Great place to live, very clean & quiet! Office staff answers on the first ring and is very thorough with assistance. Maintenance workers are very kind and quick to complete submitted work orders as well. The landscaping is consistently well manicured, several dog waste bins, open space, and added security. Very rarely will you get a bad fit for a neighbor and when you do, they usually get weeded out to Cantabria. read more

Lived here from April-November 2024. Staff and management are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Whenever I would go into the office to ask any questions about any situation I was only able to talk to the assistant manager who made many mistakes that cost me money and would never know the answers to my questions. I am still dealing with them to this day and just a few days ago I called them because they made another mistake that cost me more money and when I ask to speak to a manager she is ironically always in a meeting and I never get a call back, if I do they call me back to say the manger didn't have time to call me. I also did a walk around with their maintenance staff the day I moved out and they told me I shouldn't owe more than $700 to clean and fix up the apartment for the next tenant and when I received my bill I owed over $2,000 in damages when I was there for 7 months and I never got an explanation on what the bill was for. I have never in my life written a review much less in yelp, but I thought I would jump on here and give you all an updated honest review for those who are thinking of moving to Antelope Ridge (Since majority of the reviews here are very outdated), We moved here with hopes to live here for a couple of years since it is close to my wife's job; However, our minds quickly changed after our apartment flooded due to the fridge's faulty water line that was previously "fixed", Our apartment flooded and impacted the entry, kitchen, laundry room, living room, master bedroom and the hall bathroom, Maintenance showed up shortly after but the drying/remediation did not go as I had expected, To begin with, we were displaced out of our apartment for a couple of days and management did not bather to call us to check in nor provide guidance/or any options to my family, I had to call management in order to acquire additional information and clarification regarding ofr situation. Maintenance cut the carpet, disposed of padding, installed dehumidifiers, blowers but never did they dispose of the water damaged drywall.. Sure, it dried.. but no the proper way.. so I would not be surprised if this unit or the neighboring units) have mold issues down the road as remediation was not done properly, If you are reading this I would encourage management to train maintenance in how to properly go about handling a floorings or any other types of emergencies, I do have to give credit to the maintenance crew though as they were responsive to the ER Maintenance requests when they were submitted, However, management is EXTREMELY terrible and tries to micromanage the community without actually trying to have tenants live in comfortably, in "luxury" or have them feel welcomed. Finally, make sure to read all the fine print in the contract and know what you are signing. I am sharing my own personal experience so you have a better idea of how management is at this property. I love it here nice, clean, quiet close to senior community. Maintenance always comes when we put in work orders, nice equipment, sauna love that prior management had better equipment for legs etc but still thankful for our work out area. Basket ball courts, pool area is nice for summer; we have 2 so love that. They did close amenities first year of covid hopefully that does not happen again; especially because in summer the pool area is always so nice and refreshing and we need the gym to stay healthy. There's only one nice person working in this office. She has brown hair, not sure what her name is. But she's always so sweet and kind. The rest of the people in the office have a stick up their ass constantly when talking to you. They don't make you feel welcomed or appreciated at all. Other than that. I'm a previous resident. I lived here for a year. I had a horrible experience here but I always paid on time and took care of the apartment. There were cockroaches, black widows, and tons of mosquitoes everywhere. The sinks and shower flooded multiple times and maintenance would take days to come repair it. I also had a neighbor that would leave notes on my door about noise complaints on days we weren't even home, including a week long stay at the hospital when my son had Kawasaki's disease. Nothing was done about this neighbor the whole time I was there, despite me telling the office multiple times. I moved out in February 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID putting huge financial struggles on my family and even taking the life of my father, we had to apply to this terrible place again so we can stay close to my mother and special needs nephew. We applied on 3/31 for apartment 0322 at $1999. I called this morning (4/1) as the price went up overnight and she claimed we never submitted applications and that we can't get the original price. She blamed it on us. We went into the office to prove we did submit applications and she found out the site they used was buggy and not our fault that they couldn't see it on their end. We then submitted the applications in the office and they still wouldn't honor the original price. The girl told us the apartment is basically ours. 10 minutes after leaving the office the manager called to tell us our application is denied because my husband has a PREVIOUS collections that was disputed. I know my credit is high and asked why can't they go by my credit and she said because I don't have income (I'm a healthcare student.) I told her my husbands income is mine... we are MARRIED. She said "that doesn't matter, he has bad credit and we don't accept that." What?? I'm a previous tenant that paid on time every month. I have great credit. We have the income. We were told we were good on the apartment. And they go back on it within ten minutes and don't refund us the fees. This place is a scam and disgusting. Taking complete advantage of COVID struggles. DO NOT apply here. It's not worth the stress. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I absolutely HATED it here. The walls are paper thin you can hear what your neighbor is watching next door and the mother screaming at her children below you. The staff was rude and expect to be woken up by the Gardner at 7 in the morning on Mondays. We left our apartment, after only 6 months, spotless in hopes of getting our $800 deposit back. Have found residents by us are disrespectful in pool area blstrung music when mine is for my area and have upstairs neighbors that stomp CONSTANTLY from 4pm to 10:30pm and 7:30 til 10am. Have notified office but crap still continues not to mention the pot smoking above me seems into my living room and my CHILDRENS room! Completely UNACCEPTABLE! They really started to slack on the landscaping outside by the time i was leaving. Over grown grass, dog shit and rats are everywhere so if you have a bottom floor apartment you will get rats. There isnt windows in the living area so you'll have to open the french doors for air which obviously will attribute to a rat problem. The upstairs apartments have sliding glass doors so i would recommend getting a second floor. Also its very obvious they group the lower income people together towards the back of the whole complex haha. Yelling and screaming alllll night long and super early in the morning and the people's place above me had their bed directly over where my bed was in my bedroom and.... lets just say the boyfriend never lasted very long. Friendly staff and clean but no security. My motorcycle was stolen and vandalized here. There's no cameras to protect tenants. The company only invests in a gate which lets in 3 to 4 cars in at a time. Unacceptable for the amount of rent they charge. Not only overpriced but they will create bogus charges on your final bill once you leave. They charged me nearly $100 for "pet seal concrete" when I never had any pets. read more

