Loved it! My family & I just happened on this lovely cafe while riding through Marshfield. We enjoyed the crab cake sandwich (just the right amount of crab and nicely buttered bun) and the turkey/stuffing/ cranberry sandwich was also a great hit. Delicious and creative entrees. Service was fast and friendly; they even obliged us by bringing the meal up to our car, since we were concerned about leaving our cats for too long in the summer heat. Their food is very good, but no, it is not up to the standards of the Brant Rock landmark which sadly, closed. It's cramped, and uncomfortable, and the decor lacks any appeal, but what saves the day is good food, and lower prices than the late, great Arthur and Pats. So you get a bang for your buck here. They also seem to be open year round. A good choice for breakfast now that the top dog is gone. read more

We were on our way from Maine to cape cod, and decided to pull off for breakfast at Marshfield; we are SO GLAD that we did! Everything is outstanding, both food and service! This is one of my top three breakfast places in the area. My friend showed me this little hole in the wall place and whenever I'm craving a unique breakfast place this is where I go. I don't know how they did it because usually breakfast is pretty straight forward but their menu is full of crazy breakfast options that might seem a little out there but are always delicious in my experience. AMAZING, the menu is huge and between my husband, our extended family and myself we have had most of it. Seriously, I've never had a bad experience. Ugh. Not-good-at-all. I'm not sure why this establishment gets the positive reviews that it has received thus far. The coffee was watered down, my steak was extremely undercooked, my eggs were bland and the "fresh" fruit cup was far from what I would consider "real" fruit. Oh my gosh - this is absolutely THE BEST place for breakfast ANYWHERE!! No exaggeration! The apple pie pancakes and the blueberry cheesecake pancakes are incredible. And the coffee .. mmmm. Also, all of their salmon and crab dishes are worth a trip (and rumor has it that they are going to have dinners to go at some point). Can't wait! I've been here twice, and both times the food was terrific. The menu is the size of a book. It took me about ten minutes just to read through and decide what I want. The food is full of flavor and everything tastes fresh. The Greek Panini is amazing. It's loaded with feta cheese and grilled chicken, I definitely recommend it. But.... the portions (For me) are a little bit on the small size, which is maybe because I have a fast metabolism and a big appetite. And I do find it a little pricy, which is probably because i'm a poor high school student. Regardless, it's a great little gem in Marshfield. read more

The food omes ib large portion... i ordered gorilla pancakes (chocolate, banana, and walnut pankcakes) and they gave me 4 the size of my plate!!! It was great to get what i paid for! They serve coffe, flavored coffe, tea, juice, hot chocolate, pancakes. Waffles, snadwishes, omlets, eggs toast and so much more! There are not many seats, and it is tight. Came in on a Saturday, party of 2. Our waitress was very pleasant and got our drinks quickly. About 10 minutes later, a party of 5 was sat next to us. The food took nearly 40 minutes to come out, and suspiciously, the party of 5 received all of their meals before we did. Whatever, no a huge problem. Except when our food came out, we could hear the waitresses asking "what table is this for"? It would not take a genius to deduce that it belonged to the only table that didn't have food on it. From that point it took about 4 minutes for the food to reach us (which for a restaurant as small as this, is frankly unbelievable). The food was cool, not cold, but had clearly been cooked a while before it came out. Wasn't particularly tasty, and extremely expensive. The Avocado toast was clearly a prepackaged guac, not fresh Avocado. No apologies for the long wait or cold food. Won't be back any time soon, especially considering breakfast places nearby with better service, food, and lower prices. read more

My husband and I love to come here for breakfast. The menu choices are really unique. I'm a big fan of the breakfast enchiladas and the au gratin home fries but everything is cooked to order and very tasty. The portions are on the smaller side compared to the other breakfast places in town but with such decadent and high quality food you don't need a ton to fill you up. read more

I have been going to Green Harbor ever since I was a kid and I finally found this gem at the age of 28. The iced coffee and food were amazing!
