We decided to take her for her birthday 6/27/26. I have to say that our server, Cassie, made it one of the best restaurant experiences my family, especially my sister has ever had! This was my first visit to this location located in Winter Park Village. The parking is a little tight because the lot is shared with all the other business in the shopping area. We visited on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't very busy at all. We were seated right away and greeted by a very friendly server immediately. After placing our order, we were offered a small bread basket of warm bread. It was very tasty, however the butter was really cold and it wouldn't spread. It took about 20 minutes to receive our dishes which was fine. It's a beautiful location with lots of space and colorful designs. Because it has high ceilings. it is a little on the loud side but I was still able to have conversations with my guests. The food was well prepared and tasty. I got the Asian Steak bowl which contained 6 bite sized pieces of steak served on top of garlic noodles. The bowl had some broccoli and mushrooms and peppers as well. It was maybe a little light on the steak but had a lot of noodles. My guets both enjoyed their meals and had enough to take for leftovers. The menu is pretty extensive from chicken and pasta to flatbreads and pizzas, to burgers or shrimp. The dishes range from $20 to $35. 3 of us dined for lunch and it was about $100. I've never been one to frequent Cheesecake Factory but recently signed up for their rewards program. With downloading the app I had a free cheesecake so I decided to go in for dinner. The customer service was lacking: 1. They told us it'd be a 20 min wait. It was a weekday evening so we were surprised that there'd be a wait. No issue with that. We waited for almost 30 min. So we decided to check in on the table and the hostess said it was ready. Im not sure if she forgot about us but it was odd that we didn't get a text. 2. Our waitress wasn't the most friendly and was sometimes hard to track down for things. Besides the service the food was really good. The burger spring rolls were great and they also serve frozen peach bilinis like the viral ones from Toronto. They have a happy hour so I'll definitely be back to try that. read more

I may be a little biased because I've always been a longtime fan of The Cheesecake Factory, but the Winter Park location is easily my favorite in the Orlando area. I love the variety on the menu, and that's not even including all of the cheesecake options. I usually try to come before the dinner rush, and my Sunday afternoon visit was perfect. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was family friendly, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. This time I tried the lemon herb salmon that was on the day's special and the four cheese ziti, both were delicious. I also had the passionfruit margarita, which is one of my favorites and I love that it's served in a martini glass. There's always a hearty amount of food whenever I come here, I end up bringing home leftovers all the time. During this visit, I ordered the Crispy Chicken Costoletta which came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The chicken was juicy and had a hint of lemon, which helped cut down the richness of the meal. I also really enjoyed the sauce it came with, it was rich and flavorful. The waitress we had was so nice and had a great sense of humor. She gave us lots of the complimentary bread after we asked for more and was kind and when we accidentally chipped a glass. They do have pretty decent food as well, though all of it is very, very hardy (meaning calorie overload), and I'd probably give this location more of a 3.5 overall. I actually tried the truffle honey chicken and that's the best thing I've gotten from there. Fried chicken with honey drizzle, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Probably as much of a well-rounded meal as you can get there too. Of course, the cheesecake is the show stopper. It's fun to see what seasonal flavors they have as well. But again, if you look through the menu it's insane how many calories everything has- a carrot side dish was like 700 calories- how do you make carrots gain several hundred calories? What an amazing date night with the fiancé. For a Friday night it was busy as expected but the wait wasn't too long. The waiter was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Cheesecake factory is notoriously known for their novel of a menu, but all the menu items I've tried are really good. There's something to say about being able to manage the quality of such a varied menu! I found a new favorite this time: Crispy Rice Cakes with Crab. The warm toasted rice cake paired with the delicious cool crab salad ontop was perfectly matched. This appetizer seemed like it would be a good choice dor aomeone that doesnt like sushi but wanted something close. I also had the Bacon-Bacon burger that featured both Cheddar and American cheeses, a crispy slice of bacon, along with a slow-cooked, thick cut