Probably the lowest priced beers in Mid-town. That's enough reason to visit this place on its own. Also there's actual parking here meaning you can leave your car in the lot and walk right into the facility. Which is unheard of in Mid-town considering how scarce parking is. To keep yourself entertained, they have TVs across the wall, darts, and a pool table. Just be aware that at night, there are bouncers who may not like you if they think you're being rowdy. Even looking at them a certain way can cause them to think that so be nice! Other than that, drink up!

I go here every now and then after work just looking for a chill atmosphere, relaxing, not up tight. This place is that. I've never had a bad bar tender and they pretty much always have been attentive and pleasant. If you are cool with a place that's welcoming and warm and not about prestige this is your home dive bar in midtown!

This has been my home base whenever I am in the area to hang out and relax and grab a drink! Eli and Jeremy are always my go to people because I've now known the. For years. It definitely has a new age Cheers vibe that's great for catching a game on the tvs or just meeting new cool people. It is a come as you are welcoming spot where it's just great vibes always!

Surprising little nook in mid-town for a great night of pool and drinks with friends! They don't serve food but you can order some Chinese food or pizza around the corner to eat while you hang out.

Erin makes these yummy drinks called "GUMMY BEAR". Who doesn't like a refreshing drink after the summer heat with some astros?!

LOVE THIS PLACE. This bar is a gem in midtown. A great escape from the usual busy loud midtown area. It's a good spot to hit up if you wanna have a drink and enjoy some sports (they have so many TVs). They have two pool tables and two dart boards which are always fun to use. They also have an AMI jukebox for you to put some groovy tunes. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. Service is always good and the prices are really low with a good selection compared to all the other bars around the area. They have daily specials which are hard to resist yummy and not so pricey! They have booths with tables which is always cool when you're with a group of friends. My FAVORITE thing is that you can take your own food or have it delivered and enjoy it there with your choice of drink. They also sell frozen tasty pizza, or chips for whenever you want to munch on something small. The bartenders are the best they're attentive and super kind! Jeremy, Erin, and Eli are super welcoming! You can tell they've built a relationship with the people that are there, it's noticeable that they have a lot of regulars which is really neat. Parking is amazing you don't have to worry about being towed. It's also easy Uber/Lyft drop off or pickup from the front or back of the bar. The whole bar is always clean, the Restrooms as well.

When you see sketchy people that are standing by the door sure it can give off bad vibes. But give this place a chance an once we got in the pub it was great, because of the non-smoking which is a plus, and the drink prices are exceptionally reasonable. The service is great. They have pool tables, and darts. To keep you entertained. The restrooms may need an update in the near future. I Don't think food was served here. But there is pizza joint right next door which is convient. Overall a nice place to relax with some friends after work or a small gathering of some sort. I'll be back again.

Our server was great, I can't remember his name, but he joked around with us the whole time and made the experience a lot more fun. Good service can really make a meal, and he definitely did. I asked him for his favorite menu item, and he recommended the Houston Cowboy Burger. It had really good flavor, and I enjoyed it overall. It was definitely on the spicy side (which makes sense with the jalapeños), but if you like a little heat, I'd recommend it. It wasn't the best burger I've ever had, but it was solid and I'd order it again. My only real complaint was that it was pretty loud inside. There was a game on, so there was a lot of cheering and noise, which made it feel a little overstimulating. That said, it's more of a sports bar atmosphere, so I don't really fault them for it, we just weren't there to watch the game. Overall, we had a good time, enjoyed the food and service, and I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Not a single soggy fry on my plate. And the 7 oz. burger? Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, with all those delicious juices spilling out in every bite... DIVINITY. The location itself was super cute--very Southern charm tucked into the middle of such an urban city. Our waitress handled all seven of us like a pro, kept everything moving, and somehow found that perfect balance of being attentive without constantly hovering. P.S. half of my coworkers ordered their craft burgers and the other half went with their pizzas--pretty solid choice. Crust was sourdough and the toppings were varied. The tops were DUCK AND BALSAMIC, SAUSAGE AND BURRATA, PEAR AND BLEU

Service was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. For a newer spot, Ducky's is already setting a high bar. Great pizza, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere make this an easy five-star recommendation. I'll definitely be back.

