one of our favorite delicious dulce de Leche cheese cake. I bragged to my wife about the size of the slice of cake and it was enough for both. When I ordered, the size was half the size of the original and the price was higher. Ten years ago the cakes where enormous and enough for both of us and then some. Disappointed about the change but, its still delicious. Will definitely go back but not as often as we did. read more

Food is good, drinks are more sweet and fruity then full of alcohol and the wait is long enough to want to rip your hair out. The drinks are always yummy if your looking to have a liquid dinner but never have enough alcohol to even get the smallest buzz. So if your looking to get a quick buzz before dinner stick to the fan favorites, beer and wine. I have tried a bunch of food on their menu but my favorite dish by far is the the hibachi steak with the wasabi potatoes. YUM! Their cobb salad is huge and really good too. It could easily feed 2 adults. And the cheesecake, well, I don't even have to tell you that. It's the whole reason they exist and yes its good! This Cheesecake happens to be attached to the Willowbrook Mall and because it is so, it is ALWAYS A ZOO. I have waited as long as 3 hours to get a table on a Thursday night! I want to say they don't take reservations but they do take call ahead seating. There is nothing spectacular about this location versus another. Just a good place to grab a bite and try something new. Average price per meal including entree, appetizer and drink is about $35 per person. read more

I went to the cheesecake factory with my husband, on our way back from a trip to Atlantic city. I mainly wanted to go because of their heavenly cheesecake, of course, and since we had a gift card, decided to sit down and eat. It was very crowded and busy (on a Saturday) but we got a table right away. We waited for about 20 mins for our food, the food was ok for me, big portions. I ordered a pasta/chicken dish that tasted good. My hubby ordered a rice dish, but complained it wasn't enough, so of course, he helped me finish mine ;P The only minus point was the lemonade I ordered, it was waaay too sweet, it was like diabetes in a glass. for dessert, I ordered the caramel flavored cheesecake...mmmh-mmmh DELICIOUS! Rich, melting in your mouth, sweet goodness gracious!!! I definetely recommend it and will surely go back, the cheesecake is calling my name wherever I go.... read more

Loveeeee this location! The one by me in Hackensack has such slow service compared to this one. The parking situation is kinda annoying but it's never that crowded when ever I go. The portions are huge, adequately priced, and servers are really friendly! And you can't leave without getting dessert.. The Godiva cheesecake is my fave :) read more

I like going to TCF only when it isn't crazy packed with people. I really enjoy the selection of items they have on the menu. The salads, burgers and sandwiches are very good. I like the fact that they have enough wait staff and service is good. I would love to talk about the Cheesecake but I am watching my calorie intake. read more

Fantastic meal. Can't say anymore than the other reviews. The only thing I hated about this place was how close the tables for two were and the bags all the shoppers have. It was about two weeks before Christmas so maybe that is why. Try to get a booth if you can and enjoy your meal! read more

I have come here several times for dinner because my best friend loves it, but everything has always been mediocre. The last time I went, I got the superfood kale salad and it was so dry and bland. But the main reason why I'm giving it 1 star is because of the horrendous service here. It took 30 minutes for our waitress to come over to us and even let us order our drinks. Multiple waiters/waitresses walked past us and didn't once ask us if we were being helped. And then when our waitress did come, she was extremely rude. She brought us bread which we turned down and she rolled her eyes at us and continued to be annoyed and inattentive for the entirety of our duration there. Will never be going back now. Get better staff and train them on customer service. read more

This place really has gone down hill. The whole experience tonight was really sad. I had two different managers intervene and both times i was dissatisfied. They made our meals twice and the food was the same and it was horrible. It was watery and lack of taste. The chefs are better in hackensack. read more

I have never giving a cheesecake factory such a low rating, been going to various ones across the country and food is consistently good until I came here. The wait was typical, the staff was nice, but the food omg it just sucked. We did the avocado rolls and they over cooked to the point the shells were burnt. Okay we figured we would go with a safe bet of the chipolte chicken pasta. But wow they seemed to use salsa or keptchup with honey instead of chipolte sause. I have found the copy cat receipe and made this at home and it is not the same. Just sad didn't expect that here read more

