My daughters and I had a great coffee time here. The pastries all look amazing! The service is basically order at the counter and they call your name when it's ready. Seat yourself and clean up after yourself. The inside looks clean and modern. The reason you visit this place is the coffee and the pastries you could literally come here everyday of the week and try a new pastry every day! The latte's here are a little too strong for my taste, but they are still delicious and made to perfection. I could just be used to different espressos from different coffee shops around town. I was very disappointed during my last visit. Maybe it was because it was on a weekend and they were busier than usual. The service was awful. There were 5+ people waiting in line with but there was only one person taking orders. They were not short staffed bc the staff were just standing around and chatting. Someone had to ask to open up the other POS to take orders. The latte was good, but then the staff started putting chairs up at 4:15 (they close at 5). The incoming customers had to physically move the chairs down to sit down...I just wish they would be more considerate of the customers. read more

This is for my most recent visit. I reached out to their IG unsure who responds to those messages. I asked about reserving tables for a group, I was informed that they don't have a reservation system. I still reached out hours before our meeting via IG and by phone to get some assistance with placing the reserved sign on some tables. When I arrived their GM stated she was not aware of my request and she could have helped had she been informed. I had a group of 8 and we spent easily over $200 in an hour. For the food: I ordered the breakfast pastry and specifically asked for it to be warmed, it was still cold. My Dubai iced latte was more mocha than anything. A colleague ordered the green tomato Benedict which arrived plated beautifully but when we asked her how it was she responded "meh, wouldn't order it again". I have supported every location and was here for their soft opening but with the most recent interaction and lack of support along with food and drink issues I will not be coming back. read more

Cute clean place. Everyone was very friendly when I entered. I ordered the raspberry oatmeal cookie and the mixed berry pastry. I sat down as a gentleman prepared my to go order. When I got home, I was disappointed as I was given the wrong cookie. Instead of the raspberry oatmeal, I think I was given the brown butter one. It was good, but not what i ordered. I was assuming the mixed berry pasty would be stuffed with berry's, but it's just a small amount of berry jelly. Went back here this morning to give it another try. The owner had reached out stating that they were reworking the Cronuts. They most certainly did. The Churro Cronut (my least fave last trip) was perfect. Crispy and flaky on the outside, moist and layered on the inside. 10/10. I also picked up some more of those excellent Giant Poptarts. Very friendly and welcoming staff right as you walk in. The cafe itself is decorated so nicely and is very bright and open. I already kinda knew what I wanted to try from seeing videos on social media, but they have a lot more on their menu, both in food and drinks, that looked and sounded great as well. Cute and spacious location! Very friendly staff. The chairs are very comfy and perfect for long days doing work. I was torn between the Dubai chocolate or biscoff matcha. Ended up ordering biscoff as recommended by the cashier. I also asked for oat milk. The drink is not too sweet but you also can't really taste the matcha. A few hours later, the manager asked if I enjoyed my drink and offered to remake it. The sentiment was nice and much appreciated but the drink was still lacking. My husband ordered the tiramisu latte and he said it was good but not something he'd crave. The team at coffee class is always incredibly friendly and efficient. We went for their grand opening and despite extensive traffic, we were through the line in about an hour. The ambiance was great with clean tables and ample indoor seating, which makes this location great for working and meeting up with friends. They also have ample amounts of pastries. We got the double protein plate which came with delicious buttery and well seasoned avocado with eggs and your choice of protein. It was a great relief for the sweet pastries. Had a good morning breakfast at the grand opening at the sahara location. They gave out raffle tickets while we waited outside. An hour waite was not too bad over a hundred people in line. We enjoyed our gluten free tartcherry poptart and churro poptart. Then we shared a protein plate, the avacado was so buttery and the bacon was crispie and the fat melted away. After meeting with a family friend at her office for an event, we came outside and decided to try right there in the same building the coffee class. I've seen things on yelp and Instagram so they were definitely on my radar, but not one in my vicinity. Today was my opportunity and I was not disappointed. We walked in and they had a gentleman doing pour overs of the daily coffee with small bite-size tasters of a cinnamon scone. Both were very good and I knew I was in for a treat.. I opted for the pumpkin pop tart, which was very good and the vanilla latte that was the best latte I've had and as long as I can remember. Nice size little place and very friendly staff.. I also found out there are one or two on my side of town in Henderson even though not that close but I could still make the journey for another one of those great tasting lattes. If you're thinking about coming here, definitely worth the journey they have a great pastry bar of higher level beyond your usual pastries and it looks like according to their menu. The newest of the coffee class locations. FINALLY one a bit closer to me. Walking in we were warmly greeted with a loud "welcome" from the entire team. Being this location had a soft opening they do not have their entire menu available yet. I was bummed they didn't have my usual on the menu but tried some new things and loved them! I ordered the browned butter latte. It was very good. My daughter ordered a mocha and enjoyed it. Along with my coffee I ordered the steak truffle