There was a tall woman behind the counter this time. We went through the typical spiel of what can I get you? Comes with a cold brew, etc etc. But after I walked away, 3 of her colleagues came up to chat and show pictures. As they were chatting I heard her say "I ain't got time for cold brew" and look directly at me. Then they split up and she went to stand at the other end of the counter while the 2 people she was chatting with came behind the counter and started sharing pictures or whatever. Three tables and a bench. I ordered the Roasted Oolong Latte with Grass Jelly for 7.25, and I finished it in literally 10 minutes. The prices are really good if you don't get toppings too! 50% sweetness was perfect for me, and I like how they have descriptions under each of the teas on the menu. Next time I definitely want to try one of their frappes with purple rice. They also have many season drinks including an Earl Grey Cheesecake Latte! The owners were working that Saturday, and we learned they have been in business for 11 years. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The meat in both sandwiches was tender, and all of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed the homemade macaroni salad, and the oatmeal cookie--made without raisins--was a light and tasty treat that completed a delicious lunch. The Pork Belly was spectacular. The pork was tender and flavorful and the cucumbers, cilantro, onions and jalapeños made it a flavor delight. All on a delicious roll. Just writing this makes me want another one! However, there's one thing you do not want to miss. Their newest addition is Salt Bread. These are sold 4 to a package and and are like the yummiest croissant you've ever tasted. I was sitting waiting for my order to be completed when the owner cam out with a bit of one on a fork. I was hooked. They're already baked, but the instructions are to put them in an air fryer (we used a small convection toaster oven) for 2-4 minutes at 350. I also like them split and toasted.
