The Finish Line is located at the Galleria Mall upstairs near the mall entrance to Macy's. I consider myself a pretty big fan of this store for a particular reason. But first a fun fact about me is that I'm a sneakerhead and I try to have as many colorways as possible of Dunk lows and Jordan 1 lows. So what I love about Finish Line is they just about always have amazing prices compared to other shoe stores in the Galleria. They are always my first stop when looking to add to my sneaker collection because they always have really good sales and really good variety of colorways in stock. I also find their employees are really great at a reliable friendly greeting and always ask you for help before you even realize you need it. My last visit I took my son, who was on leave from the Air Force and his Jordan 1s were looking bad so we went straight to The Finish Line and copped him a sick pair with a white and blue colorway. The clincher of the deal was they were $20 off regular price and so we bought them without hesitation. So in closing, I highly recommend if you're in the market for some Dunks or Jordan 1 lows, head on down to The Finish Line at the Roseville Galleria and I'm sure the friendly workers will take care of you. read more

Horrid lazy service. You feel almost like you're upsetting the workers when you ask for help. Eye rolls, chit chat while ignoring customers and no interest in helping customers. VERY SAD! Apparently their under new management and based on previous reviews they've really turned it around. I was asked right away if I needed help. They had customers all around and got me in and out quickly. They assisted me in choosing the right shoes for my goals. Thank you for your great customer service!!!!!!! I walked in with my 10 year old daughter... the gentleman had his head on the desk like he was sleeping then acted like I disturbed him when I asked him to help my daughter... He told us that the shoes we wanted were on sale for $125 but when the young lady at the register rung us up they were $200 and she basically shrugged her shoulders at me... Then I asked what was the lrice match policy... she said there wasn't one... when I asked what the return policy... she said she didn't know... then after I paid for the shoes and was walking away she said to a co worker "Why would he buy shoes he can't afford" and both of them started laughing.... I started to go back and return the shoes but I didn't want to put my daughter through that but this was the worst shopping experience of my life.... i just spent $200 on shoes for my 10 year old daughter and got treated like trash read more

I walked around for 15 minutes carrying two shoes to try on and all I saw was a couple girls talking and cackling about no work related topics and then my wife got approached to talk about a goofy adidas shoes which they don't have her size ... but I had every intention on buying the Nike shoes that were made from recycled material in the red and the black color but now I'll take my business else where ... Chris B at the Roseville Galleria was the person that helped me and he was incredibly patient and helpful. I went through many shoes and he was great about all of it. He asked questions to help get me to the pair that worked for me. Unbelievably unethical return policy - My 14 year old Darling Daugher purchased some items with cash from FinishLine in the Roseville Galleria. She was with another friend and was not required to show any form of ID. Darling Daugher went back a week later to return one of the items; she had her original receipt showing she paid cash, the item was unworn and tags were intact. But they refused to refund her money because - get this - she didn't have a valid form of ID (a drivers license). So I got all mama bear on them and went back with her. I asked if he required her ID when he took her money? "No, but we would like an adult or guardian to be with them". I asked if he alerted her to the fact that she wouldn't be able to return the item without bringing someone with her who had a driver's license ... "no but it's printed on the back of the receipt". ... like that's what a 14 year old automatically does after purchasing an item is read the super light blue font 5 disclaimers??? I get the whole security issue around tracking the IDs of people who return items w/o receipts or tags ... but this was not the case. She could have bought something (for cash), walked out of the store and gone right back in and they wouldn't have given her the money back. Unbelievable... I'll be buying my Nikes elsewhere from now on- thank you very much! I emailed customer service (twice) but never heard back. read more

