The OG Numero Uno Pizza has left the building and now it's a Gastropub. Let me tell you Service is on point this place is amazing to vibe out. it's Sunday and it's Happy Hour on draft beers all day 2for1. Come down have a drink eat some pizza and wings you can't go wrong. FYI the PIZZA and WINGS has to be the best in town. Pasadena you're in for a treat.

Excellent burgers... Made with fresh meat so can get them thick and cooked medium-rare. Good quality ingredients and very kind and personable service. My go-to place for burgers. The Chicago-style Pizza are also delicious.

Great super friendly family run pub with lots of pub food, deep dish pizzas and extensive beer menu! TVs inside for viewing sports. 80's rock music playing. Nice place to grab a bite and. Chill out formerly the last standing numero uno pizza in the area and they kept the Chicago deep dish on the menu!

So this place was originally Numero Uno pizza. My parents and i have been coming here since i was a child... 20+ years. We were excited to go back as we were on our way to LA (we are out of towners)... we were disappointed that it was something different but know it's owned by the same family so we tried it out. Sadly it's not the pizza i wanted as Numero Uno was soooo much better!! However - it's not fair to base this review on that since they are trying to reinvent themselves. The place was good. Pizza was good but just a bit pricey! It was truly a Chicago style pizza! Crust was okay - felt a little too buttery and flakey at times but overall a yummy pizza. A cherry on top is that a beer comes with each order of pizza so that was a nice surprise! Pizza and beer? You can't go wrong with that! The place was good, bummed they aren't Numero Uno anymore! :(

The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were delicious. Best wings I've ever had! The flavor was incredible, and they were cooked to perfection. Staff are accommodating. The ambiance was truly great too.

So the food is very different from how it was when it was numero uno. It's the same owners but it's a totally revamped menu. The food is great! Quality stayed the same if not better. The owner is awesome and super friendly. The pizzas are super good and the crushed red peppers are spicier than normal. They're going for a more pub feel and it's nice. lots of drinks to choose from along with a ton of new menu items we'll definitely be back!

These reviews about número uno ain't it! Those reviews are so beta. If you're a sigma. You would know that it's a new establishment, on god. The beer selection is fire. The food hits the vibes. And I mean, you get a beer with each entire. This place is peak. Way better than Chipotle and their portion control.

Yummy beers and even better tamales!!!

Excellent food! i came here expecting numero uno pizza, and was disapointed that it is NOT numero uno anymore. HOWEVER i was pleasently surprised with an entirely new experience of pizza. we tried both the thin crust pizza, and the deep dish pizza. the deep dish is very different. unique. unlike any pizza i've ever had before. it was a great new experience. i loved it, and it really sets this restaurant apart from anywhere else i've been. highly recommended if you're up for trying something new. if not, then the thin crust pizza is more of the traditional pizza, and is also really great. the next great thing is the service. the staff here are great. they are super polite and friendly, and really add to the dining experience.

Updated review, my old one was for Numero Uno. This place has been renovated and for the better! They play sports games and rock music videos while you drink great craft beer and enjoy some small trivia on the TV's. Anyone that knows anything about beer will be ecstatic to know they have beer from Goliath Brewing! And tons more top notch options, I've yet to run out of trying them all. Just make sure you ORDER THE PRETZEL as it pairs PERFECTLY with almost any beer (pretzel is from Goliath brewing). At first it was difficult seeing the numero uno deep dish go away but the Chicago deep dish and tavern are amazing! The key is to ask for diced tomatoes to take it to 100. Another one of my favorite items is the Mexican flatbread. This place has definitely changed for the better, cheers!

    Deep dish? Not even close.

My negative review seems to have been REMOVED. Nice. The "deep dish" pizza is not. Salty and greasy. The atmosphere is dark, cold, unpleasant. Ate here. Got sick. My review mentioned Numero Uno and the owner responded to my review saying they are not Numero Uno. Yeah? Tell that to the three foot high red letters above your door. He is arguing and trying to correct every negative review here. Run from this place. It sucks, plain and simple. And he is answering every review with the same thing. Just fyi.

