We had to go ask how much our rent is for April on the first since we are being charge 10 extra days. They gave my brother a rent amount on a freakin post it. Not an outline number on what we are paying for. He had to come tell me, mind you I live an hour away now and we split rent. Came back on the 3rd and they gave him a new total! At that time I was not around to give him check. We ran out of time and we had to take it the 4th. But they said they will be charging late fee. How the hell can they do that when they just gave us correct amount on the 3rd? They said "oh renters insurance kicked it" Wouldn't that information be useful to us?? So dumb! Now the day of leaving "oh don't forget your clickers to the gate". I have to drive an hour away for this thing. They couldn't remind me on the 3rd on what to bring. It's just sad how they don't try to help residents. But just willing to charge for everything. The last apartment had a checkout list and even let us know our last move out date. Reminder if we were going to renew or put 30 days. They wanted our businesss. Made us feel good about being there! Complete opposite here!! I can't stress enough. To start off when we first moved in we weren't allowed to view unit due to COVID. We asked for photos or video tour of the unit we would be moving into. I was sent a video tour and floor plan layout from Jessica. Flash forward, we signed our lease and get the keys, we walk in and it is NOTHING like the video. Outdated cabinets and vanities that had water damage, countertops with major damage, bugs in the apartment, brown rotten baseboards, a total NIGHTMARE. Especially when we were paying over $2000 a month. Real "luxury" right? We notified the office immediately, they apologized and said they would fix it. It never was fully fixed, totally half assed. You can never get ahold of the office, so don't even bother. We always have to take time out of our work day to ensure we can walk over there if we need anything. They always are very rude and you can tell they hate their job. I've spoken to many residents and they've all had the same experience. Maintenance is friendly! We've asked multiple times for touch up paint for baseboards and they said we can purchase it ourself. We're paying $24,000+ a year and you can't afford to give us a little paint? Give me a break. They also charged us for a lightbulb $8 and wouldn't even come replace it until we paid. I feel like there needs to be some serious changes within the office staff. Every time you need anything they act like it's such an inconvenience. I went to pickup a package that was left in there, I walked in and I wasn't greeted at all. Jessica handed it and turned her back. Customer service is their JOB! Choose another job if you can't at least fake the funk. I wouldn't ever recommend this apartment complex. I have multiple friends who pay way less for much better apartments. Run while you can! read more

if you can move somewhere else I would do so. management here sucks! there's been multiple leaks that have leaked inside the apartment from the roof, management wants put a Band-Aid on it and does nothing else. I've got water stains going down the walls and the crown molding peeling back from the wall and they want to say that there's no active leak or nothing basically wrong and they just wanna throw some paint over it like such a joke. in one year there has been 3 times where water has came in from the roof. two of those times The leaks filled up the glass bowl covering the ceiling fan lights with water because there's so much latex paint on the ceiling. It had to make its way all the way to the ceiling light fixture cut out to leak through. just stay away!!!!!! read more

Not only did he solved the problem but his kind and respectful demeanor towards me was beyond my expectations. I now feel very comfortable and thankful to have chosen The Enclave to be my new home. If I can give this apartment complex zero stars I would. First of all the girls in the front office are super rude and unhelpful, you cannot talk to those girls without them giving you an attitude worst leasing team ever. Second of all the parking sucks so bad here you get an assigned parking spot and someone will still park in your spot! Lastly your neighbors will complain about everything! I live upstairs and my neighbors complain about footsteps what do you expect! Also beware of thieves I've had people try to break into my car inside the complex multiple times. Only good thing about this place are the maintenance people they are very nice and helpful but other than that this place is not worth your money find somewhere else! read more

