What an all around amazing experience. As a family of 7, you can imagine my horror when our washing machine abruptly died on me. I've used the Dirty Hamper about 2x/month for the past 6 months and haven't had a single time where my clothes were not clean or more importantly where I got clothes that weren't mine or lost clothes I sent in. These are all issues my friends have had with different laundry services and so I am grateful to have had such a good experience with this company. I am a working mom and this service has been like an investment in myself as I find I am less stressed and overwhelmed by my household responsibilities. I love getting the small stacks of clean clothes! It's not cheap but if you can afford it I would say it's worth the money and they do a great job of it. Regarding wrinkles. It's $2/pound for washing and folding - not ironing. So there are some wrinkles but definitely less than they get sitting in the dryer or in the hamper so for me it's definitely a win! They use good soap and fabric softener from what we can tell as our clothes always smell nice and fresh. I haven't had any issues with fading or shrinking. Also the owner is very responsive and seems to take pride in his service being high quality. I am happy to support this small business. read more

We used them several years ago, and also just now for a king-size bespread and a comforter. Debbie is very nice, patient, and communicates well. Their system is convenient, in leaving items in a locker if there's no one there at the time to take them in. You can pick them up the same way. Both items were returned nice and clean and the turnaround was fast. The coin-op laundry looks clean and well-maintained, and the vibe is low-key comfortable. I saw their truck advertising their service and thought I give it a try. This business is awesome: they pick up your clothes outside your door and wash/fold them for you. They use touch notch detergents and clothes smell nice and clean. They even put the socks together. All you have to do is put your clothes away. It was the kind of first impression that earns customers for life! I didn't know what to expect when I was ready to make an appointment. I called the number and left a vm. The business owner promptly called me back and was super friendly and accommodating. We agreed on a time for laundry drop off and my wife and I arrived as scheduled. Now I've worked for companies that had me start at 6-6:30am and it can be a drag. That said, the owner AND the lady (Her name is Debbie and she's super cool) that was going to handle our clothes were kind and peppy to have customers that early. What a great start to the day! I was able to pick up my clothes same day (not the norm - it's usually next day) and they look/smell terrific! Although the fluff and fold service isn't an every day thing, we're going to start coming here during regular laundry trips to ensure they get the business.
