The clotted cream is so, so, so good! All of the scones I tried were delicious. We will definitely go back.

Anyone else love a scone as much as we do?!! We have to eat gluten free, and they actually have a couple of choices for GF scones. They're absolutely delicious, and we've never had a problem with cross contamination. The place is beautiful inside, the selection for regular scones is expansive, and they, of course, have GF options which is awesome. The negative is the price. They're definitely more expensive than they should be even in this economy. Other than that, we're putting a kettle on to enjoy some hot tea with our scones. read more

We love the crafted scone! Honestly I have loved everything I have gotten here. The customer service is always great. Don't sleep on the savory scones or the egg scone. If you aren't used to the texture of scones then for sure try the house made cream with the sweet scones, they pair perfectly. The atmosphere is great too, we love to get our scones and drinks and relax in the shop. I have introduced many people to the crafted scone who have become loyal customers as well. read more

There are no prices posted on the menus inside... not a single one on the wall, counters, nowhere and not for drinks or pastries. I find this to be an unethical business practice. I had to ask at the register with a big line behind me and that and of course as I anticipated everything was over priced. 6 dollars for coffees and 6 dollars for a scone. wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this new little scone shop in old town Temecula. I have known about it for about a month and was looking very forward to experiencing it. However, when we got there the display of scones which, by the way. is extremely adorable, was full of gnats. When I asked the young girl behind the counter about it, she just swish them away with her hand, which obviously did nothing. I noticed Nats were landing on the food which ruined my appetite but because I did not want to leave I went ahead and me and my son ordered a coffee something that could be made fresh which was a piece of toast with goat cheese and lavender and a bottle of water. $25. it made it very hard for me to enjoy the food. I just recommend in the future that you have an enclosed case were no pest of any size kind can get in to the food. Also, I wanted to note that the tables were dirty the floors were not swept the whole environment and experience was not what I expected. When Imentioned to the girls they might suggest to the owner to do enclosured cases for the food they proceeded to say well we throw away everything at the end of the day and make fresh each day which in my eyes is not going to fix the problem it's extremely hard to enjoy any food when you see bugs anywhere near it hopefully in the future, I can give this another try. We walked in and the smell was terrible! My sister had to wear a mask for how bad it was. The lady was nice though and served us politely which is 1 star. Everything came out fast but the food was nasty and the egg tasted bad. I've always liked this place except for the fact the owner hires only rude high school girls who could care less about being kind and treating customers with care. Sadly, these girls are the face of the company and when you treat customers so poorly, it makes you not want to go back and support a business. Today, I got a scone with everything but the bagel seasoning and was excited to try something salty and when I tell you this scone had salt.... too salty to even eat. I've always loved this place and their scones and cold brew. Never had an issue until this morning. I did not want to be that person that complains but I was far from "complaining" I came up to the front and said it was a little too salty am I able to maybe get something else and Rachael was the rudest employee I've ever come in contact with in all my life. She looked at me like I was the scum on the bottom of her shoe and she was so nasty not focused on just grabbing me a new one and saying no problem I'm sorry but no. All while this was happening, she was cleaning up something on the floor with her back turned to me ignoring me and rolling her eyes. I was nothing but kind and apologetic. She said I'll give you a refund all nasty like no, I would love to have a different one and I pointed to one that was an egg and bacon one and she's like, "uh no that one is $9 you can only have the ham and cheese scone." How was I supposed to know how much each scones are? I was totally fine to take the ham one and I very much so enjoyed it but it is really sad how she treated me and I don't know if I will return. read more

The vegan scones are delicious! I also enjoy their cold coffees with oat milk. Hoping that they'll add more vegan options soon!

I have been to both locations and this location is BY FAR tastier. I understand they have different bakers at each location and I have found that the scones at the Temecula location are more consistent and a bit moister, and larger. I suggest anyone to try both locations and decide for yourself which one tastes better to you. read more

Many people have recommended this place and although we try not to eat bread and sugar we decided to have a cheat moment and give them a try. We ordered the browned butter scone, the naughty pig, the blueberry scone bread pudding and the blackberry lemon scone along with two coffees. We figured we would try them all and see what we thought. The staff was friendly and informative which is always nice. The brown butter scone was by far one of the best scones I've ever had. Moist, not too sweet with a hint of salt. It was so good that we truly were looking forward to eating the other ones. My husband ate the naughty pig scone/bread pudding (warmed up) and said it was good but he wouldn't order it again. The blueberry scone bread pudding was a swing and a miss. Way too sweet and overwhelmed by cinnamon. You couldn't even taste the blueberry there was so much cinnamon and was also way too sweet. The blackberry lemon scone was dry and overwhelmingly sweet. We knew going into it that the frosting might be sweet but this was WAY too sweet and the inside was very dry. The Americanos we ordered were very good. What this comes down to is taste, and there are people out there who love things that are super sweet, I'm just not one of them. I would definitely go back for a coffee and a browned butter scone and I'm glad we gave them a try. read more
