The cookies are awful and extremely expensive!!! The cookies are on the verge of being raw and topped with breakfast cereal. Two cookies cost $9.30 plus a $2 tip!!! You have to purchase them on a kiosk that is located in the store. The cookies are not in a case where you can see them before you purchase them. You walk in. No one greets you. You order on an iPad and you hope that someone saw your order. You just wait aimlessly wondering if they got the order or not. Finally when you get the cookies, there's no hi or thank you, no manners, no customer service. The cookies are mediocre, s'mores is just one flat cookie with melted fluff (which they are very cheap with) . Save yourself and use that cookie money for crumbl, you'll get a nice big fat cookie! read more

Unfortunately, I have eaten Levain cookies before so... these cookies didn't meet the cut. I tried to order 8 different ones through Postmates, but I got double of two flavors instead. I did not get Mounds of Coconut or S'mores. The ones I got: Flufftella S'mores, Cinnamon Roll, Birthday Cake, Rainbow M&M Chip, Cookies N' Cream, and Funnel Cake. The Funnel Cake is limited edition and not sure if you can get it later, but it was probably the one I liked the most. read more

Have people never ordered from places like DoorDash or GrubHub etc? You're paying for your convenience. So after this location opened in Morristown, I've been eyeing them. Than a friend got cookies from another location and posted it on instagram. I decided to preorder online for pickup after my haircut on Wednesday. I parked on pine street and walked up the block to pickup my four cookies. I walked in the door and a moment later a woman appeared, asked my name and handed me the box. They felt like they were just made because the box was warm. I love peanut butter cups so I dove into that one once I got back to the car. It did not taste like peanut butter at all. It kind of was fake tasting and it left an aftertaste in my mouth. Strike one -1 star. Later that day I tried the s'mores. It was just ok but also left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Strike two - another star down. Next I tried the NYC cheesecake. That was the best tasting one out of the three so far. I could taste the cheesecake filled inside and no aftertaste. Last I tried the cookies and cream. It was just ok. There was an Oreo stuffed in the middle. There was a slight aftertaste but not as bad as the others. I could see the Oreo in it but not really taste it. I did not deduct any stars for this one. But I'm glad I tried this place. I will not be back though. Try at your own risk. read more

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Went on 8/23 and you can hear the staff cursing in the back and complaining about serving customers.

This place is pretty premium pricing for the cookies. The cookies were not all that either as they were pretty average. They tasted good, but not as good as I thought and definitely not worth the price. Better off making homemade cookies. read more

Don't even bother with this place! Store hours are listed from 12PM - 2AM on Friday and Saturday nights, but apparently this is not the case.. Arrived at 1:30AM and was told they were already closed. I mentioned their store hours say open until 2AM online and one of the workers said "we are, but we stop taking orders by 11:30PM". According to this worker, it is impossible to get cookies at this location after 11:30PM even though they close at 2AM.... WHAT?! So what do they do for 2.5 hrs? There is also no signage indicating this rule anywhere as multiple parties were asking the same question and the workers couldn't care less as they tried to push everyone out of the storefront while answering minimal questions. With poor customer service + misleading hours of operation I don't see how this place is going to thrive. Can't comment on the quality of the food as we could not get any. I'm obsessed with these cookies, the Nutella cookie with a nice cookie cup or cereal shake hits different. The service is good I have no complaints at all. The art on the walls really catch your attention and the sign that says "you make my dreams crumb true" is clever. the music really is soothing and if you catch them at the right time u can suggest a song to play while u wait for your cookies. I am sorry to write this after reading the story of how this establishment was started. But, honestly, the business model is not working. The majority of your reviews are bad in Yelp and Googlebecause you can't meet turnaround times. The excuse of being understaffed because of the pandemic should be reason enough for you to change your structure. I just wanted one or two cookies. When I walked in the smell was incredible, only to find I could not get any cookies. Seriously, make your best selling cookies in the morning and evening to satisfy the sweet tooth of people strolling Morristown. Have one person at the register. Or team up with some of the local shops and restaurants to sell them. My craving came and went as soon as I found out I had to be inconvenienced by technology just for a cookie. Thought we would try the new cookie place tonight 1/15, so we placed our order at 4:24 and arrived at the designated, computer generated pick up time of 4:55. We arrived to a store full of people and nobody working the counter. A young team member emerged from the kitchen with a list of orders they were currently working on and asked whose name was not on the list. He then proceeded to go back into the kitchen, when another young staffer came down to the counter, at which time we presumed he was going to help the waiting customers, but he abruptly ran out the front door, never to return. Coming from someone who has worked for years in the customer service/prepared foods industry, customer service will make or break a business. Opening a new business will come with some kinks, but your customer service is shameful, and your online ordering system is atrocious. While I understand the automatic 15% gratuity, the customer should be allowed to add it at the time of pickup, not at the time of order. During our wait time, very few orders came out of the kitchen, and even fewer staffers were working the front end. Every single staff member I saw showed no sense of urgency to both orders and customers. With a store full of disgruntled customers, the lack of attentiveness and care shown by the staff is appalling. At 5:15, a young female staffer emerged with a single box of cookies for a waiting customer, at which time, customers had to ask her how much longer their wait would be, to which her standard answer was 45 minutes. When I asked her for a realistic time frame, she responded that there were specifically ten orders ahead of mine, not being able to give me a proper answer. She retreated to the kitchen, again leaving the counter unattended. After 5 minutes of no Cookie Connect employee in sight, I yelled into the kitchen asking for a manager or anyone over the age of 25 to come and answer all of the customers questions. Another young female staffer wearing an orange beanie, barely 25, came down and I asked her for a realistic time frame, to which her answer was that there were now 20 orders in front of mine, again, not being able to answer my question. Since she was unable to provide me with an answer, I promptly asked for a refund. Throughout our entire interaction, there was never an apology. While we were just trying to pick up some cookies for a cozy evening at home, the door dash and uber eats drivers you forced to wait over an hour, are trying to make a living. Your storefront tonight proved nothing but a warming center on a cold January night. I highly recommend you take your shortened hours and take some time for customer service/staff training and revamping your online ordering system. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

But to claim to be an online order only platform and then take the in store orders before the online orders is absolutely infuriating. When I asked for an update I was met with the option of just taking cold cookies instead of warm how they're supposed to be. Not worth the hassle! Ordered online through their website for delivery (extra $6 charge) that was supposed to take 90 minutes. After 1 hr 40 min we called and they said our cookie cups were sitting there and no driver picked them up. They said if we come get them they would make us new ones. We arrived and they acknowledged who we were and acted like they were helping us and we continued to wait for another 20 minutes. We then went up to ask what was taking so long and they gave us the old order that was rock hard from sitting in their freezer. The employees were rude and not helpful. read more

For the price, definitely not worth the wait. Cookies were salty (or so said my 9 year old) and very disappointing. Flat is the word that came to my mind. Ordered a a box of 12 cookies + 6 pack and majority of them were raw. I was very excited for a dessert place after Fatty's had shut down, but after a cookie my friends and I had stomach aches! We ordered hours in advance to make sure they were ready and when we went to pick them up, they were already boxed up! So not sure what happened.