Lately I've been frequenting this spot for lunch and happy hour when in the area. There's a lot to…read morelike about this location. To start, there is a parking lot in the back, which makes it very convenient. The interior is laid out well, with the bar area to the right of the entry and dining to the left. The bar area has a few TVs, which is fantastic when trying to catch a game. Food & Drink - 3.5* There are daily specials, happy hour, lunch, and regular menus. I highly recommend the crab Rangoon cheesy bread for starters, and if you're not all that hungry, it can be made into a full meal. The happy hour menu is a little limiting, but there's enough to like. The pasta is fantastic and comes in a nice small cup portion. They offer a personal 6" cheese pizza that is quite good. Other options are Buffalo cauliflower, meatballs, teenie weenie mcshweenies (mini corn dogs), and a Caesar salad. At the time of this review, these were $5 each and smaller since it's happy hour. The HH drink options are wine by the glass, 22 oz St. Arnold Lawnmowers, an Aperol Spritz, and basically a margarita called the Quack-a-Lack. I don't recommend the margarita. It's not good--too much lime juice, not enough Cointreau, and what tasted like barely any tequila. For lunch, they have a pick two. Options are the Chicken, Italian Chopped, or Fig & Pig sandwiches, but the pizza offering is very odd and out of place. It's their hot honey and pepperoni, which is great, but it's only six inches. More on this later. For the other pick, options are a Caesar salad, garden salad, potato chips, and zuppa del giorno (soup of the day). I recommend the Caesar or the soup. The Montrose and Hot Honey / Pepperoni pizzas are also great options. They recently revamped their menu, and it's unfortunate to see certain options cut. They used to have a buffalo chicken pizza that I found quite good; it is no longer there. I won't go through everything that was cut, but if you've visited regularly, there is a good chance something you ordered is no longer an option. Overall, I find all of the food above average, but nothing is gonna have you thinking, "This is amazing." It is a great, convenient spot for the area that delivers a low-key vibe. Service - 4* The service has always been pretty good. They check in frequently, ask if you want to put anything else in, and know enough about the menu to make good recommendations. The one thing that strikes me a little off is that they seem quite transactional, which I get to an extent--they see dozens of folks a day. However, when someone frequents a place over a short period, that person typically gets recognized and there's a little more small talk with staff. Again, that's just my experience working in the industry; you do want to build a following and customer base. I did not notice that aside from one lady who must come here every day and orders a glass of wine at happy hour, since she was asked, "The usual?" If there were one word to describe the staff I interacted with, it would be "aloof." Pricing / Cost - 3.5* Always subjective, but here's where things just don't make sense, particularly with the lunch menu. They offer a pick two for $18. The regular price for a full-size hot honey and pepperoni pizza is $18, the Fig & Pig sandwich is $17, the chicken sandwich is $17, and the Italian Chopped is $16. So one would think, okay, I'm getting a small salad or soup as the discount. That would align if the pizza were bigger, but on the lunch menu it's a six-inch pizza. May I point out that during happy hour, the six-inch cheese pizza is $5? So somehow, some honey and pepperonis are worth a whole lot more? The regular menu pricing is about in line with what one would expect for apps, entrees, and drinks. I'll close this bit out by stating I have worked in this industry, and I understand that balancing thin margins while getting people in and building recurring customers is harder than ever, especially with rising costs across the board. Landlords want more, ingredients cost more, and retaining reliable labor that can show up and show out to help build the business is a challenge. All that said, they probably need to reevaluate a few things, and that seems to be the case since they just revamped the menu. It would appear they are still figuring it out a little bit. My recommendation: the pizza option on the lunch menu is a poor value. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; just order a full pizza. Overall - 3.5* There's a lot to like about this spot, while there are areas that need some work. I love the vibe, the convenience of getting in and out, and some of the lunch options. I would recommend it in the evening to grab a pizza or full-size pasta, but I'd likely say skip the happy hour and go elsewhere if you're mainly looking to get some drinks. If you want a small taste of a few great items from the regular menu before making a full deep dive, it's worth a stop.

Despite being quite empty at that time, we had to be on a waitlist system for about 20 min. Maybe people signed up for that time slot, unclear ? The tables do move. We were originally assigned right under the TVs, which defeated our purpose of watching the game. We moved our table back, enough to not pinch our neck. It's a great location for game watching. TVs are set all throughout the bar. Bonus if there are two or more sport events. That evening, we could watch a WC game and a UFC fight at the same time. What surprised me was the quality of the food. The wings were excellent, the burger came out quickly as well. The fries could be crispier. The tots were good. Wish they offered sweet potato fries. Overall pricing is a bit on the higher side. So watch your alcohol consumption, lol! Now, it is downtown so parking isn't the best. Use a rideshare. I can be convinced to go back for their wings.
