Try and support my local businesses during this time and get screwed. Called in my order and was asked how long I was going to be, not when they would have it ready. Okay, fine. Told the guy I'm going to be about 20 min. I get there 30 minutes later and I had to re-friggin give my order like I never called in the first place and then they took over 30 minutes to make. I ordered 5 fingers tossed in medium sauce and a friggin grilled creamy garlic parm chicken sandwich. While I was waiting 3 people had ordered and received their meals. What the actual Fk!! Did I get an apology for them not having my order ready and having to wait for my order? Nope. Just showed me low basic fingers not tossed in sauce as requested just squirted it on like a dressing and a basic barely done chicken sandwich with barely any sauce. Super Way overdone fries and did u see any ranch or blue cheese for my chicken fingers in the photos? That would be a huge NOPE. Isnt this just basic side items that come with any chicken finger meal? Not at this place. Employees who dont give a ratts ass about quality and basic tasting over done / under done food.Will I go back? No. Do I recommend? That's it! Hubby&I are driving to a Mexican restaurant seeking out a fun meal (we've never eaten where we're going, fingers crossed). I'm going to make a promise to the owner of the BC Chicken Shack WE WILL BE IN THERE FOR DINNER. New to BC&Nevada and see the shack all the time just never stopped in. The teas and drinks are always always always taste horrible !!! They're always too busy to care about refilling the syrups/ice machine. And The food isn't as tasty, ever since they hired all new staff/management. Floors are always sticky. and tables are always greasy at this location. Before, I would eat here 3+ times every week. The past few times I went, I told myself not to come here anymore. The breading on the chicken always falls off/ chicken is undercooked most of the time Most recent time I arrived (20 minutes before closing) they were trying to deter me and all other customers away, by the reminder of a "15 minute wait time;" When I got my combo, the young man did not give me a bag/ utensils / condiments/ napkins. I feel as though it was because they were having a bad attitude about serving so close to closing time. These kinds of incidents are what separates a welcoming environment, and a place people do not want to come back to I truly miss the genuine quality of the old staff. read more

So I am visiting and headed to airport I'm told to try Chicken Shack. I am a Cains girl and Chik file because of customer service. But I love all chicken. I go to the location and explain I'm headed to airport and am excited to try it before I leave. I order and that guy was nice. I pay. I then ask if I can get a side of buffalo sauce. The manager Aaron/Adam tells me 64 cents. I hand him 63 cents and realize my purse is packed and have no change. I ended up going and getting a penny out of my packed page in car. I get in and he then gets the sauce. It's the small things and customer service that set places apart. read more

First, part of my online order was a chicken wrap which was accepted, but when I got to the store, they said this location on Boulder in Henderson, NV didn't have that item. Why didn't the online ordering system tell me that since I ordered directly on this particular store's website? But let's get to the food. It was WAY, WAY, WAAAAAAAY too salty. If you have high blood pressure, I suggest you find another chicken place. The chicken fingers themselves were not of particularly good quality (and overcooked) compared even to KFC which is no culinary hotspot. Called today at 7:47pm, they close at 9pm. Was placed on hold for 7 mins, I wanted to order ahead so my food would be ready even though I was nearby. I showed up to the location, expecting a busy environment since I was waiting on the phone for so long to no avail. When I arrived, no one was behind the register (cashier tonight was Carter), instead the cashier (Carter) who had told me to hold while on the phone (I did call back and it rang but no one picked up) was out in the dining area cleaning a pretty tidy looking place. I wanted to order a burger and tenders. I was told he'd have to check if the grill wad still on (thankfully, it was). Once I completed my order, he advised me to stray from the right side of the dining room since it had been cleaned already. Point in all, tonight's mood seemed all about being ready to close at 8pm instead of serving arriving customers. I decided to try this place over the Sunset location based on reviews, but I will definitely be going back to the sunset location moving forward. read more

Love The Chicken Shack! The place is always spotless and the food is fresh. We usually get the chicken fingers with fries. The breading on the fingers is so tasty, the fries are shoestring that have a little spice to them. There are several dipping sauces; the buffalo ranch is my favorite but there's also a BBQ teriyaki that's REALLY good. (The fries dipped in this are super YUM!) Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. There's usually a guy walking amongst the tables cleaning and checking on diners. You order at the register, pay, then they bring it to your table, usually before you even get settled! It's refreshing to have good food AND people who care about you even after you've paid and sat down to eat. The plates are big, you'll leave with a to-go box, and the prices are just right. read more

I really tried to like this place. I've given it 3 tries. Every time the customer service has been off. Can't put my finger on it, they're not rude, but not very friendly. The first time we visited was shortly after they opened. That time the breading on the chicken was very salty. The other 2 times is seems as if they adjusted the salt to the point the breading has no flavor. They make their own sauces and there's a lot to choose from. We've had about 5 different sauces and found them to be on the runny side. Some of them had good flavor, but didn't stick to the breading of the chicken very well. Their mild buffalo wing sauce was too sweet for my liking. The last time we gave this place a try was April 7th, this passed weekend. Ordered bone in chicken wings to go. They were not tossed in the sauce at all. Instead they added a few sauce cups on the side. I've never had chicken wings not tossed and covered in the sauce when it is delivery. Their chicken fingers and the portion size is good for the price. If they can get the quality and the flavor of the food together this would be a great place. read more

First of all, even before I got to the chicken I must say this place has the best French fries I have EVER had! Thin, crispy, golden brown and a generous serving, these fries were perfect. I ordered wings but asked if I could just have the drumsticks. The man at the counter did not disappoint! My wings were excellent! Thick and crispy outside and moist, perfectly cooked inside! Wall art and signage carried the theme of the restaurant well. Cashier FRIENDLY, PATIENT, AND SUGGESTIVE, which made ordering a breeze. Staff in back were lively, so sure that supports the good customer experience. Cashier even made sure I texted the restaurants promotional line for instant $2 off my order. I Ordered 2 combos and a single order of wings. For my combo asked staffer if should get wings or tenders, and they said, "hands down the tenders, my favorite!" I wanted to try both so I got the 3 piece tender / 3 piece wing combo. Fries were cool, just seasoned fries, so nothing new. Wings were huge, but because I did not get them tossed in a sauce, were short on flavor. That's my fault, so can't blame anyone. As for the chicken tenders...no sauce needed! Just as huge as the wings, but breading was different. The breading has FLAVORRRRRR and the chicken was hot and juicy. Appreciated the chicken staying juicy even 20min after I picked the order...sign of good fried chicken! Again, I did not get them tossed in sauce, but they did not need the additional flavor at all. The chicken shack does exactly what you think a chicken shack would do well... and that's the fried chicken! Whether it's the chicken tenders or wings; they're both a good option! My wife and I will come by here every once in awhile and it's consistently good fried chicken, along with lots of dipping sauces to choose from and really good thin sliced fries.
