Of course, we had to try something even though I was stuffed. We ended up getting the breakfast sausage roll, strong notes of sage, but overall very tasty. Just a little mustard or ketchup would've made it perfect! Such a cute spot, definitely worth a visit.

Aside from the size, it's always cooked perfectly. Great quality meat and not overly battered. My only complaint is I wish there was more seasoning in the batter. However, to offset that, they literally have some of the best cocktail sauce and tarter sauce that I've ever had. I've only had them twice, but they managed to earn a special place in my heart. The other three from my party walked out, while i proceeded to tell the manager this was extremely poor service! All he could say was they were busy. I pointed out the empty tables that were empty when we first walked in an hour ago and are still empty! They finally gave us one of those tables. We were out in an hour and guess what ...... there were still empty tables with "reserved" on them! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! My suggestion is to go someplace else!! Like I said, our waitress was extremely nice and couldn't apologize enough.

Fisherman's pie is pretty much a seafood Shepard pie. Really good and really hardy. The rueban rolls were basically egg rolls with rueban filling. Hard to go wrong when dipping something in thousand island. I also recommend trying one of the half and half beers! I had the black and blue which seemed like an odd. combination but it worked well together!

Ordered the fish and chips. Tasted great. Would have been nice to have had one more piece of fish. The one I had was large but felt it was a small portion. Fries were good. They were the fresh cut, darker, flemsy kind if you know what I mean. I like them but some folks don't. Sat at the bar. Bartender was attentive and food came out quickly.

Gobs of cheese, bacon, pickles and a 1/3 pound burger on a pretzel bun. Pretty sure the bun was home made. Served with a hash brown patty. Get lots of napkins this is a 8 to 10 burger. So they are sooo customer obsessed. Cleaning everything between customers, masks on, hand sanitizer galore. Then over communicating how long it will be before they take orders and how long for food.
