This review should have been done a LONG time ago, but I kept forgetting. Sorry folks! This place has cookies to die for. I can really end my review there, but I won't. :) All the cookies here are 5 stars, seriously. The location I normally go to is the one in Kapolei and the girls there are always so friendly. I always stop there on my way to the beach and I pick up a TON for snacks at the beach and of course some to have at home. You can also get gift boxes of their cookies, but one of the best things about this place..... you can order online and have it shipped anywhere in the Continental US!!!! Yeah for me!! If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the Shortbread cookies, but honestly... every cookie at this place is worth every penny! Before you go, look for online coupons! read more

We visited this place on a whim after going to the park. This place did nothing but impress. It is really tiny, though and fit nestled between Long's and Baskin Robins. I think it is a local place with fresh cookies. They sell by the weight and they also sell bags of cookies if you would prefer. The cookies were moist and the rice crispy treats were amazing. It wasn't very busy when we went in but it was still wonder. Great to stop by for a quick treat! read more

I've had cookies from them 3 times just within this week. They are absolutely amazing, I'm a cookie fanatic and am very critical of the density, sweetness, texture, chewability (if that's a thing) quality of chocolate chips, quality of macadamia nuts, and every other aspect of the cookie anatomy. These guys have cracked the code to produce a high quality cookie. They are addicting. Absolutely amazingly delicious, I'll be back again this weekend I'm sure. read more

Pricey treats but they ARE yummy! The ladies here are friendly and helped me with a Birthday gift. They offered to wrap it nicely and really went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Ahhh, I remember skipping school at sacred hearts to walk across the street to cookie corner and get the two cookies and Pepsi deal lol. Different location but eh, I think they are all the same. Anyway I was with my daughter when she saw the picture of the cookies so of course I had to get her one. My favorites are the coconut and chocolate chip with nuts. Since my daughter doesn't like nuts she just had the reg. Chocolate chip. Of course she loved it. Anyway most of the time the cookies taste fresh. I would give 5 stars but it isn't consistent. Sometimes you may get a stale cookie, or maybe it's a little doughy but overall still okay. I prefer these cookies over crunchy cookies. Anyway get the deal, I'm not sure how much it is now but I think it's still the same offer. 2 cookies and a Pepsi. Good for a little snack. Though may not be healthy lol. read more

I got the huge cookie shaped as a heart for Valentine's Day from my boyfriend twice as a gift for me to eat cause I love desserts lol and they never disappoint. It tastes exactly, or even better than the regular sized cookies you get in the front window. I always come here for the snickerdoodle, dipped chocolate shortbread and M&M cookie! I don't know what's in these cookies but they taste so moist and thick, it's so delicious. Great service as well. it's the sweet wonderful aroma of the cookie corner that causes me to wander in when i walk around the shopping center. i love this place, i've never purchased their products as gifts nor have i ever made a custom cookie with a message on it for someone. it's more like i simply stop in for a treat because the smell got to me. they make the softest, tastiest, warmest, most freshly baked cookies. soo soft and moist. the kind of cookie that deserves to be savored with a glass of milk. it's not at all expensive, plenty of parking being that it's in a shopping center, and easy to find, right at the corner. the cookie corner. the staff is always friendly and smiling which really matches the aura of this place emits. really comfortable, like your receiving cookies from your granny type of feeling. this is my one stop cookie stop, been in business for years, and will keep surviving unless everyone loses their sense of smell and taste. read more

The cookies here are delish! It's freshly baked and isn't dry and hard like some other cookie places. The chocolates chip is my favorite. Its not too sweet and is soft/chewy on the inside how I like it. The oatmeal cookie is also very good. It's the best place to get cookies on the west side! read more

Went there today 8/9/15 from 6:45-6:55pm, the worker there was rude, did not smile once, just glared, and was very short with us. When she gave wrong info about the prices, she blamed the mistake on us. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I couldn't get that info. Terrible service, the place was closing within minutes of us leaving so I don't know what her problem was. This place has horrible service. The manager I talked to was very reluctant to talk to me on the phone and gave me attitude. I was interested in doing a donation for my school and I was giving her the details for the donating itself and she rushed me off the phone and didn't give me the time to explain to her the donation. She was very short with me, had a very rude tone, and didn't give acceptable customer service. For someone who has never had any previous experience with the company this will be my first and last encounter with them. That is not how a manager should talk to potential customers. The manager didn't tell me her name but I will be visiting the store to have a confrontation with her because her poor customer service will stop us from doing a donation with them. read more

How can a business with warm cookies that taste bomb get anything less than 5 stars? I walk in, pick two cookies, a bottle of milk, pay the cashier, and cookies are in my mouth within 4 minutes usually. The price is reasonable considering you didn't have to mix or bake nothing and the price of milk in Hawaii is higher than the price of gas. Actually you're getting a good deal. If you don't like cookies stay away, I don't mind I'll pick up your slack and enjoy them myself. I just cant figure out how they make them so soft yet firm. And don't be afraid and pick the specific cookie (ex: the second cookie from the bottom). There's always a specific one calling you with the right ingredient ratio. You want extra chocolate chips then pick the choco filled one, you love nuts then get the chunky one with nuts exploding out the sides. Get that cookie that catches your eye, then bring me back some too :) read more

I LOVE this place, it's been here for years when safeway and this shopping area first showed up down the street from us. I love walking by and smelling the cookies baking, I'm immediately in a trance and lured in all the time. They are way better the Ms. fields cookies and any other company I've been too. I always buy atleast $30 worth of cookies here because we all have to atleast have 3 cookies and like different ones. I love the small bite cookies which are perfect for the girls. Their cookies are to DIE for and even taste good a day old. I'm happy to see this place has lasted and love that it's right next to Baskin Robin's which i my all time favorite ice cream parlor in the world... It's nostalgic for me and perhaps that's why it's my favorite. Every time I have my cherries jubilee I always take a trip back into my past childhood and how happy and easy it was just being a kid along with eating a bunch of cookies from this Cookie store.. lol read more

Any size soda and 2 cookies for $4. Staff is always super nice. The smell is what brings you in from the parking lot. Place is addicting.
