For the parents coming with children, there are high chairs that are accessible at this establishment. It's best to bring your own kid's straw and table mat for your convenience because they don't have kiddie straws. I ordered the Meat Lovers Omelette without ham because I'm not a fan of ham due to intense headaches. It was absolutely delicious, fulfilling and just the right amount of seasoning! Stay away from this tourist trap! From over priced soda and sides to worthless management, don't expect your meal to come out fast or hot while you stare at your empty glass. If you need a quick refill of coffee or splash of soda, forget about it. This is not your local well loved diner where the coffee is always fresh and hot. I was excited to try the food after reviewing the menu even after waiting an hour to get a table. I didn't mind that the server took awhile to come take our order for our party of 6 at our table (which was also the bartender with a full bar trying to serve tables too including ours). I assume they left city limits to retrieve the eggs from the chickens in the countryside while the manager stood at the end of the bar staring at his computer blocking servers from getting through. After 45 minutes and two verbal "your food will be right out"s, our food finally arrived on Hot plates from sitting in the window with cold food seated on top of them. While the presentation was good and what you would expect, everything else fell below the standard of Denny's. Will not be back to any of their locations which is sad because my wife loves breakfast food and I like my wife.... Really, $5 for a soda that I had to take up to the bar to beg for a refill in front of the manager who never looked up at me and never once acknowledged extremely long ticket times to any guests as he never moved an inch... maybe he was the owner which is even worse. To top it all off, they only have two one hole bathrooms that we sat right beside with upwards of 8+ guests in line at a time while servers rudely pushed their way through those guests waiting. Came here for some breakfast and was very disappointed. We originally decided to try this place out because the reviews were great but it was a huge let down. The food didn't take forever to get to us but it was a bit of a wait. The worst thing that happened was that my husbands egg omelet had a sheet of paper from the cheese. We told the waiter about it and he said it has happened before. Definitely very disappointed since that could have been a chocking hazard or worse my husband could have eaten that sheet of paper. I just don't like to wait that long unless the food is out of this world. The food is good, but not worth that kind of a wait in my opinion. I got the pbj French toast. I liked it but it wasn't amazing. The French toast and pb sauce was good. The jelly was just you normal jelly you get to put in your toast though so I wasn't as impressed with that. Overall the food and experience was subpar. We waited 45 minutes for a table of 2, it was a Sunday morning at 11am so we knew we would wait anywhere we went. When we were seated, the server didn't come take our order until 7-10 minutes after we sat. We ordered vanilla cappuccino and a hot coffee. The drinks were both hot and delicious. We waited about 30 minutes for our food to come out once we ordered. My friend ordered the Philly cheesesteak wrap with fries and couldn't even finish it because it was so oily, the peppers were overpowering and could've used more cheese. The fries had good flavor but were cold when it was served. I ordered the eggs benny and then we got a short stack of chocolate chip pancakes to share. The hollandaise sauce had decent flavor but the consistency was very watery. The poached eggs were delicious and the potatoes had good flavor but were not hot when served. The chocolate chip pancakes were the worst pancake I've ever eaten...and I get pancakes almost every where I go. It was dry, cold and the chocolate chips were not even inside the pancake, just on top. Even the syrup couldn't even save these pancakes. Overall, the meal was disappointing and would not be trying to this place if I'm ever in the Orlando area. read more

We were seated right away upon entering. The place was relatively full. Few families. Lots of servers. The menu was extensive. We asked what the green boxes around certain items meant. Green boxes were the most beautiful and most ordered food. Nicolette was our waitress she was pleasant. My friend ordered the salad with chicken and Mediterranean salad dressing, he said it was good and the chicken tasty. I got the Turkey club and the Mac and cheese side dish. After reading many excellent reviews we decided to meet friends for breakfast. Location is in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Large dining room, 2 gender neutral bathrooms that could use a bit of updating. Staff was friendly and not overly attentive (just the right amount). The food was excellent, good size portions which were priced on par with other restaurants in the area. I personally felt the price for beverages was too high but not a deal breaker. The group had a nice breakfast here before hitting up one of the parks. It's important to not go to any of the Disney parks hungry because you'll be spending a buttload of money on park food if you do. We got here shortly after they opened and to seated quickly, The tables were all nicely spread out and it got full quickly. I ordered the steak and eggs and substituted the potatoes for some sliced tomatoes. I generally try to watch my carb intake otherwise I'd quickly balloon up and you'd have to tie a string to my ankle so I wouldn't float away. The breakfast was good, steak cooked how I ordered it (mid-rare) although the poached egg was a bit overdone so I didn't get to enjoy that runny yolk but no biggie. I'd say this is an excellent breakfast (or lunch) choice if you're planning on a day at one of the Disney parks. We decided to stay and 15 minutes later we were seated. The restaurant has plenty of seating. The food selections were plentiful as well as large portions. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was a large dish. The food is fresh, tasty as well and larger than expected. The omelette was so so but it wasn't terrible. The eggs Benedict were good and we ordered it on a waffle instead of an English muffin. The sausage and biscuits were really good. The service was excellent. Mercedes did a great hit. We've been here twice (4 days apart) & will return again and again. I had a veggie omelette & bf had the Greek omelette- delicious, fresh ingredients. We love their fries! The service- so friendly and attentive! Biscuits & gravy (made in house!) -probably the best I've had! Turkey club and BLT with fried eggs on bagel- sooo good. The host was wearing gloves and wiping down the menus after each use! Once we were sat, we placed our order and I like how the server takes the order on the device they do. The adults ordered bloody Mary's. The Bloody Mary came with lemon wedge, olive and bacon. The Bloody Mary was kinda bland, but I guess I like a spicy mix. Food came out very fast. It was all really good. People were quite when eating, meaning it was good. As the time we sat here and ate, more people came in and started to wait. Seems like a popular spot. If KFC has 11 herbs and spices, @ The Diner has 12. These are some tasty Chicken and Waffles. My wife had the Eggs Benny and son The Bennyffle. Both loved their dishes too. While there was a lot of food on the plates, we were clean plate club members. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. I spied someone's Waffle Taco that looked amazing. Just a little food envy. My only regret is we were visiting from out of state and can't go back to try more. We will return on our next visit to Orlando though. They service Pepsi products and a have bottomless Mimosa bar with some intelligent, logical stipulations. read more