aoli sandwich. DO NOT pass this sandwich up. Gordon Ramsey would be pleased! Oh my goodness! This sandwich hit the spot in so many ways. Lets talk about that brioche bun. I am not one to finish the bun on anything typically. Because the bread is just basic and blah. This bun is an experience in itself. It was buttery and slightly crispy on the outside but so soft in the middle. It reminded me of a donut. It was really good. I ate the entire thing. I was half tempted to see if I could buy just a bun it was that good. Whatever y'all are doing there... DON'T change it. The steak... I don't know what kind of steak they are using but talk about TENDER! I was shocked. I barely had to chew this sandwich. It was amazing. Cooked perfectly, maybe could have used a slight bit of seasoning on the steak but overall, it was really good with the sauce. I also was surprised by the Brussel sprout slaw. I asked for it on the side because it just didn't sound that great to me (I'm not a brussel sprout fan) I ate it all! My mom would be proud of y'all making brussel sprouts in a way i would eat them. I do wish they had just a little more sauce in the slaw. This location is great with plenty of seating and many helpful smiling faces around to assist you. Let's not forget the amazing coffee and food! I'm going to be dreaming of that sandwich! When i saw the price of the sandwich I thought it was a bit much but after eating it... Las Vegas Southwest side opening! Their site says located in Village Square at Fort Apache and W. Sahara. It's between Nacho Daddy and the library with lots of parking. My eyes glued onto the sign as we passed and I noticed this was the same place I kept trying to get one of these homemade viral pop-tarts in Henderson. Every time I would go, they'd be sold out. I gave up as it was too far to keep trying to catch them before they sold out. I grabbed a girlfriend and went asap. I'm not sure they have had their grand opening yet as they still seemed to be training staff. I was determined to get one of these homemade pop-tarts. I was like a kid in a candy store as we walked in and I noticed two different flavors ready and waiting just for me. Then I noticed all the other pastries! Oh my gosh....i have to choose one?!? This pastry chef made everything to perfection and I wanted it all. We were handed a paper menu and the coffee and tea selections were all so delicious. I had a hard time choosing one of those also. Definitely a place I will have to come to multiple times especially with an ever-changing and ever evolving menu. Did I mention they offer real breakfast plates, burgers, etc also!!! Wow! Keep my seat warm Coffee Class. Tell me how you could go wrong with a banana nut bread latte made with real bananas, a blue blossom latte made with butterfly pea extract, lavender, coconut, and a hint of honey, a brown butter toffee latte, a take on the viral Dubai chocolate pistachio latte, all of your original specialty coffees, and then the two we chose. I can't remember the name of mine now but it was hot dark chocolate and espresso with amaretto cloud cream top and my friend had the Pistachio Cream Matcha Freddo. Both were delicious! We also both opted for the strawberry and crème filled croissant (I took mine home for my son & he loved it) and I got my pop tart! It didn't disappoint! The crust was so delicious and buttery, nothing like the dull pieces I'd pull off the sides as a kid. I ate the entirety of this poptart. It was like a pregnant pastry will a big belly of delightful cherry filling waiting for me. The frosting wasn't overly sweet but reminded me of my mom's homemade frosting. It all complemented itself very well. I totally understand why they went so viral! I kind of wish I could keep it secret to make sure I get mine and they don't sell out but there's no gatekeeping of something so great. For a soft opening, the staff was great and super friendly. I love the real coffee mugs, plates, and gold silverware. I love how much seating there is and how comfortable it all is. The restaurant is beautifully decorated also with classy elegance. We've been to all the locations and all I can say is try this place, NOT THIS LOCATION, my son and I have finished eating and 20 minutes later my wife's "pop tart" with 4 excuses still hasn't arrived. Out of plates was the excuses to start so we said bring in a box, finally they have plates as we watched everyone getting served and they bring pop tart in to go box but now have no silverware. Or "WELCOME IN!"- it was shrill and so loud that it made me jump a little every time. Just mentioning it, but she was absolutely helpful, friendly and you could tell she was working hard. Just..... take it down like 1 or 2 notches maybe? Food: it was okay. I would not order anything with a croissant again. We ordered the croissant in 2 forms (pistachio choc & as part of a maple bacon sando) and both were quite dry. I think the poptarts are the move, for next time. Coffee: I loved my iced toffee latte- I got it 1/4 sweet and it was perfect. Husband said the cappuccino was good. One thing I want to mention is I love that there was ample seating inside! To be clear this is our 1st visit and we tried the cinnamon roll scone and blueberry scone as well as the stand cream croissant. All were delicious. We chose to dine in and have just 2 things that were less than 5-stars. The busyness of the staff resulted in hurried table clearing that didn't include wiping up spilled coffee. While the food was good, it would have been nice to enjoy warm pastries with our coffee. Our pastries were warmed and brought out to us after they started to cool. I'm not vegan but I was disappointed that they stopped serving the vegan biscuits and gravy. My friend is vegan and when we came here a few months ago we both ordered the biscuits and gravy. I could not even tell it was vegan because it was that good! Service is ok and the place is cute, but it's a little on the pricier side. I ordered their breakfast platter today. It was ok but I didn't get any potatoes. When I asked my server where the potatoes were, he said they ran out. He didn't offer me anything else in lieu of my missing potatoes nor did I get a discount. So I paid full price for a breakfast dish that didn't come with everything that it was supposed to.
