I've been to the Saint George location and loved it, when I saw there was one in Logan, we decided we needed to go to the Crepery for breakfast. There's enough variety in crepes that you can get sweet or savory; we got one Pollyanna (butter, sugar, strawberry, banana) and one Rushmore (ham, egg, pepper jack cheese) and were completely satisfied. One of my favorite things about both locations is the siphon coffee, which is beautiful to watch being made. I'd buy some just to watch the barista make it. Great little place to grab a delicious crepe and relax. Very open dining area invites you to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. Espresso was okay. I got a dirty chai that was much sweeter than I like, but was good. My wife and I both got the Casanova crepe. There was so little filling it was almost dry. It was as if they took a butter knife and smeared a very thin layer onto the crepe. For the cost it didn't add up. Would we go back? The last time we went they were out of Nutella on a Saturday morning, we ordered strawberries and bananas on multiple crepes but only got strawberries and when we got there at 8:00am there was a line outside waiting for the store to be opened. I'm just as thrilled to write this update as I was to write my first review. My now fiance' and I ended up coming here for breakfast! He was feeling eggy as I was feeling savory without the egg. We ended getting our own crepes this time around. We both went for the veggie one. He added egg and roasted peppers to his as well as switched out the arugula for spinach (so complicated, I know!). hehe I also went for the veggie and left it exactly how it comes with the addition of their skhug. Wow!! I loved the savory version of what we had last time! The perfect balance of avocado, arugula, and the pop of capers was amazing! There could have been a little more cheese but i'm okay without it with the skhug.(It's a relish sort of mix made of cilantro, Anaheim peppers and garlic.) My fiance also loved his, even before adding Tabasco to the top of it! We also purchased beverages to go with our meal. My americano which was made by using the siphon method was one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a very long time! It had the perfect amount of creaminess and smoothness (not from the splash of milk added to it). My fiance also enjoyed his in house made mocha. Everything here is made with a personalized touch and in house. This is officially my favorite place to visit in Logan, Utah. P.S. The crepery is one of my family's favorites. The atmosphere is pretty un-logan. The food is good and fresh. They have nice coffee. I am vegan so I get my food from stacked instead. You can just bring it over. While the crepery says they have a vegan crepe, the workers will just roll their eyes and tell you the batter is too hard to make. I feel like I just though my money out the window after eating here. Got a Italiano crepe the tomatoes in it that were so far from ripe they were crunchy and no flavor at all! If you don't have ripe tomorrow's you shouldn't serve them! The cheese wasn't melted and it hardly had any taste at all! We stopped for breakfast crepes and lattes. The crepes were made fresh with nice quality ingredients (egg, cheese, sausage and avocado). Lattes were average. Service was friendly and fast. We chose to eat in. The crepes were served wrapped in paper (no plates, no utensils). The interior space is quirky, more Blues brothers then French motif. I noticed the upholstery was in need of a good cleaning or replacement. I would stop here on my next visit and place a to go order. If the upholstery was cleaned up and crepes served on plates with utensils, I would have given this place a four star rating. read more

It's about time little Logan, UT got a taste of France. I heard a long time ago that we were getting a crepe restaurant, and not long after, The Crepery showed up. And I'm sure glad they did. I've had crepes all over the world--Prague, Czech Republic; Paris, France... Norway, Sweden, England. I'm proud to put The Crepery on my map. I was a little worried before I ever went in--would they know what they were doing? Would they have crepe griddles? Would their batter be done right? Would they know how to build a good filling? Why, yes, they do. They have two big European crepe griddles, always piping hot and ready to cook up some crepes. They have a great selection of fillings, too, both sweet and savory. I was initially worried that their little corner cubby couldn't possibly have too much to offer. I was wrong. So, so wrong. Their crepes have just the right blend of crisp and chew, light and dense. They don't tear easily, but they aren't tough. In short, they make a proper, European crepe. The Pepe Le Pesto is my favorite savory crepe. It has smoked turkey, roasted red peppers (!), mozzarella cheese, and a bright green basil pesto sauce. The light sweetness of the crepe is the perfect complement to the combination. I also love the Rushmore, which has a whole egg fried right onto the crepe, and pepper jack cheese, and sausage (though I get the roasted red peppers instead of the sausage--as you might have guessed by now, I'm a bit of a roasted red pepper fanatic). I can go for a Sweet Bee any day--honey and butter and crepe? Oh yes. They have so many dessert crepes, too. The Scout Camp converts the ever-wonderful s'more into a crepe. They have Nutella--the real thing. Slather that on with anything (we like custard and Nutella) for a real European delight. I just heard they introduced the G'Morning Sunshine, with maple syrup, bacon, eggs, and cheese. Looks like it's time to plan another dinner at The Crepery. Did I mention it's cheap? It's cheap. Get full on a fresh, healthy meal for less than $6 or $7. They do combos with chips and drinks, too. What are you waiting for? Stop reading this review and go get a crepe. This place used to be so amazing especially when it was by the river. Not sure if it's because it moved or because of the employees but today I called to place a phone order around 1:45pm and was told they were to busy to take a phone order. So I decided ok I'll just go in and order it to go so I ran my errands first. I walked in and wasn't greeted by a single worker then I waited at the counter while three employees periodically looked at me and didn't say a word for almost 5 minutes. Then finally one of the ladies came over to me and said hello, I respond and said yes I want to place a to go order. To which she replies so I just wanna tell you that were really backed up right now so if you do wanna order food it's probably gonna be about 30 minute wait. Again if she would've taken my phone order then my food would be ready. This low review has nothing to do with the ambiance or the food and everything to do with the service. I have been coming here for years, but the last three times I have come the service was AWFUL. First off, half the workers were wearing sports bras and their hair down.... it's unsanitary and SUPER unprofessional. Secondly, there was one other couple in the restaurant but it took THIRTY MINUTES to get my crepe. Crepes are FAST! I have no idea why it took so long, but it wasn't an isolated incident. It's very welcoming and definitely the place you could come and hang out for a while with friends or get school or other work done. Both the gentlemen working were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was our first visit and the young man who helped us thoroughly went over the menu with us (but we already knew what we wanted! ;-)). I loved that they prepared the crepes right in front of you and didn't scoop already cut fruit out of a bowl or fridge. It was cut and prepared literally right in front of you. We ordered the strawberry and banana crepe with Nutella and the peach crepe (it was a special menu item). I absolutely loved the peach one. It was a perfect dessert IMO.
