I'm so disappointed. I wish I had something good to say about this store/location. I have been a loyal container store customer for many years. I shop there for myself and all of my clients. 8 or 9 years ago I noticed that the stores weren't as neat and orderly as they were in the past. In 2020, I don't think they were ready for the organizing/Marie Kondoization that occurred during the pandemic. Fast forward to yesterday when I saw a noticeable change since I was there just a month ago. I'm not sure whether it's tariff related or other issues but the store was a depleted mess. They were completely out of basics like pant hangers and most gift wrap (which they were famous for). I really hope they can get back on their feet. There is NO other store that could fill the void if they don't.

I like that the Container Store is consistent nationwide. I love their variety of organization products you need and never knew you needed. I don't like the fact that I never seem to utilize my organization products perfectly like an IKEA catalog. I always feel like I bought more stuff for my stuff.....but I guess that's more of a review of me. Organize your thoughts Meredith! This store is in an elevated, outdoor mall. Parking is underground. Being clever little task organizers, they anticipated the need to haul purchases and/or returns from the store to your vehicle & vice-versa. You'll find Container Store-blue stalls filled with carts on each parking level near the elevator closest to the store entrance. They are obviously geniuses. It is futile to resist spending Costco-level-American-dollas during your visit.

He took the time to guide me and helped me make the right decision when choosing the sofa, without rushing and while truly caring about what would work best for my space. The delivery team was also very professional and respectful. They handled the move carefully and placed everything perfectly in my room. I'm very thankful to them as well. 10-10

Well, unfortunately my previous stellar review no longer holds. We've been shopping at this Crate &…read moreBarrel for close to 10 years and have always had good experiences. We've ordered furniture, all of our everyday serving ware is from here, as well as a ton of our small appliances and Le Creuset. With that being said, our most recent furniture order turned into one of the strangest customer service experiences I've ever had. We received a damaged custom sleeper sectional and ottoman. Initially, we wanted the damage repaired and, if it couldn't be, asked whether a partial credit might be an option rather than replacing everything. Repair was offered, which we preferred. Their tech Javier came out, was great, and ultimately confirmed the damage couldn't be repaired. We were offered a replacement, which we seriously considered. I again asked whether keeping the damaged furniture for a partial credit was also an option given that a replacement would take another 10ish weeks and involved replacing the entire base. Somehow, simply asking that question turned into our salesperson, Denise, deciding we had wanted money back "from the outset," researching the property records for our home, questioning whether we actually closed escrow and owned our home, and even suggesting my husband could have manipulated the timestamps on pictures he took the day of delivery. I'm sorry, but what? All that had to be said was, "No, I'm sorry that's not an option, but we are happy to offer a replacement." Even worse, two managers were copied on these emails and neither stepped in, even after I specifically asked for management to take over multiple times. The General Store Manager eventually reached out after Corporate became involved, but despite me responding twice, we still haven't actually connected. After all of this, I started looking through the more recent Yelp and Google reviews for this location and honestly wish I had done that before ordering. Complaints about customer service and management come up over and over again, including reviews calling out specific employees. Clearly our experience isn't the only one. I will absolutely give credit where it's due--Crate & Barrel Executive Customer Service was fantastic. Juliann was wonderful, reviewed everything, followed up consistently, and gave us several reasonable options. But customers shouldn't have to escalate something to Executive Customer Service to receive that level of customer service when dealing with their local store. Unfortunately, Corporate making it right doesn't change how we feel about this particular store. After almost 10 years of shopping here, we've lost confidence in the customer service and management at this location and genuinely don't feel comfortable shopping here anymore. Really disappointing. I have yet to actually connect with the General Store Manager, but if that conversation changes anything, I'll update this review accordingly.

Let me start by saying that I could move into the Joneses and hang out there for the better part of…read morea year and be totally happy. The space and curation itself is THAT awesome and comfy. You'll be inspired to switch up your whole decor aesthetic after just one visit! A friend recommended we check them out when we moved into a new house and our beloved couch that we'd literally had for decades... like while we were just dating... was not working in our new space. We needed a custom size and wanted the L shape to create a scenario where our family of four could curl up together and make key memories before the kids head off to college in a few years. We had never designed a couch before but definitely had some thoughts and ideas. The staff were there for it and vibed with us on it over multiple visits, calls, and emails. It was a BIG step for us and they held our hands the whole way. We must have sat on every couch there over the course of 3 visits and in the end, designed with them the PERFECT couch. Everyone was completely lovely. But here's where it gets really good. My husband wanted a low, deep, lounge style but I felt like I needed a little more stucture so we combined the styles of two couches, keeping it low and loungey but adding a second row of cushions so you or a guest can choose if you want to be laid back or more upright. It's the best of wboth worlds and completely flexible for older guests who would be swallowed up in a couch this deep. It's gorgeous... we sat down with them (on that couch!) and plotted it all out, with the L facing the right way in our house to make sense and bring the space to life. Mady hand-sketched it all up right then and there. The delivery team was so nice and lovingly unpacked the whole thing and were so sweet when I had a major brain fog moment and freaked out that they had made a mistake and designed the L facing the WRONG WAY! In quite a panic, I called the shop and reached Noa, who calmly dealt with my extreme freak out. The delivery team patiently waited for the whole thing and consoled me as I shed a few tears. Noa offered to come take a look at it IN MY HOME to assess the situation. A few days later, I'm walking through my home with them (Noa and her mom, the owner!) and we are all chatting about how it actually looks awesome in the orientation that it's in. I still had sworn that I didn't design it that way but agreed that it actually felt like I should have. They were calm, poised, creative, open, and completely invested in making sure their handmade piece felt perfect in my space. They were not aggressive nor accusatory... just there to see how best to resolve the issue, knowing that it was a custom-built piece. And they were lovely humans as well. We talked about art and design, building a business from the ground up, and the challenges with keeping a small business afloat during economic downturns and worldwide pandemics. Months later, I realized that no one made any mistakes and we actually designed it just like this, and it's been my absolute favorite thing in my home ever since. I think about this experience often, and I'm so grateful for their graceful reaction and approach. The couch itself is a standout in the space and sets the tone for the rest of our decor. It's comfortable beyond belief. It's easy to maintain, has held its shape for years now, and is easy to clean. We got it in a cream fabric, so that was a worry, but they taught us how to care for it easily! Not only does it hold our whole family, but a lot more people when the kids have friends over. It has helped shape not only our space from a design perspective but in how we interact within the space and with each other. And we get so many compliments on it. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched. We couldn't be happier. THANK YOU! But what really stands out is that in this age of faster, cheaper, AI, and automation, this company is a family business of artisans that care deeply for the products they craft and the impact on their customers and clients. They want you to love the pieces you bring home, and they care to work with you until you do. They love art and design, so definitely take their suggestions!! Their pieces show that love and care and offer you a heightened level of quality and comfort. They are well worth the price, and I hope that you will pop your head in the shop and judge for yourself. You may just bring home a new piece that feels like an extension of your own family. You won't regret it!! I recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for new furniture. They are the BEST!
