First, get rid of the pregnant girl who works the front. Her attitude is horrible and not welcoming at all. In town visiting, and I had an appt in Alpharetta, so I slid in here because I couldn't leave Atl without getting my "southern scramble" fix. I arrived at 2 pm. I knew they closed at 3, but since I knew what I wanted, I figured I could get in and out by 3. Greeted when I first walked in by a young lady sitting at a front table wiping down menus. She asked if I was there for a pick up. I say no dine in. That was when the pregnant girl got up from the table and walked over towards me, grabbed a menu, and walked away. I guess I was supposed to know to follow. By the time I got over to the table, she was already gone, didn't say one word to me. I waited about 10 mins before the waitress came over. When she did, she was pretty nice. I quickly ordered. Food came out about 15/20 mins later. It was still good. The greens were a little salty but still edible. Overall, I'll still make it point to stop at FB when in town, but probably not this location.

Outdoor tables aren't the cleanest but y'know, it's outside. The patio is spacious and good if you want to bring your pup. The restaurant inside has bright colors, tables nicely spaced, and great Motown tunes in the background. The menu has lots of options for the discerning diner. Chicken & waffles 6 ways- I had the traditional. Breading was done with a great chicken/breading ratio and was a little bland as was the waffle. It would've been more flavorful with real maple syrup. The Three Amigos breakfast tacos with potatoes were excellent! Chocked full of savory goodness, the tacos had to be eaten with fork and knife instead of picking it up. Super delish. If you want to save a little money and not get such a huge portion, check the menu board inside (not pictured) for less expensive, smaller breakfast bowls. The service was attentive and good.

Fast service, sweet servers, quick & delicious food, colorful walls & good location! Always love having brunch here. The portions are pretty reasonable for the price too!

My husband and I decided to go to breakfast at the Flying Biscuit location in Roswell Friday. We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant and Cesar was our waiter. He was great, we were able to order our food quickly, it came out in less than 20 minutes and everything was delish! The biscuits are sooooo good! The restaurant is right off of the highway and it wasn't super crowded inside which we liked.

Brown dry omelette

I want to love this restaurant, location, menu, etc. Unfortunately they don't pay close attention to their customer. I had the Piedmont omelet and ai asked for it to be cooked soft. It came out brown and extremely dry. The biscuit looked great, but had the texture of a crouton and crumbled into many pieces when I tried to butter it. Attention to customer's request, folks!

This place is just right for a cute date or a quick one lol. The atmosphere was light and friendly and the service was quick and attentive. The food matched the service and I almost felt that they knew what I wanted before I did lol Anywho, great place, great food. Would recommend 10/10

FBC is an Atlanta staple that started in the early 1990's and has at least 11 locations in Georgia. The original location being the Candler Park is known for their funky and eclectic vibe and decor. Of course don't let their hippie vibe fool you...they're serious about the quality of good food and great service. At this Roswell location, a special shout out to Sue our gracious hostess and waiter...not only is she a great ambassador for the brand...by bringing us samples of a couple of her favorite items but she is very knowledge about every item on the menu! Thanks Sue! For those who don't know they're known for their famous melt in your mouth biscuits, creamy grits and out of this world chicken sausage gravy! Another not often mentioned is their bold but never bitter coffee that is super good...they serve lunch but not had a chance to try that out but if its as good as their breakfast menu...I'm sold.

Chicken chorizo grits bowl

Ordered a chicken chorizo grits bowl & the Georgia peaches and cream biscuit .. I ordered this on doordash. Everything was delicious, I couldn't even finish my grits bowl in the same setting because I was so full. I will say that the chorizo bowl was a little spicy and I didn't know it would be upon ordering , but it was still delicious. They gave a nice portion size as well.

I stopped by for a late breakfast on a Saturday & it was PACKED. I ordered to-go when I arrived because when I tried to call, no one picked up. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything seemed to be clean for the short time I was there. It wasn't a long wait for my food. Food was good as usual.

Everything about this place speaks to elevated dining, warm ambience, and personalized service. My server Josh was friendly, personable, and attentive. The food was definitely the highlight of the experience. I ordered The Skylark, their eggs Benedict, with a side of cheese grits, and this may rank as one of the top five best eggs Benedict I've had. First, the cheese grits are so savory and flavorful that I might consider returning simply to have more of the cheese grits. The eggs Benedict itself is plated in an artistic manner, and every bite is packed full of delectable details. From the tender Buttermilk Biscuit base, to the thick cut spiral ham, as well as the perfectly poached egg and some of the richest Hollandaise sauce you may ever try, the Skylark eggs Benedict is a true winner. Yes, I would definitely consider returning, and I would highly recommend others try Morningbirds Restaurant in Roswell. Cheers

The London Fog is pretty good too and makes for a nice switch-up when I'm in the mood for something different. I finally got to attend this place and always wanted to try it since I moved to the Atlanta area…read more I've heard nothing but great things about it. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. It's a beautiful restaurant inside meaning it's good for a date, a night out with friends or family, or a great place to celebrate for a prom or graduation. It's more upscale than a traditional restaurant however I loved it! I came here with my business coach since I won a competition and the prize was to have lunch at the place of my choice. She ordered the soup of the day, which was like this cheddar soup that came with these two sauces, which one of the sauces was a jalapeño based sauce, which was spicy, but not too spicy to wear it wasn't edible. She did like her soup and she also ordered the lobster and smoked Gouda ravioli for her entrée. She had no complaints considering she bagged the food up to go and wanted to finish it right there, but she couldn't. Lol. I ordered the twin seared chicken, which is actually half a chicken pan seared. My chicken was so delicious! It was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection to where it was fall off the bone. Just how I like it! The rice and the green beans paired well with it. My rice was cooked well, meaning it was not mushy or hard. And my green beans were a great consistency as well. My little one had a chicken tender salad since she loves cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, pretty much anything that comes in a salad that's not the lettuce. Lol. I must say I was impressed by the size of the salad because it was huge for a child. It would be great as a size salad for an adult. The chicken tenders were an amazing size, bigger than what most restaurants would give especially for a child's plate. I was highly impressed by the size of the portions for the children because the price is pretty standard for a kids meal entrée in comparison to other restaurants that give less. Our service was awesome! I wouldn't expect anything less considering the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was attentive, and he even bagged up both of our meals for us. This place is a 10 out of 10 and yes, I will be frequenting this restaurant a lot more in the future, even if it's by myself to sit at the bar.

Honestly everything about the place is pretty on point, it's an upscale restaraunt with alot of exposed wood, spacious, well thought out originally. The staff has always been corteous and knowledgeable, the menu always a great diversity (main courses, salads, starters - you name it, always slightly original and inspired) Personally though, it's more of a 'bring a date spot' eating in the dining room (cozy setting) and the bar is a dark area. During covid they removed the patio, so there is actually no outdoor seating anymore. I think that's why I most find myself not going there - is the dining and bar areas aren't super to my liking, I like bright and airy feeling venues. But they do have some live music and specials every day during the week that do make it appealing to be here different days otherwise which is brilliant marketing.
