The staff is friendly but it's the slowest place ever! Three people in line when I got there and it was 42 minutes before I got my order and the order was wrong. Person ahead of me waited an hour. Chicken was hot but lacked flavor. The fries are those nasty "extra crispy" fries. You know the ones that have "extra" stuff on the outside of the fries to make them crispy even when they are cold. They said they changed management and ever since it seems down hill. A combo use to come with a large drink, now they charge for a larger size, Asked for a 16 piece boneless wings which is on their menu right above them, and they told me they dont have that, only an 8 or 12, had to point at the menu. Last night 12/12 I was probably there last guest I've been to places where when it's closing time the only thing on their mind is "it's time to go home"!!!! I ordered my food over the phone before I arrived. I always worry about getting food from a place getting ready to close. I was so IMPRESSED with my order last night. I've been coming here since they opened and I've seen some things. Let me tell you the customer service is without equal. The food is tasty but also you can tell its not just thrown together in haste. I will say when the food came out so fast it made me nervous but when I took a bite it was so tender! Not in the least bit dry. The people there on my lunch breaks are amazing and the main reason I keep on coming back. The second being the food. I recommend the buffalo fries! Although the garlic ones are good too! Spicy blue cheese is great for those of you who like me don't do ranch! Food is always great, yet the staff is very and I cannot express this enough VERY unfriendly. My experience was with a young lady whom couldn't welcome me, she couldn't give me my order total and just pulled her hand out for money..she just looked at me until I gestured for a price. After that I received my change yet once again she couldn't seem to speak to me. I was not given customer service when she failed to even construct a cup holder. More to my disbelief and disappointment she welcomed and spoke to the gentleman after me. Along with that I noticed the gentleman in the back having to look over my order while she was ringing me up as if my order wasn't even completed before I got there. Which made me remember when I called to place my order I was told when I wanted to pick up NOT what time my order was going to be ready..just not what I'm used to even at other locations. Following that, (A different lady) I had to confirm that the ranch I ordered was in the bag as I didn't notice it. I was just told .64 cents. I was confused so I stated again ...okay so is it in there and she told me I didn't order when I know I did..I guess the big thing there was that it needed to be rung up as well. I was about to hand over cash when she decided to confirm on the receipt that I did indeed order and PAY for ranch. Which could have been done in the beginning. No apology for the confusion or headache...at least this lady said "Thank you". I always tip, yet I can say this was the first time I refused to help someone who didn't help me. If I didn't need nor expect customer service I would have ordered via Postmates or a different delivery service. It was more of an annoyance than a pleasant visit. My daughter and i decided to try this place based on the reviews. The blonde girl taking the orders got ours wrong and apologized to the food prep employee but not to us. The same employee then proceeded to overfill the cup lids so that when the next customer (who brought a dog and set it loose) tried to get their drink, it fell all over the floor where the dog was running around. She then walked over to all the scattered lids and put them right back into the dispenser for the next people without batting an eye. The food was over cooked and so salty to the point that it was actually spicy. When we asked for takeout boxes so we could leave, the girl made eye contact with me from the kitchen and then turned around and ignored me. Went in with my family today. The staff is super friendly. It was clean. My salad was really good! No browning on the lettuce, it was simple with cheese and perfect size croutons, fresh cucumbers. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. Not dripping with water. Just a clean fresh salad. The spicy ranch and regular ranch together were so dang good. I got it with fried chicken and it was one of the best salads along side, texas road house, cheesecake factory. Kudos to you guys for actually making a good salad. I absolutely love chicken shack. I come eat every time I visit home. This location was on point. I got the same fingers and fries I always get with medium and Jamaican jerk. The chicken here is different from any fingers I've ordered even out in Tennessee. They are always juicy and perfectly breaded. I learned they use just water and flour for their breading and it makes it very nice. Their shoestring fries are always delicious. We had a coupon that took fifty percent off a menu item, basically a combo item. I had the #4 because I couldn't decide between wings or fingers. I like both. The employee at the counter didn't even greet us but only told my wife to pull up her mask over her nose. WHAT DID SHE ASK???
