I wish I could give a negative score. A regular customer a went to pick up my items, was told that there was a malfunction with their washer and 2 of items had a big black ink stain. What made it worse is that they tried to get it out which left a residue on each item; not to mention one of the items was $225. I was told the owner is there M-F 11am-3pm, in which I have went twice to speak with him regarding being reimbursed for my items and he was not there. I even left my number in which the employee said they would have Mr. Lee call me. I haven't received any call or any sort and I'm very upset because it shows their lack of customer service especially by the owner himself. I will attempt one last time to go up there regarding being reimbursed, if no luck for the third time, I already have talked with a lawyer to take him to small claims court. read more

It would have been zero stars if I had a choice. It's hard to understand how they have a 3.9 rating??? older lady is rude and overcharges. You can explain exactly what you want (laundered, not dry cleaned, zipper fixed and not cleaned, but came back cleaned AND with sharp creases, when specifically asked for no ironing) the lady argues that items need to be dry cleaned even after pointing out the tags say machine wash. You go to pick up your stuff and they have charged everything as dry cleaned. The young man is the only one who seems to have an iota of customer service. Bottom line is the older lady will overcharge when possible, and fight you for saying what you want. read more

All employees are very friendly and our shirts, comforters, and all other fabric materials we have are cleaned and pressed very thoroughly. My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years and the service has always been good but recently I took my LV purse to clean from the inside and the cleaners sent out my purse to a third party company and when I picked up my purse it was painted over in many areas with black paint stains that look like they tried to remove and damaged the purse even more. I talked to the lady and man who are always at the front helping and they said to leave the purse again as they had to send it back again to look at. 2 weeks later when I went back they denied they caused the damage and they said that they've been working with the other company for over 10 years and that they have never damaged a purse before. They denied ever painting the purse and said they will not be liable for the purse. I also spoke to the owner of Town square cleaners who also refused to take reasonability for the damages and said they were not responsible for what the other company where they sent my purse did, even knowing I had a receipt from them not any other company. I advised I will take them to court if they didn't fix the problem and the owner didn't care. Be careful with this place as they will assume responsibility if they damage your belongings. read more

Rude service and inconsistent pricing on alterations. My sister and I brought our dresses (with lining) within days of each other for shortening. My sister's dress was more work (due to a ruffle in the design), yet I was charged more. The seamstress had no explanation why I was being charged more and seemed bothered that I was questioning her. They had 30% off Dry Cleaning Services for comforters so that was a plus (I had a Queen = $30 with the disc came out to around $24) but the comforter also had a hole that I needed fixed, which I explained to the cashier. He then let me know that instead of it being ready the next day, it wouldn't be ready until Monday since the seamstress is only in on certain days (I dropped it off on a Thursday) I agreed that I would return Monday to pick it up. Come Monday, I pick up the comforter and take it home to lay out on my bed and realize that the hole WAS NOT fixed. I call, and they apologize and tell me to drop it off again so that it can be repaired (took 2 days). Then charged me ANOTHER $10 when I picked it up to repair the hole... Despite my first experience I decided to give them another chance so when I needed the SAME comforter cleaned they still had the 30% off promotion going. I brought it back to them on a Friday but this time it was a lady at the register and she told me it would be ready Monday. I leave work early on Monday in order to pick up my comforter before they close. I get there and my comforter IS NOT READY and that I'd have to come back tomorrow. They didn't even bother to call me in advance to let me know. Plus I realize that the lady was trying to charge me $40 (before the disc) for the SAME comforter that they charged me $30 for the first time I brought it in. The man adjusted my pricing after I told him what happened the first time I went in. But I had to ask someone else to pick it up for me the next day since I had already left work early the day before. After both experiences I will not be giving them my business again. read more

