First i was seeking some shoes on Facebook and this buyer wants to legit check them at fix kicks. I wondered how much they would buy my 2016 Banned 1's 9/10 condition, just in case if the dude flaked on me. Wanted a quote because the guy from Facebook offered me $600, but when this white dude with a hat legit checked my shoes with the black light all ready to go offered me $350. Man lowballed the fuck out of me. Told him alright thanks tho I just wondered Bc I'm selling these to an individual buyer. Dude said do that business outside, I felt that money hungry bastard's attitude. The buyer met up and asked the same exact dude to do a legit check on my 1's. He said I can't unless you selling to us. So my buyer and I waited to get a legit check done on this app I forgot. Everything went smooth and the buyer and I became friends. But at the end of this FUCK THIS STORE, if you can find a cheaper and a legit buyer on Facebook you should. This company is money hungry and does not care about anything besides their shit. Recently took in a pair of yeezy moon rocks for a deep cleaning and midsole repaint and I must say I'm very disappointed with the results. Paint didn't matchup and the over spray on bottom of sole looks hideous. I paid Over $100 for the work and would have been better off doing it myself. They advertise no refunds on restoration services but had I known the quality of work and the paint not matching up I would have done the repaint myself. When I dropped them off they showed me a similar pair after the sole was painted also and it looked good but my pair however sucks...when I mentioned issue to the repair person he didn't offer any kind of resolution so be aware of the kind of work being done here on your expensive shoes........ read more

Hello I'm profoundly deaf. Emailed in to ask I got a 9 in dark mocha brand new can we swap 8.5 for 9?. They said "is this a jordan high?" I said yes it's jordan 1s high. "We can do the size swap for 8.5. There is a $30 fee. Your shoes must be new, not tried on in an in-damaged box." I said Ok sounds good. I never tried on or worn brand new shoes. And I show you the hole white picture half off the labels, is that ok?. "That is ok". Cool, tell them I'll be there in 46 minutes. We make the 46 minute drive which ended up being a waste of time i was get an almost car accident and got really lucky no hit my car I was like whew!. So, we get there and the lady check out the shoes while she tell another a guy few minutes later says this pair is different colors I was like huh confused and he got another pair dark mocha says the same color for my 9 and says can't we size swap I tell them I got a pair from lockerSF they are authenticity. There was nothing wrong with the different colors. Says we can't do but you can come tomorrow or Friday. Tell them I'll come Thursday or Friday so I called in to ask again, they says can't size swap. The reason why I'm giving this place two stars and not one is because they do have a great selection of shoes. I came in the other day and got bad customer service. I came in to try and sell my shoes that I had purchased else where. Instead of asking me the price the guy in the counter called another guy from the back. The reason why I am saying the "guy" and not their names is because none of them bothered to introduce themselves when I was the only person at the store. The guy checks out my shoes and then gives me a super low ball offer which I immediately deny. Instead of helping me come up with another solution or telling me if I needed help with anything else he simply tells me have a good day. At no time did this guy make any eye contact with me which I thought was disrespectful because I was there to do business with them and also as a customer. The guy literally was just looking behind me the whole time like he did not care I was there. I wouldn't recommend this shop to do business because they will low ball you big time. And to the guys working that day learn some customer service skills and people skills. Show some respect for your customers. read more

Tried to swap my 9.5 for a 9. They said they usually don't big sizes for small. I mean come on! its .5 a size. That wasn't the first time they rejected me. Stopped here a few days after New Years and the Staff is cool and the atmosphere is dope.. I stopped by to get a legit check on a pair of Nike yeezy 2 solar ... they usually charge for the service as I was doing a trade with another person from outside of the store but they didn't charge one dollar I drove from LA up to San Jose they checked out both parties shoes and everything went smooth ... they were having an awesome sale everything $100 or under adidas yeezys were being sold tons of Jordan's etc .... great store highly recommend anyone to stop by and for further reference don't expect them to legit check few kicks for both parties without a fee .... either way I was happy to pay if they did charge...thanks for starting my new year off right read more

Awesome shoe store, they got a pretty good selection of shoes ranging from the higher ends stuff like Yeezys, off whites, and other Nike Collabs but also got some other nice shoes that are decently priced. Good amount of clothing as well in a bunch of sizes. Staff is nice and always ask if we need any help but not too much where it becomes annoying. It a great store overall with nice staff and also not to mention the sale they have once in a while, the 100 & under! Only con I would say is lack in sizes. I went in with my boyfriend who was super excited to size swap his SW 97/1 airmax, when we got in the big guy looked at the shoe and showed it to the guy next to him he immediately came back and said the shoes were defected! There was nothing wrong with the shoe and declined to size swap. I read a review that someone else size swap a brand new pair of shoes an ended up getting a defected shoe. This store & their employees are a whole joke lol. I asked one of the employees ( a man) for a size 6.5 in WOMEN sizing for some air forces. It was a christmas present for my daughter so I didn't take them out of the box & really checked all over. I opened, they looked clean & legit. Christmas day comes around & the sizing on the shoe was a BOYS size. Way too big for her. Go back to the store & they tell me all they can do is give me "store credit" No i just want my hard earned money back...
