Wow!!! Traveling from California to the desert heat of Arizona is always better when you know you have a tasty meal in store. Chef W at AJs really enhanced our stay with a great menu. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Everything you need for a great restaurant. Looking forward to our next stay.

We dined in here twice during our stay. Our rooms came with two compd breakfast and it was an impressive deal! The steak skillet is full of huge meaty chunks of steak and I opted for egg whites and it was a very hearty meal. I also grabbed a smoothie to go and that was very good. The next day I went for the breakfast burrito which comes with chips and salsa (my favorite) very good and again very hearty! Very bright and airy. It wasn't super busy at any time and our service was great. Defintely would come here even if we didn't stay at the hotel.

A perfectly cooked breakfast! Scrambled eggs are fluffy, creamy, and not over seasoned. Crispy tasty bacon. Breakfast potatoes with crispy outside and soft inside. Coffee is delicious and flavorful. This cook rocks! And Linda is the perfect serve. Thank you for getting my day off to a great start.

Wish breakfast at every hotel was this good! Try going to the front desk and asking if they have a promo package on breakfast because it so yummy here! We ordered egg Benedict with carnitas - the muffin was so fluffy and soft you wouldn't even know there was bread in there at all. Pancakes and French toast demolished by the kids. Service was friendly and attentive!

This trio plays great music on Sundays at brunch time!

I have been at Aj's at San Marcos Place several times for brunch and it is always good. The selection is good, quality of food good and service great. In fact our server Linda was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. They have a great mother's day brunch! and a 40,s Jazz band that is very good

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. The staff was nice, there was packed in weekend so kinda busy.

They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

You order at a counter and the staff will bring food to your table. My favorite item is the breakfast sandwich. The brioche is tasty, the eggs are extremely fluffy, and the sausage has nice flavor. The garlic aioli helps bring it all together. For coffee, I like the King, but make sure to order it half sweet. It has a perfect balance that way. The cold foam on top is delicious. There are plenty of events going on here too. Bottle & Bean regularly schedules live music to play throughout the month on their lawn. They also have wine, so it is a great spot for morning and evening. The staff are very friendly and attentive too!

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

The service was great, there was one person working the morning I went in and she was fast with making drinks!!! When ordering you can either order with the barista or through a tablet. I ordered with the tablet, which was cool because it really helped show the options available and any alterations that could be made on your drink. I ordered a Red Rock Chai with Oatmilk (half sweet and extra hot). The chai spicing was phenomenal and extremely balanced. If you arent the biggest fan of super sweet drinks, I would definitely recommend that you order it half sweet or even less sweet. The half sweet was still a little too sweet for me. The shop was setup in a way that could host book clubs or large group gatherings, and the shop promotes that it is book club friendly. If you look at their website they actually talk about this in their story. Overall great local business to support, recommend checking it out.
