After a lengthy hold, I asked how the situation was going to be resolved. Thankfully, I was DoorDashed 1 frozen recipe, and my box of fresh recipe that was not delivered as ordered. I was initially told xyz would be sent, which was not the amount I ordered and was charged for. Called back, no one was answering the phone, I didn't want the incorrect amount delivered, so called the HB store and they sent a message to CM store. In the end, I was left with frozen food, unnecessary stress and time spent on rectifying something that could have been handled with a phone call. I hope in the future, information is better communicated about why a delivery was not being made. This is unfortunate. On a better note, I have been a customer for years, and have not had an issue like this previously. The couriers have ALWAYS been curtious and communicated effectively. Plus all my my past and previous LOVE this food. Bulk options are the way to go. I hope for a better experience nextime.

We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

He did love the doggy daycare but when I picked him up from Bone Adventure Boarding where he stayed two nights on Sunday evening my dog was very ill. He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

HOWEVER their food was NOT affected at all with salmonella! ALL testing proved NEGATIVE for any poison whatsoever! Today the kitty is still limping and when I called to tell them if they could please explain to me why this was happening they wanted me to come back in for a re-check. NO I am not going to get charged, they can explain to me what they found and why he is limping after all the treatments they did. Told me that they would have the Dr. call me back NO I cannot understand him Find the answer to my question. The young lady told me that was ALL she could do was have the Dr. call me back. NO find the answer and call me back or send via email They have lost a client, I no longer trust or respect this vet hospital!!
