There is also a bar and a larger area in the back with a stage, so lots of seating is available for studying, catching up with a friend, or watching a live show. I honestly could not taste any graham or marshmallow flavor, but it definitely was a stronger and sweeter coffee than the Dark Sky, which is what my friend got. The Dark Sky had very subtle mint flavor, and as acid mint lovers, we wish there would have been more! Overall, a really great cafe that I would frequent again, especially when shopping or walking around downtown.

It's located next to Fratelli Pizza on N Fort Valley Rd in north Flagstaff. There's a small open parking lot with the old gas station remains. They have both an indoor and outdoor seating area for customers too. My boyfriend and I shared their Snickerdoodle Latte and Humphreys Breakfast Panini. The latte was delicious! It was very flavorful with a nice aroma. It wasn't too sweet either. The panini was also really good. The egg was definitely a winner! I did wish the panini was more full and had a bit more bacon. The sauce/aioli they had on the side was really good. It made the panini more flavorful in my opinion. Theren are two sides to three restaurant, with tables, booths and banquettes on one side, and a bar on the other side. There is also a separate room that looks like it's set up for parties with sofas in front of a fireplace and rows of long tables. It looks like this would be a great place for a party. There were several good choices on the menu, although there were no lamb chops, which is usually one of my favorite things to order in a Mediterranean restaurant. But no worries, because there was lamb souvlaki! I ordered the lamb souvlaki, which came with pita bread, sauteed veggies, orzo, and a long skewer of grilled lamb cubes. Our server suggested a side of the chimichurri, which they will bring you for free. The lamb was excellent with just the right amount of char. The pits was really good, too--all soft and chewy, not dry like pita can sometimes be, and it was put on the grill to give it that tiny bit of grilled flavor. But surprisingly, it was the buttery orzo with feta that I really loved. Date I say that I liked it more than the standard tumeric rice that you usually get at Mediterranean restaurants? Yes! It was delicious! Hubby got a gyro pita, which came with Greek salad. First, his plate was huge! The salad was enormous for a side salad, and was super colorful (which is a compliment for salads).
