My recommendations would be to add some imagery of a pan sobao outside so those who don't know what it is can figure it out at a glance on the street. From my google searching, looks like it's usually served on its own with a strong cup of cafe con leche. Make that a combo on the menu. Make sure to display your breads by the counter once business starts to pick up, always offer to warm up breads before serving, and maybe consider branching out to arepas or pan de Mallorca to capture more of the market.