I've lived here a year now. Office staff is good, grounds are decent. Walls are very thin, but my biggest complaint is the dog poop literally EVERYWHERE. They put up a tiny sign saying to pick up your poop or get a fine and sent out a letter, but have done absolutely no follow up. They need to invest in swabbing dogs so they can actually fine people who don't pick up after their pets instead of false threats. I cannot even take my dogs out anywhere without them stepping it in. I try taking them to the picnic area to let them run around and same thing - Poop everywhere. I'm sitting here now and just had to pick up 6 massive poops from other people just so I can let my dogs run around without stepping in it. So frustrating and disgusting. My entire complex area stinks because of it. I'm really shocked that grown adults can't take care of their responsibilities and even more shocked that the office doesn't do anything about it. This isn't a warning to not live here, but a hope that putting it here will finally get management to address and fix the problem. My husband and I have lived in a couple of apartment complex and we usually leave after our contract ends. This is the first place we actually had our 1 year contract renewed. We moved in August 2013 and decided to extend it until August 2015. We love living here. Its quiet and the whole apartment area is always clean. Once we close our door, we don't usually hear any noise outside my door. The patio is pretty decent compare to other apartments. Also, the staff in the office are always helpful and very nice. They are very so professional and that's a must for my husband and I. Also, the breeze at night is very nice. read more

Looked at nice apartments, lots of options, good prices and fees, spent hours getting together paperwork, drove all over the place, paid $45 application fee each and were denied a couple days later and application fee gone because of a repo that was out of our control 4 years ago (see past review). Even though we had no negative rental history, positive credits and had been paying on our current vehicle with no late or missed payments for 4 years. Warning any future applicants that the reason there are several apartments actually available here and the fees are reasonable is because these apartments have the pickiest management I've seen in my life. Not to mention how incredibly rude they are throughout the application process, go elsewhere unless your credit is absolutely spotless. I LOVED the Antelope Ridge Apartments since we moved here in March 2012. The overall view and atmosphere of the Antelope Ridge is nice, luxury gated community apartments with 2 swimming pools and spa w/ cabanas, fireplace sitting area, wet bar area including a big flat screen TV, small fridge and sink, fitness center, theater room, sauna, office room with 3 computers where you can go on the internet, print and fax, there's a pool table in a dedicated room, a very nice and cozy sitting area in the front office. There's also a place where you can held parties privately upon request, a basketball court, sand volleyball, children's playround, and few other things. Just recently, a new company took over, they are a corporation now so I was told. Honestly, I like how things were before the new company took over. They seem to respond to work orders longer now than before, and supposedly they have a management for the Maintenance now to ensure things are getting done on a timely matter. Well, I don't see the improvement. I had to call several times to follow up on the work orders. The staff in the front office prior the new company taking over were A WHOLE LOT friendlier before. Unfortunately, a couple of them left the company and others got transferred to different locations. The two great staff left at the Antelope Ridge are Jennifer and Susan. About a month ago, we've had few complaints to the front office regarding the noise coming from the upstairs tenant. The carpet installed in these apartments are very cheap! There's no padding so you can hear every noise if you're living downstairs. The walls are not too bad, no complains from our next door neighbors considering the fact we've had two different neighbors now since we moved in, just the upstairs tenants. After a few complaints, I think they finally installed a padding and new carpet upstairs but we could still hear some noise (it's better than before though). I swear, one of the MAIN reasons we were gonna move out was because of the upstairs noise, especially having a 15-month old baby waking up from the noise upstairs. I would recommend the Antelope Ridge, it's a secured gated, luxury community and overall it's great aside from the few downfalls. Although, I have heard from others that the rent goes up when your lease is up and I wasn't too happy with that. So I am now in the process of buying my own place. I will miss the Antelope Ridge, especially the fun at the pool during the summer and the friendly staff. Thank you for making this place a great community for everyone! =) read more

