We also specifically asked for no onions, yet one of our plates still came out with onions. One person in our group ordered an alcoholic drink that never arrived. She had already finished her entire meal and finally told them to forget the drink and just bring her a Coke instead. Even getting a can of Coke took forever. What made the experience more frustrating was seeing two employees at the bar seemingly just standing around talking while we were waiting for our drinks and trying to get service. The food itself was decent, but unfortunately the customer service was horrible. Our waiter was a young guy, constantly coming by asking if we wanted to add on to our order. We had multiple rounds of tequila shots and some mixed drinks, but definitely felt like the liquor was watered down. Before we took off, we even danced a couple of songs, giving us a club feel. Overall we loved it so much we had decided to come back the following Tuesday with more family. Well....we were left so disappointed. Everything was completely different. We arrived around 10, figured it being a Tuesday before Christmas Eve, it wouldn't be too busy. It seems that it was a lot busier than the restaurant had expected because they were definitely understaffed. Our waiter probably took 20 minutes to come to us to take our drink order and when he finally did, he stood in one end of the table struggling to hear us from the opposite end over the loud music. Don't understand why he couldn't simply walk over to our side. We waited another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks and for him to come around again to take our food order. Since service was so slow, we tried going straight to the bar and get drinks there, but they wouldn't take our orders because they had to be placed with our waiter. Food was pretty much the same, with the exception of the kitchen running out of multiple items by 11:30. I would have given this place 5 stars on the first visit alone: cheap food and drinks (great food quality for the value), absolutely great ambiance and fast/attentive service. I've personally witnessed her being aggressive toward patrons, including throwing water on customers and attempting to start confrontations. I've also seen her get on top of the bar during arguments, which I felt was completely inappropriate behavior for someone working in customer service. I've also observed her acting as though she owns the bar, despite not being the owner. When she sees customers she doesn't like, she has told other bartenders not to serve them and has claimed that she has the authority to have people removed from the establishment. This behavior creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment for customers. Overall, my experiences with Audrey have been disappointing. A bartender should be professional, respectful, and focused on providing good service. Instead, her behavior has negatively impacted the atmosphere of the bar and made it a place I no longer enjoy visiting.
