This has been a West Chandler staple for years. it's open seating when I arrive which is usually weekdays . unless it's a weekend weekends get pretty busy. The service is friendly and consistent. Friendly and consistent. The coffee is fresh and the cranberry juice refreshing. The water is always ice cold and serve generously. The food is fresh and delicious everything on the menu is good all the condiments and everything is clean. The whole place is clean and it's in a beautiful location tucked in a corner where you can eat outside if you like I highly recommend eating outside. It's so nice. You can hear the waterfall and smell the flowers as they grow the beautiful pictures. Awesome on the wall is very peaceful very relaxing very local. It's a I don't know it's a comfort place comfortable it's a comfortable cause you know it doesn't feel like a chain. It feels like OK. We know the people here type place. Just friendly people who are nice enough to feed us delicious food every time. I appreciate the crowned egg always treating me like family and laughing at my goofy jokes.

Located in a shopping center in Chandler. The Crowned Egg sits in the corner and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Private parking lot with easy access. Inside is a bit smaller than expected and went through waves of people in the morning. The crepes were yummy and decent portion. Coffee was typical diner coffee. Our service was great, she checked on us and my coffee was always full.

Fresh delicious food from scratch, great service from Kathryn and relaxed atmosphere. We'll try the outdoor seating next time.

Want to start by saying that they used to have a dog friendly patio and we noticed a sign on the door saying no dogs. Asked and learned due to an incident where a server was bit by a dog, their policy changed after that. Carlos was our server and he was friendly and helpful as we made a couple of modifications on what we ordered. They do charge extra for additional Hollandaise sauce and wife wanted a plain biscuit and they upped it for a buck...no worries! Times are different now! We sat outside on the patio which was nice. Love having the sound of water. Birds...many birds and we watched as they stole jelly packets off tables and used their beaks to break into them! Didn't take long for food to arrive...and we learned that Carlos' dad is the chef! Love the Hollandaise! Nice and lemony...had the classic eggs Benedict with eggs over medium. Perfectly cooked over medium eggs!!! Nice piece of flavorful ham on English muffins. Had the red potatoes which were seasoned well and were so good. Wife had the chicken fried steak with eggs medium and red potatoes. The gravy was really good and not salty as sometimes is the case with restaurant gravy. She asked for a biscuit which was extremely crumbly but had a good flavor. Overall a great breakfast! In response to the fly comments...normal when eating outside for sure. Agree with the suggestion to purchase fly fans...we use them at home and they work pretty well.

Came here for a Saturday Breakfast, and I was surprised that this place makes really yummy food. We got to try corned hash, and egg Benedict, they both were so good, like they don't look like those brunch from Instagram, but it's classic and cozy and actually tastes good! And people here seemed friendly and we just felt comfortable eating comfortably! Definitely would come back here again!

Usually not much of a breakfast guy, but had to drop friends off early at PHX. Yelp reviews said this place was good for breakfast and they were right. Carlos the server was right on it the moment we walked in. Got our drinks then breakfast orders. Wow was the food good. My wife had the pork tamales with eggs and I had the country fried steak with biscuits and gravy. Way more than I can eat, but it was fantastic.

Really happy to have found this "hole in the wall" breakfast place. The food and service were great and the prices were still somehow affordable here. Crowned egg is tucked away in a corner but the space inside is large enough for a few 4+ groups and numerous smaller tables. I got the cinnamon roll French toast which was a great treat. Eggs over-medium were cooked properly. The kids liked their food as well (pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs with cheese). Overall good place and good prices. This is gonna be our new default breakfast place, I think.

Four adults and one baby. We sat outside. Nice breeze. Our server was very attentive. Her name was Karlie. Each of us had ordered different dishes. Our nephew ordered the country fried steak with hash browns and sour dough bread. His wife ordered strawberry crepe. My wife ordered the California Benidict. And I had the Mahi tacos. Everything was delicious . Reasonably priced and quick. Definitely will be back.

This has quickly become our favorite breakfast place. Their huevos rancheros is amazing and you can customize it however you want. The standard dish comes with red potatoes sandwiched between two tostada shells, but I substitute hash browns for the red potatoes. They also make the best Chilaquiles (breakfast nachos) I've ever had and they aren't even on their main menu. They are on a supplemental seasonal menu but I think it should be a featured item on their main menu. They are a scratch kitchen, so everything is fresh and unique.

Came here for brunch after church, our served Carlos was awesome, and the food came up quickly but it wasn't anything to rave about. They placed a cheddar slice of cheese on top of my omelette, very lazy. The red potatoes were really good. If you sit outside the flies will be all over you. They might need to get those fly fans for the tables outside. We had good breakfast though

The weather is getting so beautiful i be AZ, i appreciated they have a nice outdoor seating. I went there on a Sunday around 9am and i was surprised to find out that it is actually not crowded! At all! Later i understood why. The food is not tasty. I ordered a veggie skillet as i could not find anything else on the menu as a person with gluten sensitivity. They don't also have GF bread which would allow me to try many of their other options.

