Great experience, it is a touristy spot but I got to meet a few young locals that like hanging out to meet people. We arrived just in time for everything! Loved the atmosphere and if you go in the evening around 8 or show, the live music is really good. We sat outside and it was the perfect temp to just enjoy the music. I didn't know they even put on a show inside which is good as well. They even give out free gifts during music trivia. I tried a wagyu burger with fries, fried pickles, and wings. I ordered a side of cheese that I didn't get but still got charged for it even after pointing that out to the waiter. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place. Apparently their "corporate policy" is to ignore health codes and not follow ADA guidelines pertaining to service animals. Dogs at dinning tables being passed around like a baby is highly inappropriate. When asked what their policy is about animals in the dining room they said they aren't allowed to do anything about it. Me and my wife were down for valentines weekend at Myrtle Beach SC. We decided to put in reservations at the hangout for Saturday night at 7 pm. We got there at 6:55. We walked in and asked the hostess about our reservations. The hostess asked our names and then proceeded to tell us the servers were down and she didn't know if we had reservations. We asked the obvious questions if there was any way to find out and how long. The hostess got angry and said this just happened and it wasn't her fault! My wife told her she didn't have to be rude but seeing as we made reservations 3 days in advance a text would have been nice. The hostess got even more upset saying she had 13 more people to seat ahead of us. I work with the public and this type of service is unacceptable.
