However, it was really difficult to communicate with her as she doesn't always respond to emails in a timely matter. At times, I would have to double email her just to receive a response. During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.

I can't imagine how many times she did not wash her hands before handling food and bakery in this establishment. I like this place for their bakery but afraid of their sanitary/hygienic practice here. Amanda P: your staff definitely did chew gum. I was there and saw in person. You were not there to see.