For me nothing beats that small, family-owner, locally patronized vibe and The Crowned Egg nails it. Solid food. Good prices. Friendly service. Got the California Benedict and thought it was tasty. Coffee refills came by often. Kid's meals were a good bit of food for $8. The Crowned Egg will be a regular stop for us.

Delicious Birria Benedict, huge serving, delicious poached eggs. Iced coffee was pretty good too. Very attentive servers, nice staff. Had a fun brunch with a friend who was in town. Some pop music played quietly in the background.

If all avocado toasts were like this, I don't know why anyone would choose something else! The sourdough bread was lightly toasted but not so stiff that it scraped up my mouth. The flavors of the toppings gave it a hearty, yet sweet decadence and the aioli really sealed the deal! My server checked on me plenty but not more than was comfortable and the place itself was small, but it wasn't overwhelming in any way. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items! (There were about ten small tables under the "Brunchin" wall, just didn't want to share all of the people that were filling them)

Apparently because the booth would seat one more than our party of four, it was held back. At this point there were at least two additional parties of four also waiting to be seated. After no communication from the host, a group of five that arrived well after us was seated there before us. We let the host know that it was ridiculous and left. This is our second less-than-satisfactory visit here. We absolutely won't be coming back. This was an impressive failure to provide basic customer service. We drove 10 minutes to Bisbee Breakfast Club and were seated immediately. Don't waste your time at Thanks A Brunch.

To accommodate for the warmer months, they have lots of shade over the outdoor seating and some fans to help try to keep it as cool as possible. I ordered the brown sugar coconut latte and it was sooooooo good. I would say it was my ideal cup of coffee! Service was not terrible, but wasn't notable. Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! Side note: If you're familiar with downtown Chandler, this won't come as a surprise, but since I'm not a Chandler-regular, I was a little surprised at the lack of parking aside from parallel parking just in front of the actual coffee shop. They have a larger patio space outdoors, which I asked and discovered they are dog friendly so happy to find another venue we can bring the girls to. The patio was still shaded when we left about noon so it's a good spot for pups. Two of our group was already seated when we arrived so we joined them upon arrival. Lisa, our server, immediately came over for drink orders and confirm we were still waiting for others to join. Lisa, was so patient and friendly while the group gathered and decided what to order. I asked for a glass of O.J. which was sans pulp for those who don't like it in their O.J. I prefer some to jazz it up but it was a good glass of juice. They have a good sized menu with both breakfast and lunch offerings, and it took a bit to decide on what we were eating. I decided on the Corned Beef Hash with two eggs over-medium and a pancake. I asked for it on a separate plate and she said no worries, that's how it is served. The hash was sooo good! Cooked to a crispy crust and so flavorful and not salty at all, which I loved because sometimes hash can be salty. It also came with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly and not greasy in the least. I asked for my eggs over-medium and they too were cooked to perfection. It came with one pancake (I chose this in place of toast) and it was good size cake, with a nice malty flavor. It's sprinkled lightly with powder sugar and a dispense of warm syrup was provided as well. Really good breakfast! Wife went with the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and sourdough toast. They serve a wonderful homemade blackberry jam with the toast, which was really good and jammy. She also had her eggs done the same way as me and they were cooked to perfection. The bacon was perfect and she commented about the hash browns being cooked to a crunchy outer and tender on the inside. Everyone else said their meals were just as good and everything looked delicious. Great breakfast find and we will be back! Thank you to all of the staff and cooks!

Always hoping a local recommendation turns out great. *Service: the service was fair. Our waitress spent most of the time sitting in the booth across from us on her phone and checked in occasionally. A few times we had to ask for things we needed. Nothing rude, just not especially attentive or engaged. Definitely didn't feel like her #1 priority. *Food: I ordered the tuna *melt*. It was alright, but nothing to write home about. The tuna itself was relatively cold (should have been warm on a melt) and lacked flavor, the cheese wasn't melted (it's a "melt", right?), and the bread was good. I dipped and drenched in salt, pepper, ranch and hot sauce to give it some flavor. The fries were good, hot and tasty. Overall, it felt like a mid-level café sandwich made by a basic "cook", not a well curated restaurant sandwich. My lunch buddy ordered a smothered omelette that looked great, and he said it was very good, so that was good. *Ambiance: the atmosphere was decent. Very basic, a bit cold feeling, café-like, casual, and reasonably comfortable. Nothing stood out strongly other than it seemed pretty clean and bright. *Value: my tuna melt and fries, with no drink, was $16. Not great, not terrible. It felt like an $8-$10 sandwich max for what I got, not a standout value. I posted a picture of their specials board so you can get a feel for the value. *Overall: everything here was fair, food, service, and ambiance while value was not great. Nothing bad, nothing memorable. A three-star experience for me. I wouldn't rush back, but wouldn't avoid it if I was in the area and others wanted to go. *Update: I have a strong reputation for detailed, honest, and trustworthy reviews. What we experienced is accurately and honestly captured in this review. There were no misunderstandings, our experience is captured exactly as reviewed.