Had a very pleasant evening here with the family as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. She wanted a fun place to go and requested Cheesecake Factory as her birthday dine out . Our server, Bianca, was very attentive to our needs, wants and requests. She was very patient and was always checking on us to ensure we were enjoying our time there. They had no problem adding Salmon to my salad which was excellent. The desserts were delicious and rich. The final check was a little pricier than anticipated but overall not too bad. We encountered no issues during our dining experience tonight so we will definitely return here. read more

By far the most incompetent staff at any resturant I have every been to. They originally tell me that the wait would be 1 hour 15 minute figure ok go take a walk around the willowbrook mall. Well 1 hour 15 minutes turned into 2 hours with no explanation why so if you are willing to waste your night away Cheescake Factory in Wayne is the place to go if not you are better off going to Wawa. read more

Just ordered take out they got the order wrong which is not uncommon. Ordered a Grande Factory Burito. Only order this if you want white rice wrapped in a tortilla only one piece of chicken. Really bad if we ate at the restaurant they would have gotten it back. I now know how they re making the rent. read more

Horrible overpriced stale cold food. They don't know how to cook pasta at all. Everything was undercooked. Boiled pasta for three days ago. Microwaved and then threw it in the sauce. Gordon Ramsey needs to do a god damn kitchen nightmares episode here. Worst experience of my existence. read more

Terribly slow service. Waited 20 minutes for 4 glasses of wine. Waited another 40 minutes for 4 appetizers and 1 salad. Mini sliders inedible, too well done. Dessert was another 30 minutes for 1 slice of cheesecake for the table. Waiter was apologetic. But ridiculous service for a Tues. Second and last time. M.I.N.D. B.L.O.W.I.N.G. C.H.E.E.S.E.C.A.K.E.S!!!!!! So creamy and pretty huge slices.... they are more like gourmet art..and hence the slightly higher cost of owning one! But that's ok...every single one of them is worth it! Chocolate Tuxedo Cream, 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake, Ultimate Red Velvet Cake are some of the ones we gobbled up here... and many more to try out yet! A first impression is always a lasting one. Upon being seated, we were nicely greeted by our server Ashley W. She was fantastic - rite on spot with refills, not pushy or overbearing. Had a really nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. Service was great . Gianni L. took good care of us. Try the Korean Fried Cauliflower appetizer. A bit spicy (which we love) and so full of flavor. The Avocado toast with the added shrimp option was good and the Eggplant Parmesan is one of the best I have tasted. The eggplant is sliced thin and layered with mozzarella and fontina cheese. Nice and crispy and not mushy or greasy inside. Did not have room for dessert but their cheesecakes are always superb. read more

I literally love coming here, especially when we can't decide on what we want to eat. No matter what you are in the mood for they have it! Sometimes the menu can become overwhelming but I promise you everything here is delicious. I aim to try something different every time. The service is always great also. Happy hour rocks here too! This place can be a little pricy. Overall the food taste good. Service is good too. I had a problem with the meal and they did comp the meal and let me order something else. This time they wanted to make sure I didn't send this one back too. Why four stars? I told them I can't have seeds. So my second meal had a tomato on it..... (they have seeds) but I have eaten there is the past. The food is high in calories but when you go to a place like cheese cake factory I don't think your watching what you eat there. read more