strip of bacon. I swapped my regular fries for sweet potato fries--absolutely delicious. The drinks were good--I had a Mojito and a Mai Tai. The Mai Tai packed a nice punch. I will be ordering that again. I arrived in a big party. The customer service from one waitress was wonderful, the other one, not so much; she avoided our portion of the table when an order came out wrong for one of the people in our party. I had not eaten here in YEARS but The Cheesecake Factory kept coming up on my TikTok so I took it as a sign to grab a takeout order. I had a promo for a free cheesecake slice with a purchase so I ordered the spicy tuna for my lunch and the Godiva chocolate cheesecake for my slice. Both were great. I wish there had been a sign on where to pickup your order because I felt bad bothering the host when I wasn't dining in. I love the display with all the cheesecakes and must try the tiramisu one next. Prices are a bit steep but they give you large portions. The menu is so large it can be overwhelming. We are visiting family and stopped in. We were seated immediately. We were seated way to the back at a booth for 6-8 people. There were only 2 of us. Plenty of other seats open. Server came over with menus and got our drink order. It was 10-12 minutes before the coffee came. She did bring plenty of hot bread. Came here for lunch with my coworkers during a work day. We were a group of 9 people and we had made reservations. The service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant not being too busy. We were seated before 12pm but didn't receive our food until about 1pm. Most of us out of water for quite some time (numerous times) and couldn't find our waitress to ask for refills. I'd give this location a worse score if the food hadn't been fantastic. I ordered from the Skinnylicious menu - the Mexican tortilla salad. It was delicious. We opted to sit at a high-top in the bar area. It was about 10 minutes before we were served. Our waitress brought us brown bread and I asked for white bread. Her response was "there is none." A few minutes later, we saw white bread coming out from the kitchen. I asked the waitress and in a very rude tone, she said "well I haven't been back there. We only have one oven." I was so caught off guard by how rude she was that my friend had to order for us. We all recovered as the night went on but service was slow and I was nervous she was going to be rude again. We ordered four appetizers including, fried Mac and cheese, Buffalo blasts, mozzarella sticks and corn tamale cakes. They came out quick and they were delicious. The tamale cakes were by far our favorites. They had a perfect sweet and salty balance. We also ordered cheesecake to go, which took 20 minutes to come out. The service was excellent, everything was clean and professional, and the food was honestly really good. I had the chicken avocado club, and the chicken was tender and flavorful -- it came with fries, and I could only finish half. My husband had the margarita flatbread and a salad, and again, the portions were so generous he could only finish half as well. Of course, we saved room for cheesecake and split the original with strawberries. It was the perfect ending to a great meal. About five minutes later the soup came out and was warm, but delicious. There was a lot of chicken and other vegetables in the soup, which made it very tasty. When my chicken piccata came out, I was rather surprised how large the portion was. It came with a side of pasta and several pieces of chicken. I quickly dove in! It was mouthwatering and delicious. I absolutely love a good lemon flavor and it did not lack that. In addition, it had mushrooms on it, which was a win for me. Overall, the experience and vibe of the restaurant was top-tier for lunch. Had a birthday dinner for my 21 year old daughter last night - this was her pick and there were 9 of us. I remember years ago Cheesecake Factory was quite a treat. . . not this time. While our server was great - accommodating, friendly - all you can want in a server, the food was a different story. It's like Cheesecake Factory prices have risen, but their quality has sunk - comparable to a Chili's. While 3 had burgers that were 'ok' with one not cooked as requested, a large salad was, and I quote from the eater, like they simply opened a bag of Publix salad mix - and at $16+ that's pretty bad. I ordered 2 apps, the Thai Chili Shrimp and the Crispy Fried Cheese. Both showed up and the shrimp were so dark brown it was a bit daunting. I ate one and immediately decided no more - called over the server and he removed it from the table and our bill. They looked nothing like the menu picture and should never have been served being so overcooked as they were - and not even a 'drizzle' of the sauce on top. The fried cheese was 'ok' - it's fried cheese. The cheesecake was good - but that isn't shocking. Bottom line is we will not be returning again - we spent quite a bit of money on the food, but also on the cocktails, etc., and we should have been at least content - and we weren't. Sad.