Ordered shoes online and they fit too tight. Decided to try and see if the next size was available at the Galleria location on Saturday. They didn't have my size but assured me they could order them for me. I told them I have to have them by Wed or u would just get my money back and buy them at Footlocker. They said I could pay for express shipping to make sure they got to me in time. I agreed and the associate began the transaction, I reminded her 3 times that she needed to Express ship it or I wanted my money back, she said ok ok. She handed me the receipt and I was confused because I didn't pay for the express shipping and told her this is being expedited right? She said "oh I forgot." The manager came over and called customer service who was closed that late on a Saturday. He assured me he would call customer service the next day and get it figured out. The next day he finally called and said best he could do was have them send me a check. Im furious now! I called customer service myself and of course they are absolutely worthless. So now they will be shipping shoes I need for a vacation to my home when I will be gone to get stolen off the porch. This store sucks! Avoid at all costs. First time shopping at the Galleria a few weeks ago and I needed to buy a new pair of running shoes. I walked in and immediately directed my eyes to the women's shoe wall. A few pair of shoes caught my eye, so I ask the sales rep to bring out a 7.5/8 to try on. He returned with the shoe that I asked for, in addition to two other shoes that he thought I would like. At first I was very happy I found my son and daughter a pair of jordans they both loved.i promised them jordans when they received a great report card. Both my kids start school monday. Great my son's shoes arrived on time. Today I received the wrong shoes for my daughter, she is heart broken. They tell me I have to wait until Monday ship back the wrong shoes and then wait for them to receive there mistake then they will process the correct shoes. So now she has to wait almost two weeks for the correct shoes and I have to go buy her another pair to wear to school until her shoes come. I went in to buy my wife shoes. I was the only person in the store, and the 2 staff members just stood across the store talking. I had to walk over to ask for help. I then described the shoe I was looking for, or general style for that matter. (All black or midnight, glossy finish). She asked of I knew the name and I said no, she rolled her eyes and mumbled "ugh" under her breath. I walked out, was not going to give her my business, and little did she know, I was going to buy a pair for myself. Management: with the internet being so readily available and easy, and competitive stores just down the way, I would suggest trimming the fat of your store, and hire employees who actually want to work and not stand around talking to coworkers to earn a paycheck. read more

I will never shop here again. The customer service is horrible, and when we finally got the attention of the sales lady working there she made it seem like we were rudely interrupting her. Don't even think she said more than 5 words. We purchased shoes at a finish line in Yuba City, which was a joke as well, and returned them the following day here at the Galleria Finish Line. I said excuse me, we have a return. She continued to straighten shoes on the racks that were perfectly organized and mumbles something making no eye contact at all. I said excuse me? She said,"do you have a receipt??" Wth? Really? Not one more word was exchanged, and it was such an awkward experience. Go elsewhere. I don't know how these guys are still in business. read more

Very dishonest! I bought a pair of Asics Kayanos, and new shoe inserts for around $150. The sales rep asked if I wanted some free magazines, I said sure, no obligation at all, just a free year of magazines. Well what they didnt tell me was, that they would give my credit card info to Sports Illustrated, and 3 months later I see a charge for $49.95. Well after hours on the phone with my bank and Sports Illustrated, I got my money back of course. This is a very dishonest business practice, the associates make a small commission for each customer that they trick into signing up for "free" magazines. Watch out!!! read more

People, please don't make the mistake of shopping here. This store has the WORST customer service I have seen in a LONG time. I purchased a paid of Jordans with cash, two weeks ago. After wearing them (yes that's what you do with shoes) for two weeks, they started squeeking very loud so I wanted to return them. After calling the store manager Romeo, I was assured "he would TAKE CARE OF ME". I told him I wanted to return them, and he said yes, bring them in ILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. I told him ok, I am driving 40 miles away and would bring them in. I get to the store, and he isn't anywhere to be found. In place, was an employee named Kat. Kat told me she would only give me store credit because "they had been worn" WHAT ELSE DO YOU DO WITH SHOES?! Really?! No refund after two weeks, and the product fails?! I assured her I would report this issue with the corporate headquarters since this is not how you treat customers. Kat and Romeo, I really hope you and your family make a good purchase one day and the product fails on you, then have the company slap you in the face, as you did me. Thanks for tricking me into bringing in the product and telling me I would be taken care of, only to be given store credit. Kat also seem to think its ok to laugh in the customers face and tell them they are wrong every 5 seconds. Kat, I like how you put on the return receipt "fit/comfort" for the reason, instead of PRODUCT FAILURE, that's fine, Ill have your corporate handle it. DONT SHOP HERE. Man this place sucks! I woke up in the morning to get the Jordan 4 retros on Saturday morning . I'm the third person in line , the kid before ask for a size 12 , the one after him a 10.5. I ask for a 12 the don't have it, then I ask for 11.5 they don't have it, 11then 11.5 etc.. Then I call corporate about it and they never got back to me. No store associate acknowledged us, or even acknowledged that we needed help. The only associate I did see, for the first time ever, acknowledged her friends and then went back to being invisible.
