Today, 1/3/26 my husband went in for the order and the staff told him ordering ahead doesn't mean it will be ready at the selected time. They don't go in that order, but rather by walk-ins. For the $250ish we've spent in the last two weeks, it has been a giant let down for our very scheduled life. This will be our last time order in from here. We will switch to BWW instead.

Service was quick, the food came out great, and he made sure everyone had what they needed without us even having to ask. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the people coming through. That kind of attitude makes a big difference and honestly made the whole stop better.
