They had a really good texture and tasted fresh. The sandwiches came on long buns kind of like the style KFC uses, but the chicken was way better. The place was well lit and clean, and I enjoyed the most mostly all white aesthetic. I would describe the employee who served me as a gentleman. The people working there at Kluckin are nice. They're friendly and helpful and got a good tip. The food their bosses are having them serve.............. not so great. The chicken was somehow both dry and moist at the same time. Not sure how that's possible and then the breading, which wasn't crispy, all separated from the chicken (I ate it there so it wasn't steamed off from a car ride). Chicken coating was mostly flavorless too. The fries though. That was a masterpiece. Raw on the inside and well done on the outside. Cole slaw was whatever. Not bad. Nothing to write home about. I thought I'd try it out and I hate to say it, but I'll just keep going to the other chicken place next door where the chicken is crispy and delicious, the fries are cooked perfectly, and next door uses their air conditioner. It was hotter inside of Kluckin than it was outside and we are in the summertime. Sorry guys, I really wanted to like the food here. Keep up the amazing customer service though.
