Our food was also ready pretty fast, we didn't have to wait long the chicken was hot and crispy, same for the fries - they were nice and crispy, no soggy fries thankfully. The canes sauce was fantastic - it pairs perfectly with both the chicken and fries. The coleslaw was good too. We found parking without too much of a hassle - but I will note, this area is SO busy with the outlet mall and all of the other businesses right here in the area. Traffic is insane, so just prepare yourself for that. Will definitely be back!

This avoids a wait if there is a backup from the drive through lane. Their dining room is still closed and only the drive through or store pickup for online orders is available. I find their staff friendly for the most part... In terms of cleanliness of the interior, it's an older restaurant and a little beat up. It was probably built 30 years ago and hasn't been revitalized like a lot of other fast food chains but overall, it's ok and probably the biggest negative in my book about this place.

As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist.