If I could review with 0 stars I would. When I say stay away from this apartment complex I mean it. We lived at Enclave for a year and a half. 2 months prior to us moving out, our vehicles brand new back tires and rims were stolen off our car under our assigned parking space. THEFT is is MAJOR issue within this complex and when the police and enclave manager was involved, I never got an email back from them. Talk about professionalism. Upon moving out, we expected most of our deposit back as we left the apartment in excellent condition (despite minor scuffs which is considered minor wear and tear in California law) we spent hours deep cleaning our apartment only for enclave management to tell us our apartment was in HORRIBLE CONDITION and that a full paint and full cleaning was needed which left us with a near $200 out of a $750 deposit. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR HARD EARNED DEPOSIT NO MATTER HOW GREAT YOUR APARTMENT LOOKS. The maintenance guy spilled the beans and said every apartment will need a partial or full paint and full clean to get it ready for the next tenent no matter how well kept your apartment is. They will take your deposit, claim you trashed the place just so they don't have to use their own money to get the apartment ready for the next tenent (WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL) enclave management are SCAMMERS. The office staff here is for all intensive purposes just bodies that occupy space. they never answer the phones, we called several times during business hours to report a homeless man looking into patios asking for clothes, several times Amazon/UPS and or Fed ex have left packages at the office and the packages have never been "found" when clearly they were received. AND DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON PARKING!!! beware if you have any guest just have them uber/lyft because there is never any parking even in the "free spots" because people just maneuver their extra cars into those then leave their assigned spots open. In my opinion if you are going to be an apartment manager or or even an office staff member than you should be helping your tenants, answering calls and so forth. In closing I would just avoid the place for the amount of money you spend here you could rent a house nearby. and before you leave this auto generated response: remember contacting ANYONE IN THE OFFICE IS IMPOSSIBLE AT BEST!!!! NOT A LUXURY PLACE TO LIVE Lived here for almost 2 years and have a baby. In those 2 years people have tried entering my home aggressively on multiple occasions. When I called to complain every time all that was said is that it's possibly somebody's friend trying to get in and to call the security patrol (never answer or do anything). My entire apparently smells like weed every day because my neighbors hot box their unit (supposed to be non smoking). Not worth getting my rent raised every 6 months. All you'll get in response here is 1 office worker finding these comments funny or someone pretending to help. read more

I have lived here for a couple years and since new management they don't care about their tenants.We pay good money to live here and can't even reach any one at the office by phone. I have called multiple times and no one ever answers. I called at least 10 times with no answer during business hours. I called from the front office with no answer then walked in with two staff present. Every time I ask for assistance sawyer acts like I am bothering her. Not sure what has happened since Melanie left but no one cares I can't even get package that was time sensitive because the internet was down even though it was in the box. She made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable choosing a place to live, and even recommended other properties to help us compare and contrast. The staff was helpful UNTIL you move in. Then they become useless. Emails and phone calls are rarely ever answered. They do nothing to try preventing theft of items stolen or cars being broken into. The unit itself was not even great either. Doors don't close, carpet is unleveled, windows don't stay opened, holes in the wall, ceiling fans don't work or break after a short period of time, outlets don't work, water temperature SPIKES when taking a warm shower. Do not move in here. This complex looks nice and the staff is helpful before you move in. It's a different story once you move in. Maintenance is great! They are quick and efficient, very nice, and know what they're doing. They will raise your rent every 6 months. They only have 5 star reviews on here because they have "contests" where they give out gift cards in exchange for a 5 star review on yelp. The property is not kept well. The front gates break often and are not locked at night when they are supposed to. I called several times and office staff did not seem to care. People do not pick up after their dogs and there is poop everywhere. The appliances are rusty and they refuse to fix it. This was the issue that resulted in me moving out. The office staff stated it was "normal" to have rust in the machine and because it was functioning they would not fix or replace it. It ruined every light colored piece of clothing washed in it. The trash dumpsters are overflowing within one day of pickup. They do not monitor the complex and people dump their trash there. It took a while for me to get the bug issue under control. I started finding them as soon as I moved in. They do not inspect the apartments enough and it's hard to get rid of them when your neighbors still have them. They have a "service" but all they do is spray. I had to use several methods to get rid of the bugs. The office staff is very rude. They have had high turnover and every staff member I have talked to has a bad attitude. They do not answer the phone and do not care if you have an issue. They will ignore your emails and calls. You have to be consistent or they will continue to ignore you. They will try and take your deposit when you move out so make sure you get pictures of everything. I was charged $99 for carpet cleaning even though I have pictures, videos, and paperwork from maintenance stating my carpet was in great condition. It wasn't even worth fighting them over. Welp our rent went up YET AGAIN. These people are so money hungry, our rent has gone up numerous times in a year and a half. Dog poop is everywhere all the time, couldnt even use any amenities the first year we lived here. The maintenance men told us to expect to be charged for any carpet stains even though they plan on ripping out the carpet anyway and put in wood flooring. Pretty sure were under new management, theyre awful. I really wish other places were available, were stuck at the moment. It you can find somewhere else, id advice you to do so. read more