first let me state, I hated apartment living with a passion, We have been in houses for the last 15 years. When my wife approached me about downsizing because of the economy i resisted for a year. In May 2014 I decided to go along with the wife (kicking and screaming all the way) to start looking for an apartment. we visited several properties and one was Antelope Ridge, which was about a 5 minute drive from our house. We were immediately impressed with the grounds, office, Gym, movie room Pools etc. We moved in on May 3rd and I have to tell you we are so comfortable here, very quite, at times you may here the upstairs neighbor but that was to be expected. It appears they do a great job of weeding out the bad element that typically are living in apartments. The rent is reasonable and we have and will continue to enjoy our stay. I've been here at Antelope Ridge for about 6 months and waited to write a review after being here for a while and my opinion hasn't changed since we've moved in. The whole property is kept up very nicely they pressure wash walkways on a regular basis and keep the landscape up nicely. We've had a few times where we needed maintenance on our apartment and every time they were here extremely fast and fixed whatever was wrong by the next day. Maintenance requests are as easy as a few clicks online. The front staff is amazing every time we are up there they are friendly and accommodating and they always give our 2 yr old a balloon which he loves. A lot of people have said that it's expensive here but for the area they are priced a lot lower than other places with similar amenities. Overall this place is awesome the staff is just the cherry on top. read more

Went to the leasing office looking for a short lease. They wanted extra for a short lease. Leasing consulting show me around the complex. The only part taken care of in site was the front office. Maintenance around the complex isn't kept to part. Very dirty and smells. When walking through the complex the dumpster smells so bad. People living there seem to not know where the trash goes. Overall, it's expensive and dirty. Notice people living there have no respect when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance isn't enforce. That's really bad first impression. I leased an apartment for a 1.5 years here. I moved in April 2015 and noticed in June that I wasn't getting sufficient hot water in my shower.. After multiple complaints and maintenance in and out of my apartment until March when it was FINALLY fixed (after they sent a plumbing contractor). We went the entire winter without hot water,& the worst part is I have a five-year-old daughter! They tried to offer me $100 gift card for the problem... That seems like an insult. This place was ok. The staff were all great. The apartments themselves are newer and nice etc but there were a few things that were annoying. First off. The yellow color of the walls. They need to switch that up immediately. The linen closet in the one bedroom apt was in the shape of a triangle - so hope you fold towels in a triangle. The water pressure was always very low in the shower which was annoying. Also- for some reason we could never get the temps right. Especially in the washing machine unit. Luke warm at best. My biggest issue was the parking. Despite being 3rd floor, my parking spot was further than my neighbors below and my neighbors next to me. it was really far away and a major pain in the ass. Not sure why they have assigned parking but it did me zero good whatsoever to the point where it warrants the removal of an entire star. The gym is ok - a little small. Overall never any issues with the neighbors, however, about a month or 2 before I left there were people that moved into the bldg across from me and literally had an entourage of at least 15 people every Saturday and Sunday that they were bringing to the pool with a huge stereo blasting trashy rap music with a ton of profanity at all hours of day and into the night until the pool closed. Okay, let me start by saying that I am fair and reasonable person so whatever you read in my post is coming from that perspective. I moved to Menifee's Antelope Ridge back in May of 2013. I lived in a house for years so I was very picky when apartment shopping last year. I scouted buildings in Menifee, Perris, and Murrieta and this is the best apartment complex and service I encountered. After my application was approved I was given a couple choices of units to choose from throughout the complex and chose living on the east wing where my window and balcony faced the beautiful mountains that this area is known for. I have hiked those mountains many times now and they have been a source of recreation aside from the amenities available. My girlfriend used the amenities more than I did. I'm not really into community activities but they have a lot to offer. The gym has cardio equipment and weights, and the clubhouse has a big screen TV room, and there is a business center with desktop computers and printers available. I've actually used the printers on occasion when my printer was out of ink. The grounds also have 2 pools with Jacuzzis that we've used, a volleyball court in sand, playground, BBQ areas, basketball court, and even a golfing green where you can practice your puting. I just stumbled across this golf area last month or would've been Tiger Woods by now had I known about it. There is plenty to do without ever having to leave the gated community. The staff made me feel very comfortable while living here and there is always someone in the office to help. The manager Shay, and other leasing specialist Terra and Jennifer are always friendly and cordial. My girlfriend and I take advantage of their gourmet coffee maker at least twice a week and they are always quick to provide extra cups and cream for the coffee. They are pleasant and make me feel comfortable while I'm in the front office / clubhouse. The maintanence crew takes care of business. I put in a request and usually get a response the same day. They never enter without permission and always make repairs in a timely manner. They have a security guard at night but I honestly don't even see the need. This place is usually quiet and I had the pleasure of meeting cool neighbors who I plan on keeping in contact with once I move. I am relocating to the Southbay for work but if it weren't for that I'd be right here at Antelope Ridge. I truly hope that I have as great of an experience at my next home. read more