I am not sure whether it's the new cleaning machines they have there or proficient employees, but my clothes always get cleaned nicely. This is how I got kicked out of the dry cleaners. I came in about 9:15am Wednesday morning and spoke to a very helpful woman. I was very concise and stern about how the alterations needed to be from the angle of the patches (which I had pinned in the exact places), to the cross stitching as well as not wanting my items cleaned, only the patches sewn on. I must have requested a cross stitch 4-5 times because that was extremely important as well as not to move the patches from where they are pinned. I picked up my uniforms around 5pm and immediately noticed my uniforms were dry cleaned and pressed with creases. These uniform should not have creases at all and like I stated I did not want them cleaned or pressed. Then I looked at the patches and they were sewn on with a straight, single line stitch. At this point I'm very frustrated and point out all the problems with my pick up and state that I will not be paying for the dry cleaning they were attempting to charge me nor would I be paying for the alterations as they are not what I asked for. They tried telling me I must not have communicated properly the directions and every avenue in which it had to be my fault they couldn't do their jobs. Then the sewing lady said her machine can't cross stitch and she was going to cut my patches off of my uniform to which I responded, "No you're not. You are not going to damage my uniform. I'll take it somewhere else and have them cross stitch over it." Again I asked for my property back and told them that this error is their problem not mine and I'd like my property back so I can leave. Again the guy holding my uniforms in his hand in which his arm was extended away from me while standing behind the counter refused to hand me my property. I asked about 6-7 times for my property back and over his yelling over my voice and him trying to intimidate me I stated they can call the police, their insurance, I don't care but I'm leaving with my property. So I reached over that damn counter and snatched my property out of his hands. He then starting screaming "we already heard what you have to say so leave", over and over. Clearly he had a lot to yell at me about and was trying to hold my property hostage until he was finished with his rant. Worst cleaners in Rancho 100%. I hate giving such negative reviews, but we have had three bad experiences here, and would not have gone back if it weren't for pre-paying for a "discount" card last year. They had a door to door campaign, and we were looking for another dry cleaner anyway, so we spent $40 for a $20 dry cleaning coupon and a discount card with various punch spots on it for anything from 50% the order to $5 or $1 off each piece. This has turned out to be a huge waste; if anyone tries to sell you one of these in the future run away as fast as you can! The first experience, we had a lot of pieces and were going to use one of our 50% off coupons. We took our comforter in, and they said that it wasn't included in any coupons because it was "household". It doesn't say anything on the card or other literature about any exclusions. On top of that, they wanted $45 just to clean the comforter with a 20% discount they decided to add! The woman we spoke to had such a tough time trying to speak with us, because her English was lacking, that we gave up, and took the comforter back and just had our suits done. Even with the 50% off, it wasn't much cheaper, if at all, from our previous dry cleaner. Their regular prices are at least 30% higher than the last cleaner we used. The second time, they didn't apply the discount correctly, which my wife noticed as she was walking out the door. She went back to correct it, but after applying an $8 off coupon, it was only $3 cheaper! She complained to the man working the counter that day and watched him crumple up the first ticket when he redid it and throw it under the counter. When she asked to see the original ticket to compare to, he said that he threw it away in a trashcan that was behind him, and acted like he was looking for it and couldn't find it when she clearly saw him throw it under the counter in front of him. When she told him that she saw him throw it in front of him he lied to her and said that he didn't, he would have thrown it away in the trash behind him. Anyway, the past Saturday we had another not-so-great experience dropping off suits, but we had one more 50% off spot on our card so we wanted to use it. The quality of the dry cleaning has never been an issue, everything has been clean and they removed one stain from a suit of mine, but the customer service is non-existent, and the man who modified the pricing and lied about the receipt put me over the edge. read more

Finding a good raving dry cleaner is hard when the only way to do it is to trust them with your clothes. I do love clothes so i am picky when i decide to leave clothes w businesses i am unfamiliar with. So long story short i was on Yelp looking for most reviewed dry cleaners in my area and found this dry cleaning business. I did see the notice on the yelp app that this business gives a credit in exchange for a review. i like giving ppl my own honest experience. No exchange for anything just do to others what i would like someone to do for me. like i said i love clothes so i would not try to save money and be displeased with what i get. I rather pay a little more for a good job. So I had to find out for myself if this place is good or just false advertisement. So i always drop off a white shirt mixed w some other garments as a test run at any dry cleaning place to see their quality control. Bc any spots stand out on white. That's basically how i find out if a place is any good. So when i came back for my shirt i immediately looked at my white long sleeve shirt and saw sleeves were still dirty on the cuffs from my watch/ sweat. Then i looked at the neck and i was not satisfied. This is where i also see customer satisfaction. As i pointed it out i loved that they immediately recognized it and said we could've done a better job. We will redo it at no charge. For that i did have a good experience not having to argue. Bc I don't want to be a jerk either since they in fact took the shirt back and redid it. And when i picked it up it was exactly what i look for the first time i look for a dry cleaning place. So they are able to do a good job if you notice something you are unhappy about. The reason i left 3.5 stars is because i left some joggers that i had a similar experience. Except I didn't notice till i got home and didn't want to go through the trouble of having to point it out. They have room for improvement. I am unsure if i will come back bc it is kind of out of my way and I don't want to make double trips on re-dos. Probably if i was closer and didn't mind double checking their work. Anyhow I appreciate that they redid my shirt. Also dont be scared to be honest. I could give a five star and move on with a credit but that will show i dont love clothes lol read more

I was really happy when I called to hear that they could get my clothes dry cleaned in such short notice for a wedding I was attending. I took in my boyfriends dress pants and long sleeve. Along with my dress and coat. I asked for my boyfriends clothes to not be creased and when I got them back the pants were not creased down the middle but they were creased on the inside by the seams.. really? They couldn't of ironed more sloppy & His shirt had creases all up and down his arm in 2 different places side by side each other!!! As for my dress it was simple how could u screw that up. No complaints.. but my coat!! Ugh. They didn't even wash it because I found the same dirty spot I dropped it off with. They ironed it and handed it back to me and charged me 10.95$! I paid 26$ for 4 pieces of clothing I could've done myself. I didn't bring it up to them, from all these other Yelp reviews about there customer service and the way they handle their f*** ups it just would've been a waste of time and would of pissed me off more.