Will call multiple times throughout the day to try to speak to someone, and will most likely get the voicemail. Claim to be in "meetings" but this happens all day, so it doesn't add up. In the past I've been pretty critical of this complex. We moved in here originally back in 2016 and the complex was under Sentinel management. A little less than a year or so ago, it was taken over by Cannon management and everything has changed full circle. The maintenance of the complex is kept up consistently. The courts were repainted within the first few weeks of new management and above all the entire team is consistently helpful. *edit* I have twin boys who are 3 years old. Today, one of my sons walked out the front door while I was in the shower and my mom had just left. In complete despair I was screaming for my son and every single staff member helped us. The maintenance team was quick to jump on their carts and the neighbors were angels who assisted me with my other twin It truly is remarkable what change can take place under good management. 5 stars for you Enclave read more

I will be moving from Northern California to this beautiful town. I came down last week, to spend some time with family and my wife and I stopped by this illustrious looking complex 3x in one day. Despite signs that said someone would return calls, we called and left several messages, providing our phone number, and asking someone to call us so we can discuss the "open and vacant" units being touted on the web. Here we are 1 week later; no return calls; no-one was there when we stopped by-AT ALL. Not a representative in site.....apparently to this day, to answer phones/doors/calls. With this kind of service/attention, I can see how one could be made to feel homeless, even in one of these units. I am now convinced; I would rather strap on a pair of boxer shorts, that have been dipped in bacon grease and then, get into a phone booth (the kind that superman used to change in) with a bobcat that has not eaten in a week, than trust my needs would be met at the Enclave. read more

Management team I have talked to the office. The manager there is no help she as cars parked by her apartment for weeks and she tells me oh I didn't see them. I told her that there's cars parking in handicap spaces and she tells me at night is ok even if they don't have a handicap plate. That is so stupid. read more

As a prospective renter we visited many apartments in the area and this was the most unwelcoming one we went to. Disgusting food smell filled the front office as we walked in and they were clearly more interested in eating a very late lunch, or early dinner than working. We were then met with a really bad communication style and unwelcoming attitude and they did a horrible job proving us with a clear understanding of what was available. We then wrapped up our visit with them discouraging my son from applying. Despite the fact he making over 3x the rent required and has a high credit score of 700 they were unwilling to accept his employers offer letter because he had already just started working there. He had past employment paystubs and an offer letter to show his date of employment that stated and his salary yet they said he wouldn't be accepted because he had already started working for the his new employer and would need to wait to show paystubs later on next month. My son needed an apartment quickly and waiting was not an option so we left and went down the street where we were instantly welcomed at Sonoma at Mapleton, my son told them his situation, they agreed that wasn't an issue at all, he filled out the application, got approved and now has a way better apartment with zero problems in qualifying! I suggested you try Sonoma, it's a much nicer apartment complex with a much more genuinely caring and helpful leasing office. read more

Recently moved in with my fiancé, hasn't even been a month yet and just as we thought we found the perfect place someone broke into our car and stole our belongings, and we keep trying to contact the management team but nobody ever is available or gets back to us. For the price we are paying we should at least feel more safe and not worry about these things happening inside the complex. Very disappointed... Now we are traumatized to even leave our place to go to work without the thought of somebody doing this again or possibly breaking into our place. read more

The enclave is not a 5 star luxury apartment, let's be honest here. I pay over 2,000 a month for a 2 bedroom that is not renovated, it's very outdated!The leasing office never answers your phone calls I was outside the office calling with no answer I walked in and she said they were "so busy" when I was in my car for like 30 min outside trying to call. These cheap asses will make you pay for a lightbulb. They also would not even come to fix it until we paid, then come to find out it didn't even need replacing! How does $2,000 a month not cover a bulb? I put in 2 requests to fix my window and it's broken. 2 requests to fix my toilet paper handle and they fixed it with another old used broken one! All my appliances are spray painted white to where you can't even see the setting it's on. The only reason why they have 5 star reviews because they will ask you leave a 5 star review and a chance to win a gift card lol how pathetic! read more