I go back here all the time because the enormous menu has so many delicious and different food options! My favorites are the Mint Iced Tea, Tex Mex Tacos and Oreo Cheesecake!! The Sunday brunch is yummy, but crowded. On other days, I've gotten my food late or it was messed up, but it all turns out okay. Very VERY VERY busy Cheesecake factory. My wife and I took in lunch here on MLK day and when we were leaving, the wait for 25+ deep for a table. Wow... Thank God we arrived prior to the rush which was about 11:15ish.... Popular restaurant I guess!! So, like I stated, we got there before the rush and were sat promptly and our server was soon at our table. We ordered an app, stuffed mushrooms. They were "Ok" and came with a serving of 6. Very small and for 7 bucks, no bang for your buck with these. We'll pass next time. The sauce the mushrooms were served in was really good tho, and good for bread dippin'. For our meals, we ordered salads. Mine was the Chinese Chicken Salad Dinner portion - Chicken Breast, Rice Noodles, Lettuce, Green Onions, Almonds, Crisp Wontons, Bean Sprouts, Orange and Sesame Seeds. Tossed in Our Special Chinese Plum Dressing. Very big salad!!!!! I couldn't even finish it and it was pretty good and flavorful. My wife ordered the Sheila's Chicken and Avocado Salad Lunch portion - Grilled Chicken, Fresh Avocado, Mixed Greens, Crisp Tortilla Strips, Carrots, Cilantro and Cashews Tossed in a Citrus-Honey-Peanut Vinaigrette. This was pretty damn big as well for the lunch portion! My wife and I both thought the salads almost tasted the same and hers didn't come with that many Avocado's, and being that was in the title, you'd expect a few more. So, why 3 stars? Well, it took forever to get our appetizer - then our meals. I think the server forgot to put in our order after taking it because it took almost 20 minutes to get our mushrooms... then another 20-25 mins for our Salads. We then saw other tables get their food before us, and those tables were sat well after we arrived - and we ordered Salads.. how long does it take to make two salads? It wasn't that busy when we arrived, so that's why I am pretty sure our order was forgotten about. On an good note, our server was very polite and attentive. I can't give 4 stars for the experience, but I'll chalk this up as a hiccup on her part. I'd return for a meal as I saw other things that looked really good and man, the portions are huge!!! Honesty this restaurant is one of the closest places to my house. My family and I come here often. I don't expect top notch coming to a chain restaurant but I do expect the hostess who is the first person to great you at any restaurant to be welcoming and attentive while you wait to be seated, or to be seated if there is availability. For the past month or so I have been greeted by the worst hostess ever! I believe her name or nickname is Reah young light skin curly hair female. When I arrive with my family for the past couple of weeks of course she's the hostess working. She is unpleasant and rude! I have two small children and cannot walk at my usual pace because of them. When time to sit us down she walked ahead and did not wait for us to follow so that we can see where she would be placing us but instead placed the menus on a table and walked away. I had to literally look at every tablE until I found an empty table with menus. Another time she decided to place us near the bathrooms, mind you the place was empty! I asked nicely if we could please be placed elsewhere she didn't saY a word caught an attidude didn't say anything and started walking away. I started this third-wave coffee journey after realizing I was mostly buying coffee from larger stores where the roast dates were usually two to three months old. One month old if I got lucky. And listen, there are some great third-wave coffee roasters on those shelves but the problem is freshness. At the time, I was deep into the pour-over coffee rabbit hole, and I kept passing this little coffee spot with a sign that basically said "Need more coffee? We roast it here," with arrows pointing down. And for some reason, I kept ignoring it. The sign wasn't fancy. It wasn't trying to be trendy. It didn't have the polished third-wave café aesthetic from the outside. It was just a simple roadside sign telling you exactly what mattered: they roast coffee here. Eventually I thought, "Wait a minute. If they're roasting coffee right here, why am I still buying bags from bigger stores with roast dates that are two to three months old?" So one day, I finally pulled in. Immediately - and I mean immediately - I realized I had completely judged this place wrong. This was a serious third-wave coffeehouse. And honestly, when you think about it, the sign is actually genius. A sinple sign that says "Need more coffee? We roast it here" is probably only going to attract people who actually care about proper coffee. Classic case of don't judge a book by its cover. Because now? I can't really get my coffee anywhere else. I've had some of the best coffees here. One year they had this Colombian Santa Maria light roast, high-elevation that totally changed my mind about Colombian coffees. I had always thought of Colombian coffees as more medium-roast, classic coffee profiles, but that one opened my eyes. Right now, they have this Fara Estate Nicaraguan light-medium roast that is absolutely delicious. They have a serious-looking pour-over setup with custom V60 holders and gooseneck kettle setup, so you can tell this is not just a place that sells coffee. This is a place that actually understands coffee. If you're the kind of person who checks roast dates, owns a V60, argues with yourself about grind size, or has ever fallen way too deep into the coffee rabbit hole, this place is worth stopping for. And if you're not that person yet, this might be the place that turns you into one.

