I got the fajita omelette paired with steak and pancakes quality of the steak was terrible really bland felt like I was chewing on gum seemed they didn't bother to season it at all don't spend that extra 4$ on the steak definitely not worth it besides that pancakes were good and the omelette itself after I picked the steak out was pretty good read more

We finally checked this place out over the weekend. It seems a little cramped but food was very good. We got the veggie omelette with pancakes, the churro waffles, and some gluten free pancakes. Wife and I visited from out of town and found this place. We had to wait about 20 minutes since it seemed to be a popular establishment. The food was really good and our server was very nice and attentive. I would highly recommend this place if you love waffles or breakfast. read more

The song says "Grease is the word" but there was no grease here, just lots and lots of yum. I had the classic chiliquiles with red sauce, which was a hard choice to make because I really wanted to try the namesake churro waffle, but decided to be a grown up. It was my first time ordering this, but won't be my last; I practically licked the plate despite it being a more than ample portion. I ordered it with scrambled eggs and they were exactly as I would wish them to be - cooked through but still light and fluffy. I may get the spicier green sauce next time. Luckily for me, before I was done eating someone came by with samples of the churro waffles. Now, why do I say luckily? Two reasons - 1) it was delicious 2) my dining companion had ordered it and scarfed it down before I had a chance to ask for a taste. Neither of us ordered any of the additional sweet or savory ingredients on offer to personalize our dish. Dishes going past us looked and smelled delicious. Bathroom was clean and stylish. When we arrived shortly before noon on a Sunday there were 3 parties of 3 or more waiting for tables. The two of us were able to get one right away. Water appeared immediately and drink orders were taken then. We weren't ready when they came to take the order but cheerfully returned. Food arrived in about 5 minutes or so. Coffee refills were offered and servers were friendly but seemed to want to turn the table over, definitely not rude, just faster than we would've liked, and that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because I'm already planning on returning. Food was pretty good, I had the chorizo bowl very tasty. The service however... terrible service. There was about 10-15 servers/workers and at some point they were all hovering over the bar checking their phones, chit chatting and not once did any of them came to take my order or acknowledged me and my family. I had to flag down the hostess for someone to take my order, and after someone came to take my order, coffee was served with no silverware I had to walk over to the them and ask for silverware. (Handed to me very rudely might I add) no apology or remorse for their bad service. I would not recommend this place and I won't dine here again . read more
