What a disappointment! We visited this location the beginning of the summer and decided to come back tonight. Tables were dirty, the trash can was over flowing with old ketchup spilling out the front. There were no straws and the 4 that were sitting on the counter were unwrapped. They look like they had been sitting there for days ! The container holding the straws had old food splattered all around it. There was no ketchup for our fries and when we asked for a plastic knife they claimed to be out of those too. We'll never go back. read more

Stopped in after going out to Hoover Dam and it was really good. I like that the place had an old feel to it. Everyone was very friendly and they greeted us before we walked in. I ordered the #4 which is the wing and tender combo. The chicken wasn't over fried and had a good flavor to it. You can definitely tell that the tenders were fresh and not the ones that come out of a bag. I had the honey habanero sauce and it was very good. I'm not a big fan of the shoestring fries but these were really good. They didn't taste like chips and they give you plenty. The price for the meal was well worth it. Keep it up! read more

Best tasting chicken I've had in a long time. The 5 pc chicken tenders were big, tender, perfectly breaded and super delicious. Enough tasty chicken to feed at least 2 adults. In a time of ridiculous shrinkflation, poor quality control, and blah flavor, its nice to know that there are still restaurants who take pride in their food. As for the Chicken Wings, it would've been perfect without being tossed in the sauce because I'm a savory type of guy and it was a tad bit too sweet for me but still good nonetheless. But the star of the show are those Chicken Fingers. It really left a lasting impression on me. Because this may be the only chance I'll ever eat here, I also had the Chili and it was so savory and full of meat. I loved the addition of Sour Cream and Jalapeño's on it as well. I'm not sure what happened to this location but our food was horrible yesterday. The cheese burger was burnt and dry, the wings had hardly any sauce on them, they forgot a 5 piece chicken tender and charged me for sauce I never received (I got reimbursed for chicken tenders but not sauce). Between the high prices and horrible food, we can't afford to be back. Sad because I really do try to support local businesses but unfortunately this isn't our first bad experience with them. read more

Quite set up like a drive in, where you pull up and go to the window to place your order. This is in no way fast food, which would be my only complaint. It took 25 min between ordering and receiving our food. Once you order, you are directed back to your car where they will bring your order. I was worried our food was given to someone else so I had my husband get back out and check.. miraculously, she was heading out with it at the same time! What are the chances! The food was really good though for what we got. My family had the chicken fingers and I had a hamburger, all came with fries. Great staff and excellent food. The location is a little small so if you aren't looking you can drive by and have to turn around. Also sometimes the parking can be difficult if you have a large vehicle. The location was a Sonic originally so it has the little single car drive in spots. Luckily there is a business on both sides with a larger parking lot where you can park a truck with a boat or trailer. They do have limited seating inside the building but most of the seating is outside so most of the time I opt for a ToGo order and just eat at home. read more

The family and I are on our way back from a family road trip and we're looking for a chikafila but the closes one to Hoover Dam was 40 min away. We came across this little place and decided to give it a try. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The entire family was well please. I got the Chipotle BBQ wings, my husband tried the chicken sandwich and Buffalo chicken fries. Both were amazing! The kids tried the wings with BBQ and fry sauce on the side and were very happy. The damn hot sauce was super spicy for me, but it was so good I could not stop eating it! The mango habanero sauce was sweet, but had a kick to it. It was great. Steven and Kevin were super sweet and attentive. I told Kevin it was my first time and he gave me suggestions on both the food and sauces.While we were eating outside, Steven came out and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. I've lived here for almost 5 years and have eaten here about a dozen times. The last few times has been disappointing. The chicken fingers aren't holding onto the crunchy batter. It is not the same experience, eating the crumbs from the bottom of the container instead of the actual piece of chicken is so unsatisfying. To add insult to injury, I didn't get the sauce I ordered. So this adds up to a bad experience. The only two things I want are crunchy, juicy chicken fingers and the dynamite sauce of my choice. I loved the Chicken Shack! We told the man helping us it was our first time and he was very helpful in explaining all he different options. I had the wings tossed in medium sauce (buffalo sauce). My husband had the #4 (half wings, half chicken fingers) with chili cheese fries. Everything was so good! We also for a side of fry sauce and it was delicious. The inside was on the smaller side, but the patio had plenty of seating. We ate outside because we brought our two dogs with us. I'm always weary of taking the dogs because not every place is dog friendly. The staff was super friendly and specifically came out to say hi to our pups and even gave them a piece of grilled chicken. They also had a water bowl for them. Not realizing how big the tenders were I ordered a five piece combo and was amazed at the size of the tenders and the mound of fries! There are 22 sauces to choose from! The fry sauce is delish and the best complement to the fries. I tried the BBQ and Chipotle BBQ sauces. I was expecting small cups so I doubled up! One container of each sauce is more than enough!
