the fish was way overcooked. Dry through and through. Coleslaw tasted old and the portion was stingy

Meeting family for lunch on a Wednesday turned out to be a great experience. There were 4 of us…read moreand we were seated immediately. The host was very friendly and personable. The waitress was attentive and friendly. We ordered an appetizer (buffalo chicken fingers) and soup (broccoli and cheese and chowder) and it was all delicious! Our meals were also great, two Lem Parker sandwiches, two side salads, a spinach salad with chicken added and a fish Ruben. There were leftovers! We all had a great time, enjoyed the food and are looking forward to going back in the spring or summer when we expect the views of the Pemi to be beautiful!

When we arrived, there was a large bus with tourists that had just arrived so we opted to eat in the bar area versus eating outdoors. Our waitress (Trisha) was one of two bar tenders covering a bar that sat about 12 patrons plus about 6 other tables, She took our orders and then was tied up trying to assist others. We only saw her again when she asked if we desired dessert. My Pasta Fattoria had chicken, spinach, bacon , sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and was very enjoyable. My wife had the steak tips. I could not finish mine so I have lunch for another day. Overall, a nice meal and given the circumstances, Covered Bridge covered most needs.

I visited on a Friday evening recently and really enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is really cool,…read morewith multiple levels and rooms that each have a different feel. Our server was excellent and the manager stopped by to see if we were enjoying ourselves. I had the French onion soup, which was very solid and the Asian noodles. Also very good but a bit spicier than I was expecting. I also tried the cocktail special which was the Beachy Bourbon, a bourbon Aperol combo that was very good. I'd definitely come back here if I was in the area. Great experience overall.

Glad someone recommended Fosters( part of the Common Man family) our first time here. Originally, it was the boiler room for a paper mill before being converted. The setting is different- the most upscale Common Man I have eaten at(Lincoln, Concord,). There are numerous rooms and a spa with lodging. We ate downstairs in a secluded section but there are upstairs rooms as well. Katie took good care of us and helped with entree selections. Plenty of drink options. Everyone loved the calamari but my favorite app was the Reuben fritters. My stuffed chicken was good; others had the Mac and cheese, salmon, steak tips ,fried chicken and chicken pot pie. Desserts were decadent- chocolate mousse cake and vanilla ice cream with coconut and chocolate syrup.(sorry no pictures) Definitely worth a return visit. Plenty of parking.
