I will never recommend the store for anybody it is not safe for customers to go in there. There business practices is unethical and wrong. They did a bayton switch on me after buying a ring for my wife anniversary. After going back in speaking with them they did not want to assist in helping anymore and said The only way they can help me is if I were to buy double the value of what I purchase at the time. I purchased a tungsten ring with blue sapphires by Triton. Triton is a reputable metal jewelry brand and when I compared the online price with the ring I bought it was spot on. The salesman lied to me, he said my ring COMES WITH protection. Against damage, theft, missing diamonds ect. And that I would get everything emailed to me. After paying 500+ dollars For the ring I get home and open up The email about my "coverage" only to find out you have to pay an additional 25 dollars on some third party website to get that coverage which was NOT explained to me when I purchased it the 25 bucks isn't the issue it's the principle that I was lied Too when I clearly asked even after he had said it comes with it. I don't know about you but when someone says it's included in the purchase I don't think I'll have to go home and pay for it. To be honest walking into this place I got a bad feeling. I received several quotes including 3 estimates from different "The Diamond Ring Co" establishments. The range of the estimates was between $60-$120. When I arrived at their great mall store, they said the resizing was going to cost "$160". I told them about the estimates I received and they said that those were "just estimates". The employee was a little rude and refused to negotiate. We tried our luck at the Kay's Jewelers and got a much better deal. The jeweler at Kay was very kind and helpful. Since they do seem to have quality jewelry at decent prices, I will not leave them a one star review. However, beware when shopping at the Diamond Ring Co. I don't recommend getting jewelry from this establishment. I'm not sure if it is just this location and how they operate but I'd avoid it in general. Got a ring from there and diamonds are always falling out so I've taken it in several times and diamonds still falling out. It may just be a crappy jeweler but then the other day the whole experience was not good. Took my ring in for a resize. I called the location before hand to ask what the price was for a resize and the gentleman asked for my number on file to look up my account. He then said I have not used my resize and they provide 1 complimentary resize. I thought wow great! I'll take it in soon. When I went in the gentleman I spoke with there said resize will be a fee. I told him about the conversation I had ( my fault for not getting his name and being able to know who gave the Information). He asked me who I spoke with I told him I didn't get the name but I can tell him when I called and the time since there aren't many employees I'm sure they could have narrowed that down. He went to speak with some woman came back and asked for my number to search my account and said I used my resize when the ring was purchased so that's why it wasn't free. I mentioned me or my husband have never resized my ring and he said it's because the size wasn't ready for my finger at purchase so that's the resize. The other gentleman I spoke with said I didn't use it and it was complimentary AFTER looking up my information just like the gentleman in the store did. I pay the fee and tell him the diamonds (2) are off again and he says he will have the jeweler replace them and call me back within 2 weeks when ring arrives. 2 weeks pass and no call. I decide to call and ring is there and has been ready. This is also not the first time where I've called and it's ready but no one from the establishment has called to Inform me as they say they will. My husband goes to pick up the ring and asks a woman (Aracelie) there about the resize policy and she says "30 days after the original purchase" So that's 3 different things about resizing. Clearly no alignment and Misinformation is being given to customers. My Diamond that was "fixed" fell off again 2 days after picking up the ring. When I've gone in about the Diamond replacements the solution one of the employees always tell me and my husband is "you should just upgrade!" The shape of the ring isn't a round circle anymore either, there are two sides that are flat. Poor job with the work done to the ring. Please purchase your jewelry at another establishment. Remove yourself from this hassle by not getting involved. read more

Steven helped us with this purchase and it would've been nice if my parents were fairly informed that the Rolex website sells this watch for $14k. My parent purchased a USED Submariner Rolex for $19k, when they told us that market price for a new Submariner Rolex would be priced to about $23k. What I would suggest, if you are interested in purchasing from here, is to first look for the actual watch price off the watch manufacturer's website and then ask for a specific breakdown as to how the watch being sold is priced. Unfortunately, my parents who aren't great with technology and speak English as a second-language asked me to check the price of a new watch after their purchase. As a good business practice, I'd recommend that you let your customers know the actual price of a new watch, especially one with a large price tag. They're selling pre owned Rolex's higher than retail! Submariner Date 116610 is sold new for under $9k and they quoted me $18k. My recommendation is do your homework prior to purchasing. Integrity? In response to the owners remarks: I fully understand retail and gross profit margin and the need for retail pricing to cover your overhead, however this still does not justify your pricing. Although there's a wait time, this varies from business to business. An educated consumer can easily shop competition from the comforts of their homes. For a third party retailer to sell a PREOWNED Rolex for over 100% retail is ludicrous. Buying 100% above retail for brand new is still absurd. I apologize if this post effects business, but you were fully aware of your pricing strategy and still tried to justify your pricing in your response to me.