Just one mention of this place will get my mouth watering uncontrollably like Pavlov's Dog, Lol. And for good reason too because everything over here is so freakin crave worthy. I think what sets them apart from some others is that they serve 100% all natural Angus Beef which is always free from hormones and antibiotics which is totally noticeable in each and every tremendously tasty bite. Now for me I usually go with the Smoke Shack Cheese Burger and I even threw in a picture right before devouring mine. It came loaded with Smoky Crispy Bacon, Spicy Cherry Peppers, Lettuce, Tomatoes, tons of Onions, Pickles, and that patented one of a kind Secret Sauce. I'd like to believe there's a "Burger Heaven" because trust me, for a brief moment in time I was there. !! YUMMMMMMERS !! Wait, I haven't even told you about their incredibly delicious Crinkle Cut French Fries or Frosty Shakes yet people!! Lol, in case you couldn't already tell YEAH, I'm a Big Fan!! Come And Get Your Munch On!!

Finally we had a chance to visit recently, enticed by the Hungarian folk band and gulyás (goulash) being featured that day. The place was absolutely packed and lively, with an enthusiastic crowd and some surprisingly good traditional dancers among the patrons. I was chatting with a local regular who told me it's usually a good crowd on the weekend but not like this. Guess the band and gulyás really brought out the throng! They've got a solid core range of beers - IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours - and special/seasonal flavors too, and even have their own hard seltzer line for those non-beer drinkers. I'm not an IPA person but lots of people seem to like their hazy IPAs (which my husband ordered). I stuck with my usual wheat beer and had a Belgian white...with blueberry! Delicious. The laid back and friendly vibe, down-to-earth crowd, and bright interiors with café-like seating areas all make Tribesmen a relaxing place to keep company. The calendar is filled with events such as trivia night, karaoke night, live music, and quaint social activities like crochet & sip and bonsai bar. All's to say I'd hang out here a lot more if I didn't have parenting responsibilities, though this does seem like a pretty family friendly place. They don't serve food but do welcome you to bring outside food or to order in (always a plus), though sometimes they have food trucks on the weekends. Egészségedre!

We visited today for the Mother's Day Queen's Tea. I called to make a reservation 2 months in advance since they book up so quickly. In general, reservations are recommended as seating is limited, especially on weekends. When you arrive, you are presented with a prix-fix menu. On non-holidays, you usually have a choice between the soup or the salad of the day. You select your pot of tea from over 60 premium tea flavors. Today, I chose the "Paris" special tea, which had notes of vanilla, caramel, and bergamot. For the Mother's Day Queen's Tea, we had the broccoli and cheddar quiche, a pear, goat cheese, candied walnut, mixed green salad, scones, assorted mini sandwiches, and several mini desserts. Every course was fresh and excellent. The caramel scones are one of the best things I have ever eaten. They are served warm with clotted cream and lemon curd. The caramel is so goey and melts in your mouth. We brought some orange juice and prosecco to have mimosas with our tea. They have glassware in the back that you can request when making your reservation. The service is always top-notch. Holly is the best server! She is super sweet and always hardworking. At the entrance, there is a little gift shop with lots of cute vintage items, tea-themed trinkets, and some of the loose lea tea available in small bags. We love coming here and hope to be back again soon. We loved the flower wall and couch for pictures in the front when you walk in. everyone thought the food was very good and we really enjoyed the items that were offered. My favorite part was the mini tea sandwiches and the walnut feta salad. There were over 200 different types of teas to choose from you can either choose hot or cold. Overall, everyone at the party had an amazing experience.

My Salad has a big selection of signature salads along with warm bowls, wraps and toasties (toasted sandwiches) or you can create your own. There's plenty to choose from! I had the My Shrimp Taco Salad and a bag of chips and took it to go. Total cost was $19 which is pretty typical of most salad / bowls that you get in NYC and the surrounding tri-state area. My salad was good, the location is very clean. The service was ok but I'll chalk that up to the fact that it was a young teenage girl and I think she was just shy.