Love when the hash browns are crispy in there mmmm! I will say their salsa is more of a hit or miss, sometimes it's flavorful n spicy which I love then sometimes it lacks heat & doesn't give much of a taste! So wish it was more consistent! When I come for lunch I'm a sucker for a good cheeseburger, yellow chilis & onion rings! Mmm it's yummy! Oof so much to say about the Pastrami breakfast burrito here…read more I stooped by Sunday morning to a decent breakfast crowd but my order was taken within 3 minutes of walking in. The cashier was nice but maybe she's new because she couldn't believe I wanted tater tots in my breakfast burrito instead of the homestyle potatoes. She asked me 4 times if that's what I wanted and then called a manager over to ask her too. It was just a super odd moment. The pastrami breakfast burrito is about $15 and it's a great size. Once I started digging in I immediately noticed issues. The pastrami was tough, fatty, stringy, and so overly salty. The tots were crispy but the first half of the burrito was just that - pastrami and tots. I actually got worried thinking they forgot the egg and cheese until I cut half way and realized all the egg and cheese was piled onto one end of the burrito. Why? How? Who taught these guys how to build a burrito? By then I had lost my appetite due to the pastrami but even so, there was hardly any egg and cheese compared to the pastrami. The green salsa too was bad. No flavor whatsoever all you get is the burning sensation from the peppers. I really think they just blended peppers and called it a salsa

This is a burger joint with a diverse menu, including one of the biggest breakfast burritos in town. I got my burrito with bacon. The burrito comes with hashbrown style potatoes, eggs and cheese - you get a choice of ham, bacon or sausage for your meat (or have it without meat). The bacon was crispy and remained crispy when I reheated my other half. Not only is the bacon crispy, the burrito has a generous amount of it! Oh and the other plus - the tortilla does not come wet and soggy and remains in perfect condition if you have leftovers. The burrito comes with only one salsa and to be honest, you really do need two for such a big burrito. I'm a green salsa girl but I asked what I should go with and I was recommended the red one (the green one is supposedly spicier). The red salsa did not disappoint other than I needed one more for my whole burrito (there's no kick to this salsa but it's tasty). The burrito itself isn't bursting with flavor on its own and it requires the salsa to compliment the other ingredients. But, who eats a breakfast burrito without salsa? There is ample parking in their parking lot and there's seating both inside and outside. I will definitely be returning to satisfy my breakfast burrito craving very soon and if this is what you're looking for - stop reading reviews and go get you one at Lucky Boy (it's served all day).

I always start off my ratings with cleanliness. I worked in a high volume restaurant back in the 70's. If you weren't doing something you were cleaning. Ordered the classic burger, fries and coke. Picked up my order after a short wait. Cleaned off my own table and sat down. Burger looked decent, fries looked amazing and can never say anything bad about a classic coke. First bite of the burger was a little disappointing. Burger was thin and seemed overcooked to me. I thought it was dry. Roll, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo were ok. Not bad overall but for some reason I expected a better burger experience. Let's talk about the fries. Truly classic French fried potatoes. Perfectly cooked. Light golden color. Nice texture and flavor. What every French fry should look and taste like. Coke was great. Sorry to say I was not impressed by the burger. This was my experience on 05/09/2026. Could have been cleaner and maybe the burger not overcooked. Your experience may be totally different.

I thought I already reviewed the best burger in Pasadena!…read more On my first visit, a standard burger was $3.95. I forget what it is now-- $6??? As good as this burger is, it's still a deal. Super Burger is owned by a super-nice Korean family. There are various Korean dishes in their menu available but I only go there for the burgers. What makes their simple burgers so great? First off the burger patty-- the patties are formed in-house. The cooked patties have that irregular edge that can only come from being hand-formed; imperfect and delicious. These aren't the frozen discs delivered by a freezer truck. The ratio of the ingredients are ideal. -- The tomato is sliced to the perfect thickness -- The freshly-shredded lettuce doesn't manspread and take up too much of the burger's real estate -- The thousand island dressing marries the freshness of the veggie section to the animal part perfectly -- The burger patty's girth is appropriately balanced for the other ingredients. -- Their buns have that old-school yeast(?) flavor not available in stores. Their burgers are lovingly prepared and assembled with care. This is why whenever I go, there are always people there. Seating is strictly patio style, looking out onto the intersection of Altadena and Villa. There lot is small lot next to the stand. I'm not sure if it's shared with another business. Street parking is available. Even though super burger is basically a corner burger stand with patio seating, the place is always clean. Super Burger is definitely a sure thing. It is the finest example of what a basic, standard burger can be. Bun, burger patty, lettuce, tomato, and dressing doesn't get better than this.

It was always a real treat. As a teenager I dated a couple of the girls that worked there so I was there on the regular in those days. In my 20's I lived right up the street and hit them up quite often. I don't get there as much as I'd like nowadays but when I do, it is always consistently great. Times have definitely changed but Connal's quality food and super customer service has not! I am a huge Combination Grinder fan and have not ordered anything different for well over 30 years. They are always stacked with lots of high quality cold cuts and delicious Provolone, crisp shredded Lettuce, thin sliced Onions and Vinegar and Oil on a delicious French Roll. In my teens and 20's I did try many samplings on their vast menu and as memory serves, everything was always delicious. Today's Grinder absolutely hit the spot! Service at the window was just as friendly as I remembered, and we grabbed a spot tucked under the patio instead of staying inside--perfect for people-watching as folks came and went.
