Cool little spot inside of Vail Headquarters. The normal bartender is friendly and quick with the service. They have rotating beers on tap and my husband always finds an IPA to try. The mixed drinks are delicious and unique and usually very pretty to look at as well. Come here for food next door and grab a drink from The Daisy to enjoy inside or out on the patio!

Beautifully balanced, delicious cocktail made with my favorite Reposado just for asking.

Comfortable and casual spot. Great, creative bartender. Cocktail menu was good, a little tiki heavy for me. I really just wanted a nice, balanced tequila cocktail and simply for the asking, I got one. I will come back for sure.

Not all drinks are created equally here. Depends who it makes it for you. Just watched half a dozen people walk away with what looked like a nice margarita. I got a cup full of ice and literally six sips of a margarita for $13.52. No salt either

Came across The Daisy entirely on accident. We were doing a brewery weekend in Temecula and wanted to check out this food hall. As we made our rounds, entirely too full to get more food, we found The Daisy in the corner. Upon perusal of the menu, we were intrigued by the cocktails and decided to take a load off and have a cocktail in this picturesque little corner of the food hall. Hubby abstained so brother and I each ordered a cocktail. He went with the Panther Hands while I ordered the Ms. Tami Low in honor of my name. Both were elaborately and painstakingly put together by the pleasant bartender. We each agreed that our cocktails were delicious and unlike any we've had elsewhere. Hubby ended up ordering ceviche and aguachile from the place next door so that meant we had time for another cocktail! Brother skipped round 2 but I ordered the Tom Khactail. Whew! I would advocate for The Daisy just based on the merits of this drink. It's literally the Tom Kha (Thai) soup in cocktail form. YUM! It was a nice 1-hour deviation from our plans but not one I'm mad at. Check it out!

Swanky small bar perfect for any occasion. This bar is located in the historic Vail Headquarters which makes it even cooler. You can grab one of their signature cocktails and enjoy it inside or outside the bar. Outside is very charming during long summer days where you can hide from the heat under canopy of trees or come here in the evening and enjoy Vail Headquarters light decorations. There is ample public parking space so no worries with looking for parking. The Daisy's offers good selection of various drinks which include cocktails, wines, beers etc. Whatever you are in mood for, they have it. I would recommend one of their handcrafted cocktails. They are made with great ingredients and taste as good as they look. The cool part about this bar is also the fact that is under the same roof with famous Coockhouse. If you feel like a small nibble with you drink then look no further. I come here for both drinks and foods and highly recommend it!

    A freacking elixir!

Great, great drinks. Good service and movies! Relax, friendly and cool environment and music.

This fun and eclectic bar offers classic cocktails, canned beer, and wine. Attached to the historic Cookhouse at Vail Headquarters, you can grab a solid drink and some delicious BBQ too (their sibling biz is next door - The Smok'd Hog). There are a lot of cool interior features: a neon sign, vintage wallpaper, and a bar counter with an interesting copper penny design. The vibe is funky...like Mad Men meets Grandma's house. The drinks? OUTSTANDING. These bartenders elevate classic cocktails to new heights. I highly recommend the all-black Mezcal Margarita. It looks stunning and tastes even better. The foam-topped whiskey sour is also a local favorite and it comes complete with an amarena cherry on top! The Daisy's motto is "A bar with stuff for people". They are meticulous with their cocktails without taking themselves too seriously. If you like delicious, high quality drinks with a lowbrow vibe, this is the spot.

The menu is incredibly unique and eclectic, and honestly, I have never ordered something I didn't love. Everything is consistently SO good. Whether you're coming for brunch, dinner, appetizers, or drinks, there are so many creative options that make you want to keep coming back just to try something new. The drink menu is equally amazing. They always have such fun specialty cocktails and themed drinks, and I absolutely love how they do pop-up events and themed nights where they completely change up the menu to match the occasion. It makes every visit feel different and exciting, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into creating a fun experience for their guests. Whenever we have friends or family visiting from out of town, this is one of the first places we bring them because it never disappoints. Everyone is always blown away by the atmosphere, the food, and the overall vibe. It somehow manages to be the perfect spot for literally any occasion, whether you're celebrating a bachelorette party, grabbing drinks with friends, having date night, or bringing the whole family with young kids. It's energetic and fun without feeling overwhelming, and it really has something for everyone any day of the week. One of the biggest reasons we continue coming back is the staff and management team. Their customer service is genuinely outstanding. They are always incredibly accommodating, quick to respond for reservations or special requests, and they truly go above and beyond to make things happen for their guests. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience and that level of hospitality is hard to find these days. 1909 absolutely deserves all the hype. Amazing food, fun drinks, incredible atmosphere, and exceptional service every single time. Highly recommend!

The hostess at the stand looked a tad annoyed....I guess it was a little extra work for them. Eh. The night we came, the restaurant was playing some good jams..our waiter had excellent table service! He sold us on the appetizers. I read some reviews on options and chose the pesto pasta dish... I give it 6/10. If you don't like anything spicy, watch out for this dish. There's red pepper flakes in it. I didn't read it was slightly spicy, otherwise would have done without it. The chicken was the best thing from that dish. My husband enjoyed his bread-less burger! Ginger ale taste good with anything! We even got the special water from the springs.. Bathrooms are super tight! Why do they make bathroom doors to open inward?'!! I guess since it's a right squeeze don't want it to hit someone coming out. Btw this is a favorite spot for the locals! It got super busy after 6pm!

Their French decor is modern and chic. We were there last night for the first time, and it will not be our last! Anytime you try a pre-fixe menu, you never know what you'll be served but dish after dish, we were impressed by the beautiful presentations and well balanced dishes. Loved and appreciated the chef's creativity of combining French and Asian flavors into every dish. I also chose a wine pairing option for drinks, and was introduced to a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc and Rose. Overall, it was a memorable evening with great food and service, and we are looking forward to visiting them again when they change their next season's menu with our friends. (They change their pre-fixe menu three times a year, according to our waiter) Highly recommend it! Cheers to their chef!

The variety was exciting, complex and elegant; my boyfriend and I shared the duck confit, beef tartare, brioche loaf, French loaf, Japanese Caesar salad, beet&passion fruit salad, and for dessert the affogato and cake&cream. Every single thing was the best flavor I've ever had I ordered the house wine flight and let the bartender create an experience that was full of natural, harmonious flavors. My boyfriend ordered some of the cocktails (brandy old fashioned, thee Aegean) which he shared with me, and they were some of the most creative, immersive flavors I've ever had in a drink. I'm so excited to impress my friends by bringing them here :)

Our server was amazing, and the food was super tasty. We ordered a bunch to share--pizza, burgers, shishito peppers, pesto pasta, and goat cheese toast--all of which were delish. That said, there were a few downsides. At one point, the server forgot to put in my order, which was fine since we were all full, but it was a bit funny waiting for a burger that wasn't even in the system. We were excited to hear the band, but with some tech difficulties and having been there over an hour, we decided it was time to head out. Overall, it's a good place with great vibes, good food, and wonderful service. Definitely a spot I'd return to for a relaxed night out.