My friends told me to come to this place telling me that the food was good. But the day I came here with a friend. I was disappointed. We ordered artichoke dip that was good. The calamari was too salty. The chicken carbonara needs a little attention. And the pasta jambalaya which is the one I have ordered. It was bland no flavor. Not only that the chef gave me two kinds of noodles. I was like I guess they couldn't the side which noodles would go with this dish. I have to say the noodles they gave me I have to separate them because they were sticking together. I would say this dish would have been better if they used a fresh tomatoes instead of can tomatoes. And the manager came to me saying that I am the first person who said the food wasn't good. I have to say I am disappointed about the pasta jambalaya. This is one of my favorite dish and the chef ruin it. The coffee was terrible my god! The only thing good I have to say. The cheesecake was excellent as always. I'll be mad if the cheesecake was terrible. And the service was excellent. We gave the waitress a nice tip even though I didn't enjoy my meal. I guess it's the right thing to do... read more

The Cheesecake Factory is always a reliable go-to when you want a little bit of everything. The menu is massive ... almost overwhelming! but it means there's something for everyone, whether you're craving pasta, burgers, salads, or something more unique. The food is consistently good and it was flavorful and very filling. Portions are huge, so it's great for sharing or taking leftovers home. The service was friendly and quick, even though the restaurant was busy. Of course, the real highlight is the cheesecake. So many flavors, and every one I've tried has been rich, creamy, and indulgent. Definitely save room for dessert or take a slice to go! The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the wait times can be long during peak hours, and the noise level can get pretty loud. But overall, it's a solid choice for a casual, satisfying meal. read more

Not a stranger to this great chain, I normally visit the SF location when I am in town located on the macy's building roof top, unfortunately unlike the amazing experience in the SF location this particular location really lacks in customer care and courtesy, other then the fact that I got the wrong drink twice (ordered a blue agave margarita I got a diet coke not even close how can you make this mistake and TWICE !!!) After the managed to get such a simple task s wrong they opted to let me know that they are out of this brand of liquor and that they apologize and I need to choose a different drink, I am easy going so I did even though this should have been handled much better on their end. So after all that I got the bill and my original drink is there as well as ZERO discount....... should I ever set foot in this place.... I think NOT !!!!! read more

i went here last night, we were a party of 10. I had the spicy chicken chipotle pasta. the pasta tasted dry, and i couldn't even finish half way. The waiter also created an issue with us about tax, that she has not mentioned before, so we had two waiters telling us 50 dollar tax than 35 dollar tax and continued to tell us different things. Then we had a waiter come to our table and drop food on the floor. Very disspointed i spent $17 on pasta that wasn't cooked well. It wasn't even warm. The waiters continued to talk about my table to the other waitresses . First time going there and i never want to go back. read more

I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but this Cheesecake Factory is not that bad. There is usually a wait. But not a long one and that is a good sign. The appetizers we had were the Nashville hot chicken bites, potstickers, anf mac & cheese balls. All were very good. I had tge bacon bacon burger, again very good. One of my party did like her dish. The server took it away and the manger came over to find out what was wrong. It was very nice of him to do they. Tge entire staff is above average. If in the area, I would recommend eating here read more

Be ready to wait a long time to be seated, but they are pretty accurate with wait time estimates. Food also takes some time to come out. The quality of the food is just like any other cheesecake factory. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes with grilled corn was a great choice. Also, try to order the bacon cheeseburger, the size and flavor is great. All portions are huge. Very surprised that portion sizes have stayed this large for this long. Look at the silverware closely before you eat, it was dirty. read more

The service was horrible and the food was even worse. They recently went up on the prices of their food which would be fine if they kept the quantity and quality the same. In the past 2 people could easily share an appetizer and dinner and dessert and it would be a complete meal. Need beer service and food. Do NOT see myself going there again unless it for desert only! read more

I've said this a thousand times before, but the cheesecake factory is the best chain restaurant. Like Okay think of any other chain restaurant, and compare it to cheesecake factory. The ambiance here is kind of faux romantic except for the fact that there are always a bunch of rowdy kids. You can barely hear the music because everyone is trying to talk over one another. The food was good, I get the usual factory combo with the steak diane and chicken madera. read more
