We asked again and got the exact same response, that our order wasn't ready and hadn't been made. At that point, I asked them to actually look into it. Sure enough, our order had been sitting there the entire time, untouched, for nearly 20 minutes while we stood around waiting. By the time we finally received it, the food was cold. What was even more frustrating was the staff's attitude. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, they acted annoyed that we were asking about our own order. Eye-rolling, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of urgency made it clear they couldn't care less about the customers standing in front of them. To make matters worse, we weren't the only ones having issues. While we waited, two other customers came in to pick up online orders and were repeatedly ignored. We overheard both of them complaining about the service and confusion surrounding their orders as well, one guy had to go behind the counter to get someone's attention. The entire restaurant felt disorganized and poorly managed. Orders were apparently sitting around getting cold, employees weren't communicating with customers, and nobody seemed interested in fixing problems when they were pointed out.
