Came here to watch the sunset, and it did not disappoint. It's a great spot in Key Biscayne with gorgeous views, especially with the boats passing by. There were lots of families and kids around, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. There are also two restaurants nearby if you want to grab a bite. I brought my own food, found a place to sit, and enjoyed watching the sunset and the boats on the water. It was a beautiful, relaxing way to spend the evening.

I was super excited to come here as I love coming to Biscayne Key. This is in the park so be aware that you will need to pay to enter the park (varies from $4-8). Then we walked to the restaurant about 5mins from the parking lot. We had to park in the overflow parking and take a shuttle. We ordered the fish dip, tuna tartare and two drinks for a whopping $80 bill. The fish dip was delicious and the tartar was good. Honestly for the price you do not get much food and the crackers they serve it with are regular saltine and water crackers. The drinks were strong. I recommend coming here for sunset and just getting a drink. The view was beautiful and they had a live band.

Not enough staff to pick up trash / service Manager refused having a conversation on 3/28

**Manager refused having a conversation** Two waiters for over 100+ clients on a Saturday night. This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Perfect spot for sunset ocean side vibes. With that said, I will never return. There is no strategy when it comes to welcoming and servicing clients. No one to sit you when you arrive. Tables were left filled with other's trash. Clients often picking it up themselves to be able to sit. When I finally got a table, I had to wait 30mins for it to be cleaned. I waited another 20 mins to be helped after waiving down the overworked waitress (who was really nice). Ordered an overpriced charcuterie board from their VERY limited menu and two Pinot noirs. I asked for the manager to discuss the trash and lack of service --- manager never came. After 30 more mins we got our charcuterie board, no waters, no utensils, no wine. Finished the food, wine got there 10 mins later, it was oxidized and undrinkable. I asked to talk to the manager again. Waited. Nothing. I approached the security guard to ask for the manager, he was very nice and apologetic, I believe Fabian was his name. He said the manager was busy and could not talk. Very disappointing experience. I will never return. The hope is that ownership sees this and changes management. Poor management turned into poor staffing, which turned into disappointed customers. We were not the only ones. If you decide to visit, I say...... BYOB and enjoy the views. They are so incredibly understaffed, it's not worth the frustration to try and get service. Food quality was poor.

Beautiful atmosphere. Short walk from parking lot, but don't let it discourage you. Full bar, great Paloma. Amazing views. They just have "bites" no full kitchen. Maps says seafood restaurant, they should definitely change it to "bar"

Went here for drinks and views but the weather was not cooperating. This place was still very much a vibe. The bartender provided great service and delicious drinks. I also tried their smoked fish dip and it was yummy. I loved the openness of the bar and water view. They have live music also. I would definitely return them the weather is better and I recommend trying them out.

Good cocktails! Chill place and great option to watch the sunset! I really liked the ambience and how spacious the place is, also you can sit anywhere you can. Definitely going back again anytime soon!

Come for the views, stay for the views. The Cleat offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and Miami skyline that you won't find anywhere else. The cocktails and appetizers are the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. The live music is a nice touch (check the schedule), but I often find myself here just to soak in the views. The service has a laid-back, island vibe--everyone is chill, friendly, and welcoming. But seriously, those views... they're everything.

What an amazing, low-key place to hang out. If you're a Miami local, this place is like if Lagniappe was transported to key west. It's on the water, beautiful views all around, and has a full bar! Really limited food options? But the fish dip was great. The owner or manger is no joke, don't try moving furniture around! Otherwise, I'd be back any chance I get!

I came here for a post wedding ceremony celebration and it was a pleasant surprise! I've been to key biscayne many times and was not aware that this gem was here! The bar a short scenic walk from the parking lot and you can see the different boats docked on the way. The sunset views are incredible and there is a nice wind from the water. I saw that this was the best mojito in Miami, so I had to try! The bartenders were all very nice and attentive. The mojito was very tasty - not too sweet and very refreshing! Will definitely come back again soon.

Surprise that this even exists in Key Biscayne. You can enjoy drinks, appetizers and live music and watch a beautiful sunset.

By land or by sea this is a great place to eat drink or just take in the vibe! It is inside of Bill Bags State Park and on weekends they sometimes have live music! We always enjoy coming here!

This place is one of the best places to watch the sunset in all of south Florida. This slice of Key Biscayne comes with a somewhat lengthy journey as it is located at the edge of the island and inside a state park, but it is worth the distance. It can get rather busy sometimes but they have an organized way of attending their guests as it's a single line at the bar to get served so everyone gets their order in upon their time of arrival which is fair. Waiting in line for my drink never seems to bother me here as the view makes it worthwhile. They're pet-friendly too so bringing your pip makes a perfect afternoon venture when the weather is right. Parking is by Boaters Grill but if you walk by the edge of the boat dock all the way to the end, you'll see the Cleat at the end. The seating is first-come first-serve but there's plenty of it so snagging a table shouldn't be too tough. I love ordering frozen cocktails with an extra rum floater because what says miami more than a frozen drink? I recommend this spot to everyone who wants the bohemian miami experience with panache.

Arrived at Gramps, valeted the suv for seven bucks (!) and were ushered to a four top near the deejay booth outside. It wasn't too humid and the energy of the place was buzzy and fun. Our fabulous server JC brought waters and iced tea. Cannot say enough about her, JC. Perused the menu: I started with conch fritters for the table. The Dads ordered the grouper dinner and a smash burger. I opted for the blackened grouper sandwich and fries. JC steered me to the roasted potatoes with a spicy jalapeno sauce and she was correct. My dining partners gave big thumbs up regarding their dishes. My fish sammie was topped with pikliz, a spicy slaw. I devoured it. To end it all, a slice of key lime pie with a torched meringue! Out of this world. Let's talk about the music. The deejay Chris played remixes of familiar songs that added brilliantly to the ambience of the visit. Plus he entertained the kid with earphones for him to hear the music. Magical. Thank you. I must say that I was impressed by the quality of the food. The speakeasy atmosphere is outstanding--walking through the iconic red phone booth feels like stepping into another era, only with much better bourbon. Victoria was an absolute rockstar. She took some fantastic photos of our group (which is no small feat after a couple of perfectly made Manhattans), anticipated everything we needed, and somehow managed to make us feel like regulars on our first visit. Speaking of Manhattans... they're exactly the way we like them: balanced, boozy, and dangerously easy to order "just one more." Pair that with a great cigar, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that somehow feels both upscale and relaxed, and you've got one of the best spots in Miami to unwind. We came for a drink. We stayed for the cigars. We left wondering if we should install a red phone booth at home. We'll definitely be back--and hopefully Victoria will still be there to remind us that "one more Manhattan" is always a questionable life decision.
