I recently saw Dr Hassan for a crown and he is also great. He worked hard to make sure I was pleased and my tooth fit right. I had no pain with the crown placement and when I needed to get my permanent crown in before a vacation, he called and had it rushed and placed it asap. The atmosphere is calm, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and kind, which I really appreciated. I had a young man as my nail tech, and while he was very sweet and clearly trying his best, I think he may need a bit more training, especially with dip powder. I came in with a few dip nails lifting and had to cut them super short. I asked for very short oval or almond-shaped nails, showed reference photos, and politely explained what I was hoping for. However, I had to repeat a few things multiple times, including wanting all my nails the same short length. In the end, the shape came out round, not quite what I asked for, which was disappointing. The appointment took from 12 to 3 PM, and after sitting for so long, my back was in pain. I had to keep shifting and eventually asked to move to a different chair, which they were kind enough to allow, though I wish someone had checked in earlier to make sure I was comfortable. There was also a mix-up with the top coat. When he applied it, it stayed gummy, and the manager or owner had to step in and completely redo the dip, taking time away from another customer. I felt really bad about that. Even after the fix, the final product unfortunately wasn't up to par. It's now only been a week, and the dip is already lifting and catching in my hair, when normally it lasts me three weeks. As for my pedicure, the woman who worked on my toes was great, also very nice and gentle. But again, I had to politely repeat my preferences for shape and length a couple of times before it was right. All in all, the people here are lovely, the salon is immaculate, and there's a lot to appreciate. But from my experience, I'd say there's still room for improvement in technique and customer comfort during long appointments. I also found the price to be a bit higher than expected, especially given the quality and longevity of the dip. I truly hope the young tech gets the training and support he needs. He has a great attitude and demeanor, which is a solid foundation. I'd love to return in the future once they've had a bit more experience under their belt.

She then massages your legs with the lotion/oils that come in the tray. Next they wrap your legs in hot towels (with rose petals which wasn't necessary) but feels nice to get pampered from time to time. I definitely recommend you try this one if you just stick to classic pedicures, it's a bit more in price but well worth it to do every now and then. Your feet will thank you!

I was then asked to return yet again to speak with the manager, despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach him by phone. Given the time inconvenience and upcoming travel, I requested a refund, which was denied. Now, just days later, the gel coating is peeling as expected. Next I spoke to office personnel at least two times before going into the office. When I arrived the receptionist told me I would have one quad done. I told her I was told in conversation last week they would complete both on that day. CONFLICTING INFORMATION! Then I was quoted a copay for the service!!! Now I've talked to my insurance provider, talked to the dentist office 2-3 times NEVER WAS I TOLD IN PLAIN ENGLISH THAT THERE WOULD BE A COPAY FOR THESES SERVICES THAT I INITIALLY WENT TO THEM FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! When they had called me to say that AI had made a mistake and needed to reschedule I could have been told then Ms.your copay will be $$$$ for this and an additional $$$$ for that. Another issue is after new X-rays this office never addressed two critical areas that the prior dentist addressed. I never got far enough with them to even mention this situation. This office is so POORLY MANAGED ITS RIDICULOUS. All you have to do is communicate with the patient and explain what is going on in advance. Don't say one thing and then do something else when the patient is in for care. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IS GOLDEN. On three different occasions dealing with this dental office has been a waste of my time. If I could give negative stars I would. Then one star is for office appearance.

All my long life, I had a gap in my front teeth with ancient caps. Dr Lo gave me options and recently I chose to replace the 1980s era caps and I am very pleased with the results. He works with a top notch lab, Artifex Dental Laboratory. Paul is an artist as well.

Not impressed. 1st visit was ok, but thought it odd that they never showed me x-rays they just…read moretalked at me. The cleaning and services were rushed and nothing as I have had in the past at other places. They seemed pretty angry that I opted to not have an expensive procedure done. I have good insurance and it being the first time the bill was over $150. I paid it and went on my merry way. 6 months later they hounded me to come in for a cleaning. That ended up with them telling me that they needed to take an xray with the cleaning. With the doctor spending no more than maybe 5 minutes with me both visits and out another $120. Now to today, I walk in to the front desk, the first I spoke to was a bit rude and tells me that I have to pay my co-pay up-front of $210 for a cleaning? and xrays that the insurance covers. Telling me the insurance only covers 50%. No they only cover 50% of your inflated prices. This place is a money mill, they dont really care about their patients only how much money they can get out of them.

Haight used it for my wife's crown. She has a hard time with shots of nova cane. He and his assistant were were gentle and professional. We now have a great new Dentist. We highly recommend.

He is a very good conversationalist and tries to distract you so that you can stay calm as he explains the procedure and his recommendations..His staff are also very supportive always smiling and making you feel right at home. Dr. HUBBELL's assistant Scott, is super wonderful and is always there. He reinforces & educates me on everything .. so he is my dentist and this is my dental practice that I go to, and I do recommend him tremendously.
