Once of the sauces was a Sichuan chili crisp, which gave the chicken more taste. Maybe the chicken was bland because I was supposed to dip it in the sauces? Aside from that, the other sauces were average (ranch and sweet/sour sauce). The salad was definitely a huge miss. They didn't dress the salad properly and only put dressing on top, so I just got a bunch of romaine lettuce at the end. The best part of my meal was the fries, which was crispy and fresh. It was one of those meals that managed to be both healthy and tasty, which is harder to find than it should be. If you're dining in, you can also ask them to substitute the rice, making it an even better option for those looking for a lower-carb, high-protein meal. The guacamole was another standout. It tasted freshly made, was well seasoned, and paired perfectly with the chips. I kept looking at the half chickens coming out of the kitchen and will probably try one next time, but the Chicken Tinga bowl was substantial enough that I didn't feel like I was missing out. Good portions, fresh ingredients, plenty of protein, and very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered was enjoyable, and I'd gladly come back to try more of the menu.