The management team at this apartment complex is dishonest. Despite leaving behind an immaculately clean apartment, they retained my deposit and fabricated a story that they had to treat for pet urine (I don't have a pet) and clean an apartment they implied was dirty. I spent a great deal of time preparing to turn in the apartment (filling nail holes, painting these with an artist's brush to leave no trace of them, scrubbing floors, the bathroom and every inch of the apartment, washing down the patio, cleaning the storage closet, cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom cabinet/kitchen cabinets/shelves, cleaning and disinfecting the stove/oven/refrigerator/dishwasher, polishing fixtures, washing the front door and more) and it was immaculate! The only thing I did not do was steam clean the carpet (as I have been told apartments will do this as part of turning the apartment around) but the carpet was in very good condition, vacuumed well and most definitely free of stains. I lived alone and took very good care of this apartment while I lived there. I am a clean freak and maintained the apartment regularly. I have leased many apartments across the country and have never had a deposit withheld. If you lease an apartment here, when it's time for you to move on, you can expect your deposit to be withheld too (as I don't believe any apartment can be turned in at end of lease in better condition than mine). Prior to this problem, I had no other issues while living there. I strongly recommend leasing elsewhere. I regret losing my temper, raising my voice with who I believe was the assistant manager. There is no excuse for that and I 'm sorry for it. In the end, I know the condition I left the apartment in; they chose to be dishonest, to lie and cheat. read more

This place is a joke! Don't do it! Management is not professional at all. One of the girls that works in the front office also lives here I believe or at the least has a friend that stays here. They walk around the pool area on the weekends like they own it, drinking, being loud and listening to loud music. The security guard that is suppose to stop all that from happening allows it and even eats their bbq food I assume to bribe him. The inside of the apartments are made cheaply and the lights are always going out! My neighbor just got his car broken into this past weekend and his laptop stolen! I lived at Antelope Ridge for just under 1 and 1/2 years. The place is kept very clean and is gated at both ends of the property. The area surrounding it is very beautiful, especially after it rains (Which is rare), and the balcony views are spectacular day or night. Very quiet at night. Great hiking locally. The staff is very competent, especially Jennifer, and do help in a timely manner. Jennifer is usuall right on top of issues and is very dependable. Maintanance is done quickly most of the time and they are nice helpful guys. There are two pools and jacuzzi's and many other amenities for the residents. The weather can get hot in the summer, but the rest of the year is very nice, even at night. Unlike some reviewers, I heard my neighbors surround sound 2-3 times but never heard anyone else during my stay. They do use blowers to blow away leaves and such, a few times a week, but that is only for a little while. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is their pricing, particulary month to month. But that is not a management problem, but a greedy owners problem. Compared to most places it was a decent deal, but still overly priced. Paid $1154 to start with an indoor access garage, Lg W/D, crown moulding, nine foot ceilings and modern appliances. They jacked me to almost $1400 month to month, which I know was excessive, but again not a management issue. Overall, I do reccomend the place for single people or for families. read more

I have lived at Antelope Ridge since 2010. Originaly I was in a 2nd floor unit, and althought he noise was an issue I was comfortable in that unit. Since then I moved into a 1st floor unit and it is awful. The noise is terrible, there is NO privacy, I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. The new management does not keep things as cleas as in the past and I'm tired of being woken up at 3 AM every morning when my upstairs neighbor gets up. This place looks good on the surface, but it is cheaply built and not worth the resnt they are charging. read more
