Very nice great customer service and a big selection of bags the customer service is exceptional

Welllll after having a few phone conversations with COACH representatives from in-store and on-line I had my doubts walking into the Glendale store to get the coveted customer service COACH is known for...... and WOW!!! Did JENNIFER Nail It!!! She was such a pleasure to deal with...She handled my issues with such grace...All of my questions were answered and always got back to me to keep me updated in a more than timely fashion...with priority. Jennifers customer service is outstanding.... so if you should find yourself visiting the COACH store in Glendale..... ask for Jennifer... you will truly get to experience true customer service at its FINEST.... read more

The service here is absolutely horrible! You can expect the basic "Hi, how are you? Is there anything in particular you were looking for?" I paid for a leather bag there, and then just STOOD THERE. The person who rung me up didn't even bother to tell me that I had to wait for them to find the bag in the back to give to me. I was waiting there for a good 15 minutes. I had to ask another employee what the heck was going on. I showed her my receipt, and the BAG WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER THE ENTIRE TIME AND THE MAN WHO RANG ME UP DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO HAND IT TO ME. read more

I do not know what has happened to this store and all their handbags? I use to love buying all their bags before, i use to buy a new bag from them every time they came out with a new style and new color but now i do not like any of them..And this store is dead...I am only giving them 3-stars because Coach is still a good quality handbag to own i just do not like any of their new designs. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH STORE MANAGER!!! I went in to see what service they have for leather cleaning on 11/29/21 at 11:00 am and the manager by the name of (Raxia? Might be misspelled.. blonde curly hair, black roots) looked at my bag and with an attitude said " there's nothing we can do about that bag". She then proceeded to tell me that she remembered talking to me on the phone regarding the bag in which when I had called days prior, I spoke to another representative, and she had confused me with another customer she spoke to over a similar situation as she was making up a conversation that we had had when WE NEVER EVEN SPOKE!! Then I would correct her and tell her that we never had that conversation then she would cut my off and started getting really aggressive and in a condescending way asked "what do you want me to tell you?.. that we could fix your bag?" I WAS IN AWE! NEVER and I mean NEVER gave I been mistreated like this walking into a Coach store! I made several emails regarding this situation as a left the store STILL with no answers about how to care for my bag... instead she recited a make believe conversation we supposedly had. WOW never again. If you guys need a dose of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE then go to Raxia the store manager bc her service level is HORRIBLE!!!! read more

The associate all I know is a lady who works there on a Friday about 1 pm with straight brown mid-length hair, said barely a hello and when we walked to the back of the store, she didn't help us at all. I was browsing online on their website and came across some purses I was interested in. It said they were not available in this store but I called anyway. Surprise, they had them and offered to hold them for me. I came the next day and they brought them out. I looked at the ones they set aside, browsed the store to see if there were any other options I was interested in. Great customer service and loving my new purse! read more

Went today to by a purse for a present. Jason helped me out right away. Quick and easy. Even wrapped it very nicely for me.

Had an experience of ordering an item and then being told later that it was sold out. Plus my card was charged for a separate transaction which wasn't authorized by me which is fraud. I don't ever plan on shopping here again. I don't know how they do business but they lost my business. read more

This is my first yelp review. I just encountered the greatest customer service in a very long time. Unfortunately, I didn't get the girls name who helped me. I came in with a wallet I had replaced a few months ago that has a money clip attached. The clip had snapped. From work, I drove to this store where it was purchased. Not only was everyone kind and friendly from the moment I stepped into the store, they immediately found a replacement and sent me on my way. I will not only return to this wonderful location but they gave the brand COACH such a great "name" that I will continue to buy their fine products here and other locations in the future. Macy's had the same purse at $94 less!!!!! exact same style number. I asked if they price match and the answer was "no" . I was doing a Christmas gift exchange or else I would just get it at Macys. Do your homework and save money (alot of money) before making your purchase. read more

The only reason I'm giving this Coach store in Glendale 2 stars is because of Liliana,who was a "lifesaver,"otherwise I would have given it 0 star because of 2 salespeople named Miguel and Javier.I had a bad experience but Liliana saved the day.I went to the store to purchase a gift for a friend and ended up buying a swagger bag.I asked Miguel and Javier for a "brand new bag," and to gift wrap it.Lo and behold when I got home,the bag looked like it was used and then returned,it wasn't new at all,there was even a noticeable white streak on one side of the bag,and the packaging was a small tissue paper inside.I trusted Miguel and Javier to give me a new bag which is expected but they gave me a very used one.What kind of customer service is this?I went back to the store and Liliana was very apologetic and she right away fixed the problem giving me a brand new bag with new packaging.Thanks to her but definitely no thanks to Miguel and Javier.They should both be fired in my opinion!!! read more
